You can set yourself up in any way that feels comfortable to you,

Either laying down or sitting up.

You find a nice posture where you can relax.

And to settle in first of all,

Let gravity do her work to pull you more into the ground.

Just imagine for a moment this huge magnet that is pulling you into the ground.

It is also pulling any tension out of your body,

Out of the shoulders,

Your jaw,

The little muscles in your face.

From your back,

Into the ground,

Any tension in your belly or your pelvis.

And from your legs and your feet,

Any tension is going into the ground now,

To the magnet.

And I invite you to let this question resonate in you.

What does embodiment feel to you?

What does it feel like to be fully in this body?

And without getting into the head,

Let your body speak,

Let the energy rush through you,

Any sensations in your body.

On your skin,

Under your skin,

Inside.

And now focus on your diaphragm,

This muscle that is just below your ribs.

This muscle is steering your breath.

And with every inhalation it is pulling the lungs down.

And with every exhalation it relaxes and the air goes out again.

We often have some tension around this diaphragm.

And I invite you just to touch upon this diaphragm with your awareness.

You don't have to get it right in any way.

Just give yourself this moment to feel into the lungs and into the ribcage.

How is it moving here?

And in how far can you feel the breath moving in your body?

Or moving your body?

It may be that a big sigh comes up or yawning,

Which means you are bringing the energy to another level,

A little more relaxed.

And now imagine with every inhale you can bring some more of this breath into every limb,

Into every cell of your body.

And maybe it feels good for you to move along with this image.

Circling your shoulders,

Moving your hands,

Your fingers,

Your legs,

Your toes.

Being very mindful of this breath moving.

Allowing yourself to breathe fully.

Allowing yourself at the same time to land a little more fully in your body and to bring more embodiment into this exact moment.

And now you get the chance to ask your body what it needs.

This can look different for everyone.

Maybe it's a hug,

Maybe it's a cup of tea,

Maybe it's some fresh air,

Piece of chocolate,

Movement,

Stillness.

Let it arise from inside.

And with the next inhalation flatter your eyes open again.

Take a mindful look around and do whatever feels good to you now.
