I am a qualified yoga teacher, yoga nidra facilitator and a registered yoga therapist, and have undertaken over 1,000 hours of training in Australia, New Zealand, and India. As a yoga therapist, I have found that the most effective practices often involve slowing down and smelling the rose. I enjoy sharing these practices with people who can benefit from them. My yoga sessions always incorporate yoga nidra as I believe it is such a powerful yoga practice.
