And take a few big breaths to blend and to welcome yourself in your body maybe your body wants to sway a little bit with your breath extending every in and every exhale your shoulders up to your ears and let them drop down and then gently roll your neck from left to right letting go of any tension that's stored in your neck and finding some stillness in your body as gravity pulls you down into the ground your seat melts with the ground you get pulled down and low feel how you're setting this anchor through your pelvis into the ground into the earth and from this contact point your vertebra builds up and you can open up easy and long and become present in yourself what is happening in yourself in this moment thoughts emotions sensations give them the space of awareness touch them with your presence and if it feels right to you you can move along with what is alive in you and the sounds you're hearing free yourself in the movement any stretches any swaying back and back into your body close to yourself and scan through your body what does your body need in this moment and if it feels right you can bring your hands there any gentle touch or stroking massage to make contact with yourself right now at some point the movement will slow down and you ground deeply in yourself and root down down into the earth down into stillness so
