I invite you to take a deep,
Spacious,
Gentle in-breath,
All the way in,
Slowly out.
And let's do another deep,
Gentle in-breath,
Breathing compassion deeply in,
Slowly out.
And let's do another deep,
Gentle in-breath,
This time inviting the nourishment of flowing water all the way in,
Slowly out.
I invite you to get comfortable,
Perhaps take your shoes and socks off to feel your feet on the ground,
On the grass.
Maybe stretch your neck gently to the left,
To the right.
And as you need to,
Continue doing deep breaths to bring you back to your body,
To the sound of the water.
And let's take a few minutes to rest and be with the flowing water,
Inviting it in,
Allowing it to guide us and to nourish us.
And let's gently take two spacious,
Deep breaths to honor the flowing water,
To honor all that moves inside of us and around us,
To invite calm and ground.
Deeply in,
Slowly out.
Let's go a little deeper this time,
Still gentle,
All the way in,
Slowly out.
Just gratitude for nature's gifts,
Wisdom,
Guidance.
