Hello beautiful.
Hello beautiful soul,
Human and body.
Thank you for gifting yourself with this time that's just for you.
That's for your self-care.
Your sacred moment with yourself.
That's for your rest.
Resting can be the most difficult thing to choose if you are an ambitious person,
Full of visions,
If you are always pushed by an inner engine that wants you to do more,
To give more,
To make things better in your world,
In the world.
I honour you for that.
Honour yourself for who you are.
The best that you are giving every day.
And yet it is so so necessary and crucial for you to remember the sacredness of your rest.
Of doing nothing.
To remember that the rest is not a state of laziness,
Of stagnancy.
Rest is a necessity.
It's your nature.
Rest brings you closer to your inner source of your why,
Your inner yes,
Your inner clarity.
And it's a space that nourishes you and your creations from within.
This space is for you to remember to give yourself permission for rest when it feels difficult for you,
When you feel you don't have time to rest,
When you feel rest is a waste of time.
Rest is not a privilege.
Rest is a necessity.
And rest is one of your natures.
So I am inviting you to embrace that nature today.
And I ask you to take a deep inhale through your nose.
And a deep exhale out.
A nice deep inhale through your nose.
And a deep exhale through your mouth.
Now take a moment to arrive in this space.
Arriving with all your senses,
With all your energy.
As you inhale,
Allow yourself to really gather all that energy that you have still spread in other spaces,
In projects.
Commitments,
Responsibilities.
Maybe in yesterday or in tomorrow.
And notice that you can with your inhale,
Just like a magnet,
Take all of your energy back to yourself and center yourself.
And as you exhale through your mouth,
Send your energy towards your body,
Your belly,
Your feet into the ground and melt into the ground.
Yes,
You are doing wonderful things out there.
You are giving a lot to the spaces that make you.
And you will continue doing a lot.
But for now it's time to remember who you are within yourself in the present moment.
In that space where your energy springs from.
Your clarity,
Your visions,
Your goals.
And embrace them in a presence so that next time you are going into your spaces,
Your worlds,
Your creations,
You can do it with a gathered mind,
A centered soul,
A centered system,
A nourished being.
So one more inhale.
And just set the intention to gather all the energy that's yours of you.
Send it,
Center it in your body.
Send it towards the ground,
Your feet.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Rest is your nature and rest is such a crucial part of your productivity.
Your intuitive way of being productive goes in cycles.
Just like mother nature does.
The world out there is telling us daily that productivity is a linear thing.
It's a constant growth,
Constant effort.
Productivity needs to be earned and gained by hard work.
Okay,
I am inviting you to exhale all those pictures that come to your mind with the word productivity.
With that term,
With that energy.
The weight that comes with it,
Just exhale and let go.
Create space in that vessel of your body so that you can invite new truth to your being.
Create space as you notice your body letting go.
And I am inviting you to visualize a tree in winter,
Nature in winter.
Of course,
There isn't just one way of winter.
Depending on where you are on this planet,
Winter might be something that's really freezing nature,
Everything's ice.
Or it's something where you just notice nature slowing down,
Nature resting.
Natural growth slowing down,
A calmness in every living being.
So connect to that nature.
That phase of rest,
Whatever that means to you.
It's when the soils rest,
When the trees rest.
They don't produce new fruits or leaves,
When the seed rests before new life is born.
Take a moment to connect to that image,
Those images that come to your senses right now and continue inhaling and exhaling.
Let go.
Open your feet towards the ground,
Let those pictures and energies just touch you.
Touch your being.
Mirror your being and remind you of who you are,
Of what you are made of.
Of what you can't escape because it's you.
When the tree is resting,
Is he,
Is she stagnant?
Most of us have that inner misconception that if we rest we are stagnant.
Our projects are stagnant,
Our creations,
Our relationships are stagnant.
Rest is not stagnancy.
That's a picture sold by capitalistic ideas.
We are resting so that we can prevent inner stagnancy.
The blocking of our flows,
Of our creativity,
Of our growth.
We rest to nourish ourselves.
See the tree is actually busy getting nourished by the soil.
Communicating with the soil even if it's winter.
Recharging its inner being.
Resting its body.
Resting is the tree's preparation to create new life,
New so-called products.
But the tree needs the winter so that products can come naturally,
Without effort.
Without forcing.
Resting is not stagnancy.
Travel through your pictures,
Your inner images,
Your winter,
Your phase of resting nature and watch what's truly happening when nature is resting.
Watch what's actually going on naturally.
And surrender.
Let your heart,
Let your soul,
Let your body be touched by whatever you see,
Whatever nature is reminding you of.
Let go of whatever is still trying to hold you back,
To prevent you from giving yourself permission for the rest.
Rest.
Rest is surrendering to your intuitive way of growing,
Of producing,
Of creating.
The fruit will come anyways after the winter.
So exhale out.
Watch your body melt,
Surrender,
Let go.
And if pictures of shame or guilt come to your mind,
If you feel guilty for wanting to rest,
For allowing yourself rest,
If you feel ashamed,
Just exhale it out.
Give it in to the ground.
It's your sacred nature,
It's your right.
Because you are human,
Because you are nature,
You must rest.
Okay,
Beautiful.
And touch yourself with that inner permission of rest.
Maybe you want to see the permission in a specific color,
A specific frequency.
And you might want to watch your spiritual hand touching your body,
Maybe your belly,
Allowing your intestines to rest.
And exhale out.
And touch your skin and the nervous system underneath your skin and give it permission to rest intentionally.
Honor your nature,
Honor your productive being.
Touch the soles of your feet,
Your ankles,
Maybe your knees,
Those joints where you feel you are holding tension,
Where it's hard for you to let go,
To surrender.
Touch them with your spiritual hand.
Giving permission for rest.
There you go.
Touch your heart space.
Let that heart rest.
You don't need to push into connections,
Into creations,
Into spaces,
Relationships.
You can rest and be it in your own calm rhythm,
Your grounding rhythm,
Listening to what makes you,
Your engine,
The source of your growth.
And exhale out.
Beautiful.
Touch your mind.
In the society that we live in,
The mind has the hardest time to really accept rest.
And observe that you are more than your mind.
Even if your mind keeps running,
Keeps judging you,
Keeps questioning your rest,
You are more than your mind.
Don't fight with your mind.
Just shift focus.
Focus on your breath,
Your heartbeat.
You are a whole tree.
Focus on your trunk.
Focus on your roots.
You're connecting to the soil.
Your micro-movements,
Communications,
Flows,
Your rhythm,
Your beat.
Don't force your mind to be still.
Just shift your focus to what calms you,
What makes you trust in your right,
In your need and in your nature of rest,
Of stillness.
You are not stagnant.
You are growing.
Beautiful.
And whatever wants to be felt,
Whether it's an inner exhaustion,
Whether it's a new vibe of energy,
Whether it's peace,
Whether it's an anxiety that you had tried to avoid in the last days,
Whatever is there and wants to be felt,
Just feel it.
Rest is the time where all the things can come to the surface that we are still holding within ourselves.
Those energies that didn't find space.
An emotion in motion in our everyday life because we had to function in a certain way.
So let rest be that generous space of bringing things to the surface that want to move,
That want to leave you to create space for new.
And exhale out.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Honor yourself,
Your permission you are giving yourself right now in your very own space.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes and still stay connected to that inner image of a tree,
Of nature,
Of winter.
And bless yourself in that image.
Let nature remind you of your right and your nature to rest wherever you go today.
Let your self-love guide you towards self-care and nourishment.
Thank you so much for daring self-care and rest today and maybe tomorrow still.
I wish for you the most beautiful,
Restful and peaceful day ahead.
Thank you.
