How blessed we are that we have this tool of meditation.
It's a very strong medicine really.
And what's beautiful about this medicine is that it has zero side effects and it's so potent to harmonize.
So let's enjoy it together.
And let's bring our awareness inwards and pay attention.
What do we find when we pay attention inwards?
How is our breathing?
How is our mind?
Emotions?
And realize that what we're seeing is not who we are.
It is what's appearing in that space of awareness.
All what we see,
If it feels imbalanced,
It's because that it was separated from that space of awareness.
Then we always get symptoms.
So now we're harmonizing.
We're bringing back unity so our organism,
Physically,
Emotionally,
Mentally,
Energetically,
Can again breathe in harmony with Source.
And for that,
One thing must manifest,
Which is presence,
Because that's right now what's happening.
So let's become present with the breath,
How it moves in the body.
Just acknowledging its movement,
How deep it goes,
If there's any forces pushing against the breath,
Just observe.
And as you're observing,
Invite the breath gently to move a bit deeper and deeper,
Without any force,
Just with your awareness guiding it towards the area of the pelvic floor.
As deeper as it goes,
Better we feel.
And allow yourself to bring this attitude of invitation for the breath,
For the life force to come in,
As if you're offering space for it to enter.
You're welcoming it,
You're surrendering to it.
And then let's acknowledge our emotional state,
Especially what's happening in our chest,
But we can experience emotion in other parts of the body.
And again,
Like with the breath,
Not giving it an interpretation,
Why we feel what we feel,
Just observing,
Understanding that what you feel is not who you are,
It's in you.
Let's allow a lot of space around the emotion,
A lot of space.
So the emotion,
If it's negative or uncomfortable,
Better saying,
Not negative,
It has space to move.
So you're being with the emotion as space itself,
As if the sky,
The blue sky will be with a little cloud,
Lovingly,
But not grasping it or trying to understand,
Just creating a lot of space and acknowledging the space around it.
As bigger the space you open,
It's easier for the emotion to disperse,
Allowing you to feel more comfortable,
More peaceful.
And many times,
After the more apparent superficial emotion releases,
You can suddenly notice that there's a deeper one just underneath that,
And maybe in a different part of your body,
Maybe the first one was in your chest,
And deeper it's in your solar plexus or elsewhere.
Just continue to acknowledge the infinite space which you are,
Inviting the emotion to disperse,
To soften,
To relax into that space.
Let's shift awareness into our physical body,
Observing maybe there are some areas of extension,
And if you pay close attention,
You may recognize that physical tension and emotions,
They're very much linked together.
So,
If I connect attention in my back,
I might feel immediately that the breath becomes shorter,
And there are more emotions appearing,
Because the system is always working together.
But it doesn't matter,
Whatever we find,
We're being present with it as the infinite consciousness,
As a blue sky with a cloud.
Our system is so,
So vulnerable and delicate,
And the life we're living on planet earth could be very harsh.
So,
When we pay attention,
We can find a lot of areas that a system protected,
Holding tension,
Holding emotions,
And we need to revisit those areas to allow that tension to soften.
So,
Connect to your physical body,
But connect to it as infinity,
And be curious,
Because it's so magical what we're dealing with,
It's fascinating.
And allowing the magic to unfold,
As your infinite awareness is touching tension,
And let's say,
Take it one notch higher in our understanding,
That that infinite awareness that touches our body,
It doesn't need the abbreviation me,
Or I,
Like my infinite awareness,
It's not like this really,
This is just another thought that I am the one who does.
Let's invite that thought to melt away,
Acknowledging that actually what's happening is that the infinite consciousness that creates all there is,
Maintains all there is,
Is all there is,
Is interacting with part of itself.
And as much as the ego-I is pulled out of the interaction,
More magic unfolds,
More bliss manifests,
More deep well-being comes into place.
Infinity harmonizing itself,
Infinity harmonizing a part of itself,
Which by confusion is separated from the wholeness.
So your consciousness is creation itself.
What it sees in your body,
The different sounds or stimulation coming through your senses,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
All those things are movement,
Movement in the infinite consciousness.
You are the infinite consciousness,
You are the movement,
You are the manifestation,
You are the observer,
It's quite crazy,
You are all there is,
Everything.
Because creation or pure consciousness is alive,
Is like you,
Like you as a separate human being,
It's completely alive.
So we're moving to harmonize in a deeper,
More subtle interaction with our human form,
But we stay pure consciousness,
We don't collapse into the illusion of duality.
We're connecting with a vibration,
We want to recognize as infinity that this form called my body is vibrating,
And we want to invite that vibration to synchronize completely with the infinite consciousness which we are,
Especially if there are areas in your body right now that feels low in vibration,
That are more dense,
That are maybe humming in a vibration that is not in harmony with the infinite consciousness.
And the reason you know it's not in harmony is because you feel them.
Infinite consciousness vibration you don't feel really,
It's so subtle.
So whatever you still feel in your body,
Invite that vibration to synchronize.
The next part that I'd like to invite us to connect to is what is called in the teaching of yoga latent tendencies.
So we can translate it as psychological tendencies and or traumas that are and that are like stuck or blocked in a certain layer of our energy body.
Okay,
So when we're experiencing something that is difficult and we cannot process it,
The system pushes it into a certain part of our body and or pushes it or organizes it in a layer,
Energy layer,
Like a memory,
A living memory inside our body.
And those experiences from the past,
They are not who you are,
But they are like vibration that needs to be observed and needs to be embraced and needs to be encouraged to join again the infinite consciousness.
The way we're connecting with those layers of tension or traumas is by gently moving from the center of our body,
Outside,
Until we're hitting a layer that feels different,
That suddenly when I hit this layer,
My breathing becomes shorter,
There are more emotions and maybe memories are starting to flood my consciousness.
In that layer there is so much information.
As we're experiencing this information,
Let's experience this time from the infinite being and not as the person.
So we give a lot of space for that information to soften,
To be embraced and to be released.
So let's gently move from the very core of our body,
Gently,
Gently,
Like we're opening like concentric waves from the center out,
Until our awareness is touching a layer.
Just be there quietly and allow that feeling,
That emotions,
Sensation to manifest.
Don't be afraid of them,
But let them spread in your system,
Acknowledging them,
Give them space.
They can bring images,
They can bring emotions,
They can bring sensations,
They can bring memories,
All this information is stored in that layer.
Don't let the temptation of becoming that to pull you completely into the drama.
Just offer infinite space for that,
All those experiences to dissolve.
Allow the emotion to be felt,
But to be dissolved.
Allow the images to integrate with souls.
Stay there until you feel that the breath is coming back to normal,
That that layer is not charged anymore.
And then if you want you can expand more,
Then you're going to hit probably another layer that is further out in your system,
Either in the body or in your aura system.
And when you're meditating on your own you can do it,
You know,
Slowly,
Slowly and with the same process,
Because this is very personal work and can be very,
Very emotional and very moving.
Let's expand again and let go of this work for now.
I mean,
You can always come back to it slowly.
But let's say,
Let go of this work now so we can conclude the meditation as pure consciousness.
And again,
Expand and expand and expand,
And invite any tension still existing in your physical form,
In your emotional form,
In your mind,
Or in your energy,
To soften and synchronize.
So,
Thank you so much for joining.
It's important to remember that who we are is infinity itself.
And the work we're doing when we harmonize is synchronizing,
Even if we're touching very deep,
And trauma,
It's not who we are,
You know.
So,
We work with it and sometimes we cannot process it on our own and we need professional help or to work with somebody,
And that's perfect.
But let's not forget who we really are,
Yeah,
And not give too much power to who we are not.
