Hello everyone,
I hope you are well.
Welcome to this chakra meditation.
Chakras are energy centers we have in our bodies.
There are seven major chakras,
Each in a specific location along your body.
In this meditation we will be focusing on the sacral chakra to help you balance the energy in this part of the body.
The sacral chakra is located just below your belly button.
This chakra is responsible for your sexual and creative energy.
It's good to focus on balancing our chakras because if they aren't balanced we can manifest the polar opposite of these energy center traits.
To name just a few,
When the sacral chakra is unbalanced it could lead to having no passion in your life or discomfort in your body.
There are many ways to connect to the sacral chakra.
Some ways include wearing orange,
Which is the sacral chakras color,
Eating foods associated with this chakra,
Such as carrots,
Pumpkin,
Orange,
Peaches,
And mango to name a few.
You can do yoga,
You can focus on movement for the sacral chakra.
But in this meditation to help balance our chakras we are going to be using affirmations to provide focus and clarity for the sacral chakra.
Before we begin we are going to take a few deep breaths and set an intention for this meditation.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
One more time,
Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth and set the intention to balance the energy within this sacral chakra.
You can start by visualizing the color orange and say my intention is to balance the energy within this sacral chakra.
I will now repeat the affirmations twice.
Feel free to repeat them out loud or to just listen.
I feel respect for my body.

I give myself permission to enjoy my sexuality fully.
I give myself permission to enjoy my sexuality fully.
I choose to feel joy and excitement.
