I'm going to guide you through a new moon intention and then just take this time to relax your mind and stay in the moment.

I'll guide you through an intention setting meditation and with this you'll get into a really relaxed state of mind and this allows your brainwaves to slow down and when you get your brainwaves down to a theta state this allows your you to connect to your emotions creativity and intuition and it also starts the daydreaming and fantasizing point of your mind it allows your conscious mind to relax and it allows you really to open up your subconscious and with your subconscious that's where all your feelings memories habits and and automatic behaviors are stored so if you start to focus internally and tune into all of your senses I will guide you to set your intentions for the year once you set your intentions your brain will start using the reticular activity system which filters out all the millions of pieces of data that it accesses every second and it starts to focus on what is important to you and whatever you focus on expands and wherever your attention goes that's where all the energy flows so when you set your intention your subconscious mind will then bring that into your reality as this is the new moon it's the perfect time to set your intentions and represents the start and new beginning this is the phase of the moon where it's invisible to the earth it disappears in the night sky it's a dark time a time of rest a time where you put in your seeds to allow them to grow so today as we stay in flow with mother nature and sync with her cycles we'll start to co-create with her now you're welcome if you need to to use the eye pillow and start bringing awareness to your breath notice where your breath travels to inhale through your nose your throat your sides feel your belly expand and then as you exhale allow your belly to soften back keeping your chest lifted slightly until all the air is out and your body is softened repeat this again inhaling through your nose your throat and through your belly and as you exhale allow your belly to soften taking a long exhale out until your body is fully softened sending each inhale deep into your belly as we study the pace of our breathing we study the rhythm of our minds connect with your breath steady and soft and then on your next exhale allow your shoulders to loosen your arms and hands to rest freely notice that relaxation feeling flowing down to your abdomen down to your waist down to your feet feel that relaxation throughout the whole of your body imagine yourself relaxing under an open night sky in this beautiful summer night feel a light breeze upon your face as you see yourself gaze up into the sky you notice all the stars in the sky as the new moon is hidden away you notice how bright the stars shine and how they fill the sky as if you can touch them imagine a white cleansing light coming from the sky softly surrounding your body imagine this white light cleansing the energy around you clearing away energy no longer serving you continue to focus on your breath and imagine this cleansing energy cleansing your aura for a few minutes releasing anything that you want to let go of releasing anything no longer serving you take all your lessons from your last year and take them all as learnings all challenges you face and release them and let them go anything no longer serving you as you release that energy notice how much more lighter you feel focusing on all your senses feeling yourself shining brighter just notice what you see hear what you hear and feel what you feel now if you place one hand on your heart and one on your belly allow yourself to connect with your physical body take a deep breath in breathe deeply feel that air into your belly and take a long exhale out envision this bright star light emerging out from your heart center allow it to grow bigger offering this bright light to the world around you and at the same time feel this star light pouring in from the top of your head from above this light goes to the crown of your head as you breathe in feel this star light pouring in from your crown and as you exhale feel this star light emerging outward from your heart breathing in the light flows into you and breathing out the light radiates from outside of you just breathe in and breathe out feeling this light within you the spark of life that is always within your life force your personal energy this is responsible for all that you do and who you are feel the stillness of this energy within you the stillness but still that feeling of aliveness your personal frequency your energy you have so much that you can give and on this new moon is the best time to energetically connect to understand what your personal desires and true desires within are think about the things you would like to bring into you and manifest in your life think about something you want to bring in and speak speak these intentions to yourself in your mind now asking yourself what you most desire what should I focus on this lunar new year and just see what comes up for you be open and receptive to any information that may come anything you see,

Hear or feel continue to focus on your breath and just observe what comes to your mind as you speak your intentions to yourself feel these words emanating and projecting outwards trust your sensations and all that you experience as your true desires notice how they answer notice your intentions and how it feels in your body do you feel tingles of excitement do you feel at peace do you feel expansion continue to focus on your breath and feel everything that's coming up think about what you want to create for the next year in all areas of your life work relationships family socially financially what brings you happiness what projects do you want to bring into life what do you want to create harnessing the energy of the new year the year of the dragon what success and achievements do you see in your life what emotions does this bring inside of you allow that emotion and that feeling to encompass you encompass your whole body completely and entirely and stay in this receiving space for as long as you'd like feel that emotion radiating through you and emitting outwards into the world now see yourself achieving your intentions who is the person you need to be to reach those goals tap into that person see your future self and feel grateful that you've already achieved all your goals tapping into that feeling really feel it into your body see your future self and bring that person and combine with that energy now and the present connecting with your body connecting with your mind connecting with all your feelings and emotions and as this energy and these feelings build up inside you allow that energy that frequency to flow into the world into the earth to everyone around you as you share your desires now just continue to breathe in that feeling connecting with your body connecting with all the emotions that are coming up and as you think about your intention in your mind declare what you are creating and say it in the positive and notice what you feel when you create that intention for example I feel grateful as I create a loving and caring world I feel grateful as I create a loving and supportive community now just tell yourself what you feel and what you are creating and then when you're ready you can sit in this space as long as you want take in that feeling or you can take time to open your eyes and write down any information you received just taking your time to do what feels right for you think about how you're feeling think about how you're feeling right at this moment record what words or intentions came to you what you desire this year or for the next month think about anything that you want to release or let go anything holding you back from reaching your intentions and then think about all that you're grateful for today over the past weekend the past year what are you grateful for what are you grateful for in your personal life your career or even just about yourself now turn all your desires and intentions into an affirmation and say that affirmation to yourself I am and repeat that affirmation in your mind five times as if you feel that you've already become that feeling into it I am abundant I am lovable I am enough I am worthy of love just as I am take your time keeping your intentions close and feeling into those feelings and now if you want to jot down any information you received I invite you to journal or fill out your cards or you can continue to sit in your space connecting with your future self feeling grateful for all that you have achieved and over the next month and few days I invite you to keep your intention close by either by your bed or your desk or even in the bathroom mirror so you can look at it daily to remind yourself what you're working towards as what you focus on expands and if anything comes up that doesn't support that intention just acknowledge anything that comes up and see them as teaching tools as you stay focused and align with your true intentions when you align with your intentions it's the easiest way to attract what you want and as you connect with the energy of today's new moon it becomes a great magnifier and helps push you towards your goals and I invite you each month to honor the new moon taking note of your intentions and seeing how things progress every month and soon it becomes a habit over time and you'll notice a shift in your body as you feel more connected with nature and with your future self and at any time throughout the month know that you can connect to this feeling that you feel now know that you can connect to who you want to be who you are already deep inside and just allow yourself to share that with the world and now just take your time feeling into your body connecting with the new moon in the sky anytime you feel the need intentions are powerful and that they provide this road map for your subconscious and for yourself to head towards the life that you want and connect you with achieving your goals I want you to thank yourself for taking the time to think about your goals and your intentions this is the first step to achieving anything that you want in your life every time that you set an intention and you tell your subconscious what to focus on your mind will automatically start looking for that and create that in your life as you bring that energy towards you and now just take a few moments and when you're ready you can open your eyes write down anything that you want to remember creating this space if you want a few moments to write anything down go ahead and if you just want to relax take a few moments to relax
