And today I have Kara Goodwin with me.

Kara,

How are you?

I'm great,

Josh.

Thanks for having me.

Oh,

You're welcome.

It's kind of an interesting little thing.

I had reached out to Kara.

I don't remember how I came across her online,

But then I sent her,

First I think I filled out a form on your site,

Then I think I might've sent an email,

And then I sent an Instagram message.

And for whatever reasons,

We never got in touch,

But then Kara reached out to me through podcasting service asking me if she would like to be a guest of my show.

And I said,

Yes,

Of course.

I've been trying to get ahold of you.

I know,

I was so surprised to hear that.

I was like,

What?

You've been there the whole time?

Right.

So I'm glad this happened the way it did.

So here we are.

And of course I'm in Denmark and Kara's in the Midwest.

And so why don't you tell people a little bit about who you are and what you do?

Yes,

Thank you.

So I host the podcast Meditation Conversation,

And that's been going since 2018.

Kind of started as a more practical,

Here's how you can fit meditation into a modern life without being a monk.

And I had a Swedish co-host to start with.

So it's fun that you're in Scandinavia right now.

And then kind of as things have evolved,

It's become much more of an interview style.

I just released episode 250.

So I'm like,

Just,

You know,

Kind of blown away,

Like,

Where did the time go?

How did that happen?

But now it's really more around consciousness rather than specifically meditation.

But things that I'm very,

Very interested in expanding consciousness,

And that comes in so many different vehicles for different people.

There are different people who bring their flavor to what that means.

So people do that through sound.

People do it through energy healing,

Through philosophy,

Through yoga,

Through,

You know,

I mean,

There are like all these different ways through galactics and alien contact and angels near death experiences.

So it's like,

So my joy,

Like every topic that I explore is something that I'm so thirsty for.

So that's really fun.

And then I also coach people using meditation.

So as my primary tool,

But helping people to really connect for me,

It's really about connecting to higher consciousness and understanding that we are more than the body and the mind,

The emotions.

And really,

Like,

I feel that that is such a big piece of why people are unsatisfied,

Are lost,

Are,

You know,

Struggling.

Ultimately,

I feel that the foundation of that is that disconnection with our eternal nature where we take this human experience so seriously,

And it is a sacred event that we're going through.

It's a sacred opportunity.

And it's also illusionary.

And it's a learning vehicle.

And so when we don't have that connection,

And we really feel that every single thing that we do is,

You know,

So heavy and important and,

You know,

On this material plane,

It can really become just too much.

And so that's,

You know,

I use meditation primarily as my way of helping people to connect with that within them.

It's this notion of balance,

I find really important,

You know,

Not taking things too seriously,

But taking ourselves serious enough that,

You know,

We're not squandering our time,

You know,

Just spinning around in circles too.

So these two extremes,

I don't think very helpful either.

And other than if we're in one of those extremes,

It seems helpful to learn about it in order to master it.

It's like the cliche saying,

You know,

There are no mistakes as long as we learn from what we do.

Yeah,

Absolutely.

Yeah.

So one of the questions I have for you around meditation,

And we mentioned this before the show is how,

You know,

How do we use the heart or the heart mind or the heart field,

Some people call it,

To amplify the light body?

And then we'll start there and then we'll just say that another one.

And then how do we use like loving kindness to amplify the heart?

Yeah,

Such a beautiful question.

And I think that there are different ways to explore that and to answer that question.

One of the things that comes up for me is the physicality of where the heart is located in our being,

Which is that center point.

You know,

It's the center,

It's like our heaven and earth connection.

So the lower,

Below the heart from,

You know,

If we think of it from like a chakra system perspective,

But actually thinking of the physical body and how the physical body is constructed,

It's like below the heart,

That's really our earthly material world,

Physical expression.

So those lower three chakras are very earth-based,

They're very physical.

They've got,

You know,

You can experience them through your five senses.

And then when we go above the heart,

We start,

That's our connection to that etheric or the,

You know,

Our,

More of our eternal nature.

And that heart just sits right in the middle of them.

So it's like this bridge between heaven and earth,

But within us,

You know,

As within,

So without,

Or however,

You know,

As above,

So below.

But,

You know,

We really do have this construction in our physicality and I wouldn't normally go,

I feel like that's,

That can be difficult to get our head around,

But I've listened to your podcast and I feel like people are a bit more,

You know,

Advanced if they're keeping up with what you guys are talking about on here.

So,

But that there is physically that is true.

And so it's this center point,

It's this,

This bridge part of us.

And so it has this very important role where it,

When we connect with the heart,

It can influence our whole being.

And so coming into the heart allows us to have this center point of neutrality and of,

You know,

We talked to,

When we began this,

We were talking about that disconnection that people have.

Well,

If we can get into our zero point,

Our neutral space that is in the heart,

That is in the center of our being,

And that's where we're not affected by the extremes.

It's kind of our shelter.

And it's also where the true,

Where our true nature lies.

So we can,

But it,

But it's physically there.

So if we can learn how to,

To control our,

Or,

And direct our awareness and our energy,

Rather than it just being like the thought that pops into our head or what's demanding our attention right now,

And we're just kind of responding all the time.

Through meditation,

We can become aware of our energy and our focus and our attention,

And we can begin to direct where we send that.

And so we can direct our attention into our heart,

Into the center of our body,

Like just literally sending our awareness there helps those photon,

You know,

The photons to build those tacky ons,

Those,

You know,

Tiny units of energy to gather and collect in there and then strengthen that part of our being.

And so it's,

It's a bridge,

It's a connector point,

It's a radiating,

You know,

Love radiation point.

So it's,

It's a profound place to focus our awareness in meditation.

And,

And,

You know,

As we continue on,

Even outside of meditation,

As we get more aware of our,

Of our awareness and where it is and what we want to do with it outside of meditation.

Indeed,

It's,

I know,

It's,

And it's different,

I think,

For the traditionally masculine and feminine with this.

I know when I started opening up my heart,

It was a huge game changer.

It's just like so much had been clogged and repressed and forgotten about.

And then when I got into meditation,

My heart really started to open up.

But during the process,

It really ate,

I mean,

Like physically ate,

Right,

As just all this my asthma got brought up in awareness to be seen and cleared.

And I found myself calling people asking for forgiveness out of the blue.

I mean,

It was probably a little bit too crazy to do that.

But you know,

And then just forgiving myself,

I found was really helpful too.

And it just,

It's not like I,

It's hard to really force that,

You know,

It was just like the time was right to do it at that time.

And it was letting go of this burden I was carrying around,

These grudges I was carrying around.

I found it quite helpful.

Now it doesn't take away some of the wrongs that were done,

You know,

When remember what was done.

So certain wrongs won't happen again.

But yeah,

I found it very helpful.

And it's an ongoing process.

It's almost like that's our true nature.

These beautiful heart qualities will can shine through just more effortlessly once the things that are blocking them are out of the way or what's hindering them.

I love that.

And I love how you mentioned the physical impact of the heart opening,

Because I've experienced that too,

Where I,

It's a really physical change that's happening.

And there can be some frequency,

You know,

Changes behind that where your energetic heart is upgrading to a higher frequency and that your actual physical heart is still operating at a different frequency and they're like phase locking in,

But we can feel a physical pain that can be alarming.

When you're on a spiritual path and you're aware of that,

It kind of helps to take that panic away,

You know,

Where it's like,

Oh,

Something's happening in my heart,

But there's still this human part of like,

Am I having a heart attack?

Absolutely.

I thought that too,

Because I didn't know anything about all this when I was doing this,

You know,

And now I know it's not a rare thing.

And then also across the back of the heart,

Like between the shoulder blades,

I've had,

You know,

Pain there,

Especially early on when I'm working on heart practices and things like this,

Like loving kindness,

You know,

Formally and compassion practice,

Equanimity.

But also the beautiful one is rejoicing,

Like being happy for other people's happiness.

That one I find kind of the hardest because for whatever reason,

It's like the default is still more towards,

Oh,

Why are you happy?

I want to be happy.

Why are you?

But the thing is,

There's so much to go around,

Right?

There's no limit to it.

Just because somebody else is happy isn't going to limit my happiness.

So I can hear this thing where,

You know,

How many billion people are supposedly on the earth so that if we can be happy for their happiness,

That increases our chance by how many ever billion people on the earth,

You know,

It's just like this rejoicing.

Yeah.

And if we're tapping into their happiness,

That is changing because everything,

Of course,

Is frequency.

So if the more time that we're spending in that frequency of happiness,

Even if it's through the good fortune of others,

You know,

If we can genuinely be happy for them,

Be excited for them,

We get to experience that frequency and that flushes through our energy and strengthens that,

You know,

That frequency within us.

And that helps that to become that default state within us too.

So there's such a reciprocal blessing,

You know,

That we receive too through that.

Absolutely.

Yes.

And the formal practice phrases for that are,

May your happiness continue,

May it increase,

And may it never cease.

So these are going to be cultivated almost,

I wouldn't,

Artificially is not the right way,

But as in a regular practice,

Bringing to mind someone else's happiness,

That we're genuinely happy for them too.

And I know with the loving kindness practices,

Sometimes when I'm wishing someone well,

Especially in the beginning,

The exact opposite happened,

Right?

I was like,

Wait,

That person did that.

They don't deserve my kindness.

I can't believe they did that,

You know?

But the way I look at that is that's just stuff that's has been unseen before and it's coming up to be cleared too.

And so be kind to myself in that process.

Or what's the other notion I like is,

You know,

If I can't be compassionate,

Well then be compassionate for the fact that I can't be compassionate right now.

That's powerful.

And that compassion,

I was kind of,

This thought arrived to me last night,

Which was,

You know,

Kind of the yin yang,

You know,

The black and white symbol with the,

And how it's kind of like the light and the dark go together and they need each other and they're kind of certain reflections of each other.

And I was experiencing that in my crown and it was this compassion for everybody because everybody has their role.

And there are people who have taken kind of dark roles and at a grander soul level,

That's a very difficult undertaking,

You know,

That there,

It's almost like this sacrifice during this time of like not shining their light and who they truly are.

And so it was this like,

Wow,

To do that for the benefit of,

You know,

What other people are learning through what,

You know,

The shadow that they're casting that people need,

You know,

It was sort of like a,

Whoa,

You know,

That is a whole other level of compassion,

Like from a soul level that they're like setting this ceiling and they're not able to,

Because they're not living like a joyful existence.

We may think they're getting away with whatever they're getting away with,

But from that soul perspective or the over soul perspective or however high you want to go,

There's almost a sacrificial quality of,

Of course they will ultimately be who they are,

Become who they are and they will ultimately,

You know,

Kind of come through that.

But it was almost like not even a forgiveness kind of thing,

But like a,

Wow,

Way to take one for the team.

You know what I mean?

Does that make sense?

No,

It does.

And I've heard this perspective quite a lot of times.

The way I look at this is that they want to be happy just like I want to be happy,

You know,

And they just have whatever's going on with them.

They've chosen a different way to do that,

At least temporarily.

And so,

You know,

That's one thing we all have in common,

Right?

We all experience stress still,

You know,

Some unsatisfactoriness,

Even suffering until we're fully,

Completely awake and fully enlightened.

And so that's where I can connect with them.

You know,

They want to be happy.

I want to be happy.

They don't want stress.

I don't want stress.

And so when the heart meets something stressful,

If the crap is out of the way,

Well,

Then that's being met with compassion,

Right?

The heart naturally,

You know,

Wants to know that recognition that we both want to be,

You know,

Happy,

Not stressful.

And so we can have that genuine wish for them,

You know,

That that pain be released and that they may know peace,

Just like we want to know that in our hearts,

You know,

To the fullest extent possible.

And so that's how I kind of connect and see that a lot of times,

Too.

And then that way,

It doesn't get into like a value judgment,

This type of thing,

You know,

Look more at what's skillful and wise instead of what's good or what's bad,

Right?

So skillful actions will tend to have skillful results.

Wise actions tend to have wise results,

Right?

Yes,

And then,

You know,

I mean,

I'm no angel either.

You know,

My past,

I've done a lot of unskillful things,

Too.

And so I can look back in my life and send kindness and compassion to that part of me who I was,

Too.

And that sometimes,

You know,

I can be grateful.

There's this thing called the golden question.

What if the worst thing that ever happened to me was the greatest gift I've ever been given?

You know,

It's a really profound question to sit with.

And so I can be grateful for the challenges that I went through and came out the other side.

Now I can be like a hero for people still going through it and a hero in the best possible sense,

Not like a cliche thing.

So that's one of the ways to look at it.

Yeah,

That's,

Yeah.

Yeah,

Right.

It's like the opportunity to have growth accelerators if we use it in that way.

And so often we put the shame and the guilt on top of it,

Which is part of it,

Too.

You know,

I mean,

If we're not experiencing that,

Then we may be,

You know,

Kind of more a narcissistic territory where we don't,

You know,

We can't express any empathy or sympathy.

So that guilt and shame,

Though,

Blocks us and holds us down.

And you know that what you were talking about with the blockages within the heart,

Those are ultimately things that we need to dissolve and come through the other side.

And one of the ways to do that is,

As you're saying,

To change how we are,

Our relationship to what we perceive from what happened and to give ourselves grace and compassion.

It's really a necessary step.

And it's really easy to say,

And it can be a process to ultimately and finally really release.

Most definitely.

And the shame,

Blame and guilt is a really important point.

There can be,

In my experience,

Some benefit of that,

But only in the sense that,

Okay,

I see where this choice leads.

I see what the effects of this choice are.

Why would I want to make those choices again?

It becomes an issue when we stay stuck in shame,

Blame,

Guilt.

Oh,

I'm a bad person.

You know,

I shouldn't have done this or projecting out on other people.

Oh,

You're so dumb.

You shouldn't have done that.

Shame on you.

So these types of things aren't helpful,

You know,

So people can get mired.

I know I have too,

Especially those with an inferior ego,

Right?

I'm never good enough.

How can I ever be as good as that person?

You know,

And I see a lot in spiritual communities too,

Where most of the other world,

Most of the rest of the world seems to be superior.

You go,

Oh,

I'm so much better than that person thing too.

You know,

They're so stupid.

Damn,

I'm so much better than that.

I don't have time for you.

But the most subtle conceit too is,

It's one that flies under the radar a lot,

Is thinking,

Oh,

I'm just as good as that person.

I'm just as good as they are.

And on the surface,

It seems like a quality,

But in another way,

I mean,

I'm glad that I'm not as good as anyone else or the same as anyone else,

Because that would give us kind of a uniqueness and diversity.

Because if we were all the same in every area of our life,

To me,

That would be really boring.

There wouldn't be any kind of flavor or diversity.

It would be like a gray hive mind or something,

You know?

So yeah,

It's just not really necessary for me.

You know,

When comparison comes in,

And I'm still a far long way from this,

You know,

But comparing seems better when we do it to ourselves,

Comparing to ourselves.

This goes into ego too,

Right?

Get rid of most of the ego,

But now I have to deal with spiritual ego,

Right?

Right.

And I kind of thought you were going in this direction too.

And so maybe this also resonates with you,

But kind of the humility piece,

Like balancing the humility with worthiness,

Because I think I see a lot in the spiritual community,

This humility,

But it's like we're continuously knocking ourselves down and elevating the people that are inspiring us.

That also is something to overcome.

So again,

It's like,

Yeah,

You might be a student,

You know,

You might be early in your path.

You may be taking like baby steps and there's like a whole world that,

You know,

You hear terms and you don't know what they mean,

And you might feel like a neophyte and that's okay.

You know,

There is good that comes from not like charging onto the scene right away and being like,

I became enlightened because I did a mushroom trip.

You know,

It's like,

You know,

Bit by bit,

You know,

Brick by brick,

There's a whole vast diverse universe and we all are carrying like our piece of it,

But let's,

You know,

Pump the brakes on like calling yourself a guru or master,

You know,

After,

You know,

A little bit of a taste.

But it's also,

I see so much unworthiness and so much pedestal,

You know,

Like,

Oh,

This person or these people are the fastest way,

The only way.

And I don't know,

I feel that I have heard things that resonate with me in terms of like the frequency of the planet and,

You know,

The changing frequency of the planet and that there were times where that was more necessary,

That we needed these sort of like spiritual midwives to like,

Cause they were holding frequency that,

That most of the people couldn't hold.

So it was like,

That was a quicker pathway.

Now there is so much individual expression and,

You know,

People are different.

Humanity is different.

And so we can really do ourselves a disservice by,

By mistaking somebody who can help us to work things out within ourselves,

Clear shadows,

Elevator frequency,

Understand energy and consciousness.

But if we see them as like this intermediary,

Where it's like,

I can only experience God through that person.

Be careful.

So that is outdated and it's going to hold that ultimately that will hold us back from being able to express our ourselves fully.

So there's so many different aspects.

So many good points there.

You know,

The,

The guru culture,

It worked fairly well,

I guess in the sixties,

But today it's kind of an outdated paradigm.

There's a few people out there that really benefit from it,

But for overall compared to the,

You know,

When,

When that was really more of a thing,

I think that that's gone,

You know?

Yeah.

I mean,

For eons of time,

You know what I mean?

Going back to Buddha and,

You know,

I mean,

Yes.

I mean the,

The change that these ascended masters had on this planet and on people and continue to have,

You know,

And so it's not to say like,

Oh,

Ditch those ascended masters,

Like forget that.

But it's just a,

You know,

Because they can still help us even,

You know,

For energetically.

Absolutely.

But if we keep looking backwards to be like,

Oh,

These prophets and exactly what people say that they said at the time,

That's literally the way,

You know,

I heard Randy talking about the,

The different levels of scripture and the,

You know,

The esoteric level,

The religious level,

The,

The literal level.

And it's like,

And that is so true and so impactful.

And you know,

There are these levels and layers and we access them within us,

You know,

And we can have guides,

We can have help.

Absolutely.

But it's just that be careful about putting somebody on a pedestal and thinking that like that's,

You know,

That's your way to,

You know,

If you're putting something in between that can ultimately end up not serving.

Or even spiritual codependency,

You know,

That term just came to me,

Right?

Can't go forward without something else and they can't either.

Right?

I guess.

I love that.

Yeah.

The thing with the keep getting drawn to the Buddhist teachings,

Even though I should probably let them go more is it's got the built in thing of open inquiry.

So it's inviting investigation and invite.

It doesn't say,

Oh,

You have to believe this.

No,

You're supposed to question it for yourself and you're supposed to come and see it,

Know it for yourself,

Not take anybody's word for it,

Investigate it for oneself.

It could be complete crap.

That's it's encouraged that one has to see and know it for itself.

It can't be really bestowed or,

You know,

Given or it shouldn't be clung to or believed in.

You have to do it.

You have to do the work for yourself to see if there's any benefit,

You know,

And the worthiness thing you talked about was really important because I see that in the feminine too.

I see more masculine,

I see more kind of wanting this honor and respect in the feminine though is this,

This,

This kind of need for value and validation,

Right?

Being,

Being feel worthy worthiness.

It is a,

It is a big thing.

And yeah,

And the other thing about being humility,

Humble,

It's,

It's a very admirable quality.

Also some people are afraid to stand in their light,

To stand and shine their light brightly,

You know?

And I know for a while I hid my light just because I thought it was too much for people,

You know?

And so just,

Just saying,

I,

I'm done with that.

I'm going to,

You know,

Shine my full light here.

And if people don't like it,

Well then,

You know,

Then they'll go on.

It's not to get,

You know,

Arrogant or,

Um,

Or do any kind of harm or overwhelm with some people,

Although some people might get overwhelmed by our light,

You know?

And that's when we,

That's when I know I need to maybe withdraw a little bit,

But to,

To lead off with,

I need to be less than or hold,

You know,

Um,

Some brilliance back just because I think somebody,

You know,

Uh,

Might find it unpalpable way,

You know?

Yeah.

I love that.

And I,

I still struggle with that a bit depending on the audience,

You know,

Because if I'm in my community,

If I'm talking to you,

You know,

I can just be,

You know,

Here it is,

You know?

But I am very much entrenched also in the material world with my family and my neighbors and where I am in the world,

You know,

It's,

So it's,

It's always this like,

Um,

Feeling out what people are ready for and,

Um,

You know,

Where it's,

It's,

It's like,

Is it worth,

You know,

Go,

If people can't follow what they're not going to resonate or follow with like,

Well,

Yeah,

If you drop down into your heart and you spread that frequency and people are gonna,

And it's like,

What in the world are you on about?

You know,

You kind of start to lose some trust and it's like,

So I've,

I've experienced that where it's like,

Okay,

You know,

It's not for everybody right now.

And it's there when they're ready.

I mean,

It's out there.

Like my,

My light is out there and there's a,

Some nuance in terms of like,

What's gonna land well,

You know,

Just appreciating where,

Where people are.

It's a very good point.

And I ran into this early in my journey when I got so excited,

I just had to tell everybody about everything.

Right.

And I see how quickly that backfired on me.

Right.

Just really kicked me in the butt on that one.

So I like this technique of just,

Oh,

Hey,

Did you know such and such and such,

And then can kind of gauge the amount of interest and the level that they're at,

You know,

So I just don't have to be that guy that causes that scene.

Right.

So it can kind of feel out where they're at.

We're just by dropping in a question,

Can know pretty quickly,

You know,

If they're interested even,

And then by their answer,

Like what level they're,

They're ready to receive.

Right.

Yeah.

And that Zen mind,

You know,

This beginner's mind and Zen practice.

I love that you talk about earlier about people getting,

Oh,

I'm,

You know,

I've got so much catching up to do.

I'm so overwhelmed with these terms.

That's actually a benefit in Zen practice.

We can bring a completely fresh mind to everything we do.

See how people have been on this path for so long.

They're just entrenched in the same thing over and over again.

Imagine how if we could bring how fresh everything was the first time,

Like first experiences,

You know,

Looking at things bright eyed and bushy tailed with,

With new eyes and new experience and just having this new fascination with the unknown and how mysterious and wonderful it is.

Right.

And then there's being like a child.

You know,

There's that scripture,

You know,

Where Jesus said,

You know,

I can't remember the exact quote,

But something like,

You know,

Bring that innocence,

Bring that child.

Like if you,

If you experience yourself in a childlike way,

There I am,

You know,

That's how we so easily can allow God to move through us or,

You know,

High frequency or source or whatever.

And it is with that innocence and that trust,

You know,

That,

That,

Um,

That trust in,

In that in source and in that eternal eternality that we are.

I like trusting in ourselves to like trusting myself to know that I can,

I'm working on discernment,

You know,

In my ability to commit to discernment,

To know what's skillful and not what's helpful and not,

And then I can make those choices and I'm doing the best I can,

You know,

If I could do better,

I would.

So then I can look at something and say,

I trust my own ability to discern what is worth my time,

What's helpful and what's not.

Right.

Beautiful.

Yeah.

Well,

Cara,

Thanks so much for joining today.

Did you want to leave people with,

Um,

Um,

What,

What message would you like to leave with people?

So,

You know,

Tell folks what kind of projects you have coming up,

Um,

You know,

Um,

Collaborations and then also where people can get ahold of you online too.

Yeah.

Thank you.

In daily life or however you want,

However you want people to reach out to you if they're interested in your work.

Yeah.

Thank you so much.

Um,

What I just like to leave people with is I think where,

You know,

You led the conversation,

Which is into the heart,

You know,

It's this,

This,

You know,

Explore this.

There are techniques that you can,

You can immerse yourself in.

You can go out there and find like heart centered techniques and you can experiment,

Experiment and be like a living laboratory and go into stillness.

Allow yourself to pause,

To close your eyes and,

And bring that awareness down into your heart.

Like you're dropping your eyes and your ears down into your heart and experience yourself in that way.

And it's a really,

Really powerful and beautiful exploration and,

Uh,

In a safe space,

You know,

So I love that,

That you took it there.

So thank you.

Um,

And in terms of finding me,

I mentioned the podcast meditation conversation,

It's on all the platforms.

Um,

And I have a retreat coming up here in Indiana.

Uh,

The Mitchell hedges crystal skull is going to be there.

I don't know if you're familiar with the Mitchell hedges crystal skull.

It's funny.

I only listened to like four or five different episodes and that was one of them.

I'm a,

I'm crystals are big.

Uh,

Girlfriend and I were,

We're both into crystals quite a bit and I've gone to quite a few crystal fests and have my own and I'm fascinated by some of the larger skulls.

And this one is the,

Uh,

One of the most significant ones that we know of at this time.

Yeah.

I had the opportunity to have like a private session with it kind of out of nowhere.

Um,

Because my,

My friend who's done a lot of mentoring for me,

Michael Massey,

He was being interviewed for,

Um,

Interview with ed interview with extra dimensional,

It's Ruben Langdon show on Gaia.

And um,

It just so happened that when we did,

When he did that interview,

I got to tag along and it,

And the Mitchell hedges crystal skull was there because Ruben's doing a side project with Bill Holman,

Um,

On,

It's a multi-series,

Um,

Documentary or,

Or C it's a series.

Um,

That's not out yet,

But I got to have a private session with it and it was very cool while I was going through it.

I mean,

You can kind of feel the energy and.

And connect with it,

But it was actually about like,

I can't remember exactly how long,

But I,

I roughly 10 days later that I had kind of my first big multi-dimensional experience where I was like traveling through these different layers and levels and seeing time represented and getting off planet and far,

Far,

Far away.

Um,

Experiencing myself as this huge sphere of light and communicating back with my human self as light.

Like there was this light communication happening.

It was wild.

And,

Uh,

It took me a while to connect,

Like,

Oh my God,

That was like really,

I mean,

In terms of at the time,

It didn't really feel like that experience had just happened.

You know,

Like,

Oh,

I had the skull thing because it was like,

Time had passed,

But then looking back,

Like it became clearer and clearer that that was that catalyst for it.

So I'm super excited to be able to have that at the retreat and,

And have some group experiences.

It's actually during the lunar eclipse,

May 4th through seventh lunar eclipses on five,

Five it's on the five,

Five gateway,

Which is really in and of itself is pretty profound.

Um,

But then to have the skull there,

It's going to be really,

Really powerful.

So that's like my big thing that's coming up and you can get information about that on Cara goodwin.

Com.

Kara's with a K.

And then I have a 21 day meditation,

Self-paced course.

Um,

I have a community where we get together,

Um,

At least once a week and we meditate and have a wisdom talk and people ask questions.

Um,

We have a forum where you can kind of have access anytime.

Um,

So lots of different touch points.

I'm on the conscious awakening network.

So,

Um,

That's a really fun,

Uh,

If,

If listeners haven't explored that there's so much content out there,

Some really amazing speakers and hosts.

And,

Uh,

So I'm out there.

I'm an Instagram to Cara underscore goodwin underscore meditation.

Well,

Cool.

If I wasn't planning on being in England during that time,

I would definitely at least like to see the skull at the very least.

And yeah,

It sounded like you got quite the delayed activation there perhaps,

Who knows,

But it's amazing.

Um,

Uh,

Yeah.

Well,

Cara,

Thanks so much for joining and may you all out there be blessed with the most ideal,

Um,

Heart openings and heart qualities for your own wellbeing,

For the wellbeing of others and for all beings everywhere.

May all beings everywhere realize awakening in three.
