Welcome on this two-minute meditation.

You don't have to do anything but close your eyes and lean back internally into yourself and feeling your body.

Let these images run through you that you just experienced.

Let any sounds pass and feel if there's thoughts swirling.

These few seconds are just for you.

To reconnect with yourself and maybe there is a physical place inside of you that you want to reconnect to.

Maybe it's somewhere in your chest or in your belly or the seat is helping you to feel more.

Feel how the breath is flowing in and out from the tip of your nose through your throat,

Into your lungs and down and low,

Reaching your belly.

And let gravity do her work so you get a little more relaxed now.

Pull the shoulders up to your ears,

Breathe out and let them drop and continue with whatever feels nourishing to you.
