Our societies have often misunderstood self-love for selfishness. Yet, it's the love for yourself that allows us to offer a loving connection to the outside. Do you long for more loving softness in your life? Are you exhausted by the hardness you offer yourself lately? This intuitive practice invites you to transform your being in the world into a more loving reality through healing the parts within yourself that haven't felt permission to love yourself for long. Heal, shine, and be the peaceful light you long to be in your world. This practice was recorded in my natural eco studio in Kenya. The sounds of nature you might hear belong here.

Hello beautiful and welcome to this practice that's all about offering love to the world through raising your self-love first.

Self-love has often been misunderstood as egoistic in our societies,

Yet it's the opposite.

Self-love is the only way to vibrate an unconditional offer of love and care to the outside.

In this gentle yet effective intuitive practice I'm guiding you through an exploration of the places within that are ready to heal when it comes to your inner permission for self-love and I'm inviting you to experience how your healing means an offer of love to the entire world.

So if you are ready make yourself cozy and let us start.

Okay there you are.

Just start by breathing you into this moment.

Receiving air as a sign of love from the universe,

From nature and finding permission to let go as you exhale.

This is the moment to simply be,

To check in what's there within yourself,

What's moving,

To perceive where you're feeling resistance in your body and you're feeling flow.

And just with every breath setting an intention to open those energy fields within your body more and more.

The legs,

The feet towards the ground,

Towards mother earth.

Opening your hips so that energy can be released,

Stored emotions can flow.

Opening your heart,

Your chest,

The palms of your hands and your belly that connects to the world.

Just scan your body and set the intention for opening towards yourself and towards the outside.

And if you feel like place one hand on your chest and one on your belly or wherever you feel support could be good for your body right now,

For your self-connection.

And then just welcome yourself by your name really,

Welcome yourself,

Call you by your name.

If that helps you to create a loving connection to yourself,

You might use a different like a nickname,

You might call yourself hey love,

Hey beautiful just by your name.

Please create that connection to yourself that's loving so that you can feel you're the one that is meant in this practice.

There's a focus on you and that's all right.

There's love for you and that's how it's supposed to be.

And just feel yourself responding.

Self-love is to feel yourself,

Doesn't matter which feeling,

Whether it's pain or joy or happiness,

Lightness or heaviness.

Showing yourself love means allowing yourself to feel yourself so that you can be present with yourself,

You can take care of yourself.

So just feel your body responding,

Feel your emotions responding.

You might ask yourself hey,

Hey how are you doing?

How are you feeling today?

And just observe how your system responds and know that whatever comes it's just all right.

No need to push and no need to judge.

And I wish to remind you that Mother Earth is underneath your feet.

Give that hello,

Give that greeting to Mother Earth and see how she responds.

Mother Earth knows everything about loving you unconditionally.

She has never asked you to be anything or to give anything in order to receive love.

So just melt,

Sink deeper into the ground,

Into that trusting connection with the Earth,

With the heart of the Earth as you let go more and more.

Any energy that's forcing,

Any energy that's not supporting you,

Let go.

There you go,

Beautiful.

Take another deep breath.

You got this and the Earth got you.

And whenever you are ready and take all the time you need here,

You can always pause the audio when you feel ready for the next step.

Just set another intention to be with yourself,

To connect to yourself,

To listen to what's moving within.

And then ask yourself a question.

Where in your life are you hard with yourself lately?

Where in your life have you been hard with yourself lately,

Not loving,

Not gentle,

Maybe more pushing,

Judging yourself beyond your limits?

Maybe judging yourself for being exhausted,

Pushing yourself further.

And just watch,

Just watch in front of your inner eye what situations arise.

Listen to the feelings that arise,

The knowing from within,

You know.

And whatever comes to you now intuitively is exactly what needs to be seen today,

So don't push into any direction.

It will be fine.

There you are,

Exactly where you need to be right now.

You're still held,

You are loved.

Just focus on breathing normally while you might notice some reactions of your body responding to the energies you just invited.

Okay.

And please go ahead,

Go ahead and ask yourself,

Why?

What's the judgment underneath my hardness?

What's the judgment?

What do you judge yourself for so that you had to be hard on yourself?

What's the judgment?

Dig underneath that hardness,

That pain,

That pushing energy,

Maybe cold energy.

What's the judgment?

Is it that you will never be good enough or you didn't work enough,

Try enough?

Are you judging your body for having limits?

Are you judging yourself that maybe a pattern that you thought you had already healed came back to you?

Maybe you didn't like how you connected to the world in the past weeks.

Is it about how you will never be enough for the world?

Maybe how you will never be good enough or never be beautiful enough.

Are you comparing yourself to others,

Judging yourself negatively?

Feel what's there,

Continue breathing.

You don't need to fall into the energy of the judgment.

You can breathe lovingly,

Connected to the earth,

To the skies,

To your heart and your body and still read the judgment,

Still perceive your intuitive truth.

And who taught you,

Who taught you this judgment?

I believe you didn't come to the world with this judgment in your mind,

In your cells about you.

Who taught you to judge yourself like that?

So see the energy of that so-called teacher,

Parent,

Maybe a system,

A society,

Institution,

Just see the energy is coming from somewhere.

It was never of you.

Who taught you how to judge yourself that way?

So that you can become hard towards yourself,

Maybe numb,

Not loving.

Observe with a kind inner eye.

It's not about judging somebody else now,

It's about seeing knowing and choosing afresh.

Because if it's energy from somebody else,

You can always choose to give it back,

To no longer hold that energy,

To no longer believe in it.

So whatever you find,

I'm inviting you to feel,

To feel the pain,

To feel maybe the grief,

Maybe the relief,

As you see,

Okay,

That energy is coming from this person,

This collective,

That institution,

And I can choose.

But for now,

Parts of me still believe,

I still believe in that judgment.

So please be compassionate and just feel the pain for now.

Feel whatever is there,

Whatever feeling you didn't feel,

So that,

So you had to become harder towards yourself,

Less loving.

Feel it,

Let your body show you where it's stuck in your system,

In your muscles,

In your cells,

And continue breathing.

You are held unconditionally by Mother Earth,

And you can always breathe into the ground when the weight feels so heavy on you.

And I wish you to ask yourself now,

When you believe in that judgment,

When you choose to be hard on yourself,

When you are not feeling the love for yourself,

What are you doing to the outside?

Who has been your projection surface lately?

And this is not about blaming you,

Judging you,

This is about seeing how your behavior to the outside always mirrors your inside.

And the more clearly we can see,

The more clearly and focus we can hear.

So who has been your projection surface lately?

Where can you now see in front of your inner eye that you have been maybe impatient with somebody,

Maybe unfair,

Maybe you were not willing to see their needs because you knew your needs aren't met?

Did you judge people maybe because they allowed themselves to have what you didn't allow yourself to have?

Or maybe they've been more gentle on themselves,

Or you judge them for exactly the same thing that you did too.

There is no concept here,

I'm just giving invitations and see,

What is your truth?

Where has your energy been going?

What has been the consequence in your life?

How have your relationships felt lately?

Your creative energy,

Your life energy?

How is your inner need,

Your inner pain that wasn't allowed to be felt,

Mirrored in the outside?

This takes honesty with yourself,

It takes compassion with yourself.

And remember that you have your reasons.

You have your reasons.

It was one way to protect yourself,

To keep yourself going the best way you knew.

And you can free yourself and thus your outside as you raise,

You raise your permission of self-love.

So I'm inviting you now to shift your focus not on the things that happened and what's done within you and to the outside.

I'm inviting you to shift your focus towards receiving love from yourself.

Open that heart towards yourself,

Open your crown towards the cosmos.

Open your feet again towards Mother Earth and receive love for yourself.

It doesn't matter whether it's a love you're just activating in your inside or whether it's love you're receiving from the cosmos,

From the earth.

The point is that you give yourself permission to receive love,

That you raise your permission to feel love,

To feel loved by yourself first.

That love for,

Yes,

I've been hard on myself but I love myself because that was the best way I could do in that moment,

That's the best way I knew,

That's how I was taught,

That's how I tried to protect myself.

So this is not about justifying yourself,

This is about finding softness,

Gentleness with what is there.

Allowing love to just flow and I'm inviting you to really feel a frequency that you choose,

You choose the frequency,

You can just set the intention to raise the frequency a bit,

Go a bit higher,

Make it more vibrant in your body,

Really feel it in yourself.

You might want to choose a color for that energy,

A color that seems suitable for you.

Just flow that energy of self-love,

Flow it and most importantly feel it.

I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be,

I'm still growing,

I'm still learning and I'm whole,

I'm enough.

My body is giving enough,

My soul is ready to empower me,

The human I am in every moment.

My mind is trying its best to help me survive in this crazy world.

And I choose love,

I choose love over fear,

I choose love over numbness.

So breathe more deeply and with every exhale expand,

You can expand beyond your body so that you have enough space for what wants to be felt,

For what wants to flow through you.

Feel it,

Even if it's just in one part of your body,

Feel it,

That will raise your frequency towards the permission to receive more of that.

Whatever you feel is enough,

Don't push it.

There's no perfect picture when it comes to feeling self-love,

It's wherever you are right now.

Just breathe it,

Feel it,

Know it.

And maybe you've already seen or you want to check on it now,

What becomes possible as you walk in love for yourself,

What becomes possible in your world.

I'm inviting you to see yourself from something like a broad perspective,

So that you can have an expanded perspective on you in the world,

In your world.

As you're walking with self-love vibrating through you,

What do you see becoming possible for you as you connect to the world,

Whether that's verbally or non-verbally,

Whether that's actively or passively.

What becomes possible as you shine your field of love for yourself,

Of enoughness for yourself,

Of compassion.

How can you meet the people that you had projected on?

You are an offer of love,

Just like that,

The moment you choose love for yourself.

There you are.

Whatever you find,

However big,

However small it feels,

Appreciate yourself.

Acknowledge yourself and your step,

Your step towards choosing love over fear,

Over hardness,

Over forcing or numbing energies.

You choose honesty with yourself.

You choose to see yourself as you feel yourself and to appreciate yourself for who you are in every moment.

Appreciate your body,

Appreciate your natural connection to Mother Earth.

Exhale deeply and let go.

You're doing enough just by choosing to be enough and to be loved.

Whatever this day will bring to you,

May you choose to be loving with yourself and thus with your world.

May you choose to be compassionate so you need to judge less yourself and others.
