As we begin,
Just stretching up.
Just awakening the spine,
Taking a few c-curves.
And backless D curves.
As you breathe and just open up this central channel.
And to the extent that feels good for you,
Twisting.
I love and have been so inspired in my life by the Scarabelli and really reminding us that the health of our spine.
Really is the health of our life.
So just stretching,
Opening up the sides as it feels good.
You deep breaths.
To open up the channels.
Using a tissue,
Blowing out anything that you need to.
Coughing as you need to.
And then beginning to settle.
To allow the spine to be straight.
As we give ourselves permission.
For 15 minutes of meditation from now.
Each breath.
Allowing you to drop faster,
Deeper into stillness.
Finding it so easy now just to tap into that state.
Perhaps even using the 3-2-1 method,
Three complete bodily relaxation.
Breathe,
Just letting all tension melt out of the body as you mentally repeat three.
Three to soften the shoulders.
Three,
Softening around the heart,
The belly,
The hips.
It's really softening the hands.
Phase three,
Whole body total relaxation.
Which you'd mentally repeat too.
Relax the mind.
You breathe,
Feel the mind melt.
As you mentally repeat to.
Dropping a pebble into a body of water,
Seeing the ripples.
Moving out.
Coming into stillness and so does your mind as you repeat too.
To total mental relaxation.
One full embodied presence.
Shoo,
Shoo,
Shoo.
So you feel yourself connected.
This web of infinite connection,
Of conscious awareness.
Connected to the earth.
Held and cradled by the earth.
So connected to the heavens.
Already feeling yourself channeling that pure Reiki energy.
Allowing yourself to soak in that golden glow of the great eastern sun.
Feeling yourself release.
And let go of and have burned off by the sun all the things that make you think there's something wrong with you.

You the work of meditation.
And notice the habits and patterns of mind.
That come up as you try to be here.
Drop the effort,
Drop the trying.
Just lean into the work of noticing.
Softening and releasing.
You you Allow yourself to see yourself in your mind's eye.
See yourself standing there.
And envelop yourself in a bubble of love.
Just recognise all the love that you wanted.
That you never received.
Now is your moment to give that to yourself.
Soak yourself in love.

Warm attention.
You are caring how you feel and what matters to you.
A desire to support and nourish.
Bathe yourself in this love.
And feel how the energy of the universe comes in to support you.

Feeling this natural cycle of energy flow from the heavens to the earth.
Back to the heaven,

Flowing to you and through you.

Try and change it,
Just become curious and notice.
Is that hardness.
All the uncried tears.

Feel them just melting away in this love and vibration.

One practical thing that will allow you to be kind to yourself today.

To honour yourself with that today,
Just start again to begin to take conscious control of the breath.
Breathing more deeply.
Perhaps wiggling fingers and toes.
As with eyes closed,
We take a big inhale and stretch our arms above our heads.
Joining our palms together.
As we blink the eyes open,
Looking up to the sky.
Exhaling thumbs down to heart space.
As we bow our heads in thanks.
