Here's your moment of soul-wellness for when it's hard for you to trust life and relax into your soul's guidance. This practice is for everyone who could use a good self-treat that invites you into surrendering, calming and choosing peace. In a gentle visualization I'm guiding you into a all-senses experience, designed for you to ground you, help you let go and become present in stillness. This practice was recorded in my natural eco-studio in Kenya, the sounds of nature around will bless you as you listen.

Hello beautiful and welcome to this soothing,

Calm soul wellness practice that's all about you finding peace within a grounded body and soul.

I'm going to guide you through a visualization that's inviting you to bring yourself back into the present moment,

To let go of what doesn't serve you and to choose peace.

If you are ready to breathe,

To ground and let go,

Just take any comfortable position your body is asking for right now and then let us start.

Beautiful.

Welcome yourself into this present moment as you are just taking a deep inhale and exhale out,

Sending fresh air into your body,

Reminding you of the gift of this moment that you've blessed yourself with,

Welcoming you into presence,

Into stillness and into surrender.

Open your body towards the ground so that with every exhale you can let go of what doesn't serve you,

With every inhale you can invite trust into your system,

The trust to know that you don't need to hold on to anything,

Nothing of what happened before this practice,

Nothing that's about what you're going to do after this practice or tomorrow.

Just trust that the right things will always find you in the right moment and you can let go and open up to this moment in time and space,

Feeling yourself in this moment in time and space.

Beautiful.

And I'm inviting you to find yourself somewhere at the ocean or somewhere at a big water body.

Water is an element that can always calm you down while it reminds you of your competence to transform,

To move,

To receive and let go.

Find yourself in that environment you intuitively choose and open up all your senses towards that environment.

This is not about seeing everything in detail in that place.

You might and that's great.

For others you might have different preferred channels of perception so just open up your senses and see which sense is the one connecting you the most and the most immediate to this place you chose.

So what are you hearing in this space?

Are you listening to the rhythms of the waves?

What are the sound of birds or wind,

Trees?

Listen to the space and taste that space in your mouth with your next inhale you are tasting the air,

The flavours,

The aromas of this particular space you've just created.

Maybe you taste the salt of the water in the air or the taste of flowers,

Spring,

Fertility from nature.

And smell as you taste,

Invite the smell to join you,

Smell that place,

Smell all that surrounds you.

And as you see this place,

Don't just see it with your eyes,

With your inner eyes,

Really sense that place,

Sense it your way,

Maybe with your skin,

Sense it with your energy field around you,

Feel what that place invites you to do,

What that place invites you to let go of,

Maybe it invites you to expand your space.

Just listen to the invitations of this space and take note how your nervous system is calming down,

How peace finds you,

How your soul continues to settle in this beautiful body of yours.

And whenever you are ready,

I'm inviting you to invite rain into this experience of yours,

Just drops falling down from heaven and you choose what kind of rain,

Whether it's a warm tropical summer rain,

Whether it's intense or quite gentle,

Whether it's a refreshing cooling your system,

Just let that rain fall on you and receive the raindrops falling on your skin,

Hitting your skin,

Melting on your skin and see how every raindrop just trusts in free fall that it will land where it's supposed to land,

It doesn't control anything,

It sets an intention,

Force and trust.

So let every drop that's touching your skin,

That's landing on your body,

Every drop that you can hear or taste or smell,

Let it invite you into a deeper state of trusting,

Falling into a new experience of your being that's controlling less and that's allowing life just to touch you in the right moment and moving you in the right moment and direction.

Feel how this rain is raining you,

Inviting you back into your body,

Feel how you're melting deeper into your body as every drop is cleansing from your system,

Whatever you don't need anymore.

If you wish,

Intensify the rain and let it really be a grounding force,

Taking you back into that connection,

That trusting connection with Mother Earth,

Washing away anything that's not serving you right now,

That's not of you,

Anything that you don't need to hold on to anymore.

This may be a thought,

This may be a feeling,

An energy or just something that feels like a restriction in your body,

Let rain help you to trust and let go and continue breathing.

And if you find a particular space within yourself,

A place where you know,

Here's an energy I'm fighting with,

I've been fighting with this belief,

I've been fighting this judgment for so long,

Find this particular place within your body,

Within your system and let one drop be touching that particular place inside of you and as it touches that place,

It gives all the force of transformation in that place,

Inviting you to melt,

To let go,

To exhale,

To melt the unease and to choose peace.

Peace is a practice that always finds us once we choose to let go of things that don't serve us,

That stand in between us and our peace,

Things that we feel we ought to fix but maybe it's not in our power.

Let those drops touch all the bits in you,

The parts that feel heavy,

That feel stagnant,

That feel uneasy and choose to let them be touched by the peace of those raindrops,

The melting power,

The power of trusting and letting go.

Continue breathing,

Take note of how you feel,

How you're feeling yourself,

Your skin,

Your senses,

Perceive the sense of aliveness that's flowing through you as you're choosing peace,

As you're choosing trust,

As you're allowing these forces to help you cleanse,

To help you ground,

To help you come.

I am grounded within the sacred vessel that is my body.

My soul is touching me from within,

Reminding me of who I am,

What I believe in and what I can do.

I am calm,

At peace and trusting that I'm right where my soul wants me to be.

Continue breathing,

Continue allowing the rain to do what it has to do,

Choose to let go.

Whenever your thinking becomes too much,

Switch back to your senses.

They'll always ground you,

They'll always help you to become present with your soul within your body.

I am grounded within the sacred vessel that is my body.

My soul is touching me from within,

Reminding me of who I am,

What I believe in and what I can do.

I am calm,

At peace and trusting that I'm right where my soul wants me to be.

I am grounded within the sacred vessel that is my body.

Okay,

With your next inhale and exhale out,

I'm inviting you to breathe yourself back into the physical space you are in,

Without letting go of your perceptions,

The senses,

Without letting go of the feeling of the rain on your skin.

I just want you to see how that reality can be connected to your everyday space.

As you continue breathing,

Flowing and trusting,

In your own time just open your eyes and feel your truth within.

Feel the calm that you can now choose to be your guiding force during this day.

Finding gratitude for who you are,

For what you are doing day in day out and for what you have created for yourself within these moments.

Trust that your soul,

Your senses,

Your feelings will guide you into calm when your mind seems to rush so much.

I wish for you the most peaceful,

The most calm and trusting day ahead.

May you remember that you always were meant to be.

May you dare to fall and land in the place that your soul has prepared for you a long time ago.
