
The Rising Sun

Okay,
So again welcome to everybody and I call this meditation or I directed it to welcoming the sun or welcoming the light and yeah as the nature of life allows the day to come even when the night comes before.
So in our life sometimes we have a time of night and the light comes afterwards.
So I want to dedicate this meditation to strengthen the hope in the nature of reality,
In the nature of life and so when we kind of encountering some heavy time we trust in the flow of life that the light is just behind the corner.
Okay,
Obviously this doesn't mean that we just sit and watching Netflix which is okay as well and maybe sometime we need to do something to support the transition in our life.
Meditation is one amazing tool that I love.
That's why I'm sharing and that's why I do it for myself a lot.
Obviously it's not the only tool.
It's very important that in our life we see what tool help us connect to the light.
It helps us transform darkness to light and the tool number one of course is to be sure that within us there is light.
To be sure that light would not exist unless there is darkness and to be sure and to be completely trusting the nature of life that holds light and holds darkness together.
In the tool of meditation in order to connect to the light we actually have to connect to the present moment because only through being in the present moment we can connect to the light.
If we're just thinking about the light it's not enough.
We have to be the light and the light can only manifest if we are present.
Even if there is an external light when we go into a dark room and we put the light on if inside we don't feel good the light will not help us.
And if we are in a dark room but we go inwards and we allow the inner light to shine we feel good.
So let's focus on the light.
How do we recognize the light?
So I said being present.
So let's bring awareness to the present moment and it's easier to do it when we're focusing inward on the breath as one possible tool of course not the only one.
Let's focus on the breathing how the breath moves in and out.
And it's very important to as you aware of the movement of the breath in and out you be aware also of the awareness.
Because the light is actually the light of awareness that what shines and illumines everything.
Okay so whatever we seeing feeling thinking can only exist with the light of awareness the only way.
If you're if you're not aware of it probably it's existing but actually you don't know.
So let's be aware how the breath moves into the body and then goes out.
And try to feel the space or the spaciousness that awareness allows you to be in.
Feel the expansion that awareness allows you to be in.
And this expansion is not only in the body it's actually in the whole creation.
If you find it difficult to expand awareness beyond your body you can use an image of a balloon that expands or waves that are expanding outwards.
An image that allows you to visualize that something moved from the center from your body and expanding further and further and further out.
As infinite as your mind connecting to or being you're going to feel better.
Now the fact that we expanding it doesn't mean that we don't feel maybe emotions or pain in our body or it doesn't mean necessarily that the mind calms down immediately.
But it means that we are looking at everything from the perspective of infinity actually from home.
Okay so keep the mind infinite and as infinity observe the movement of the breath in and out.
As wider infinity or that sense of infinity you're going to feel more in the light or the light itself.
On the contrary when we're pulling in and we are in the mind in the emotion inside the body very locked in then awareness is you can say hijacked.
It's completely pulled into the story and identity of I'm me and it's losing it's a true infinite a connection.
It's true that you are you that you are you but in the same time you are everything.
So I only limit your existence as only to that you ego person.
Be infinite and observe as infinity the you person the ego person that's okay.
And because we can compare awareness to light completely so let's use awareness to illuminate areas of tension within us.
So by illuminate the darkness will move out of them and they again will get their light nature their infinite nature.
First of all is the heart chakra and most important because that's where we can connect and synchronize with love.
So illuminate shine awareness on the heart chakra on the center of the chest and invite the heart chakra to expand to assume the size of the whole creation.
Then it's the same and expand the second chakra below the navel or you can call it the sacred chakra and again allow it to open and assume the size of the whole creation.
Remember always that you don't do it from inside out meaning you're pushing the energy out as you're in the center meaning identifying with the ego.
You are everything and you're calling the attention to you to synchronize with the you which is all there is.
That need to to hold an identity is not needed now yeah when I say you actually there is no need to say you or me.
It's just isness you are all there is and you're calling part of this all there is-ness which you're experiencing to join the infinite expansion which is you.
But there's no need to say I am this or I am that you are just that.
And now let's be more subtle and check if there is areas of vibration within your physical or energy form that feels a bit heavy,
A bit tight,
A bit dense.
Maybe if you see color it has a dark color.
And invite those areas of tension again to synchronize with the infinite light which you are.
Try to be very detailed and then check a very slight even slight areas of tension and call those area to synchronize with the infinite consciousness which you are.
So in the infinite field of pure consciousness and day and night are changing.
You're feeling good,
Feeling bad,
You're feeling light or feeling darkness within our life,
Within our body,
Within our mind or emotion are changing.
But this infinite space or infinite light which you are actually never changes,
Never.
It's always here because that's the source of everything.
Therefore it's always available for us to adjust always because it's beyond everything because it is everything.
It's beyond life and death,
Beyond here and there,
Beyond night and day,
Good and bad.
It's the space and the material or the substance that everything is made from.
And you are that.
We continue to pay attention if there's still any parts within our human being that are doesn't feel in harmony.
And we know they're not in harmony because we feel them.
When you completely synchronize actually you don't feel anything and you know that you are everything.
It's so obvious.
If you feel a part of your physical form it means that it's still not synchronized with all there is,
Which is no problem.
Just invite that part to synchronize,
That's all.
Wonderful.
And this space is so sacred and so beautiful that for sure it's important to share it with others obviously it's available for everybody but most humanity are not aware of this at all.
So let's invite friends,
Family,
Can be animals,
Plants,
The earth,
Whoever you want,
Whoever you wish.
And invite that person or animal or whoever you've chosen you've chosen to be just in front of you.
And feel that by being the whole creation,
By being all there is,
You can invite that you've been chosen into that space.
So they as well be able to enjoy and harmonize through your presence the connection with all there is.
So always comes the question after we're finishing these meditations,
How can I keep it?
What shall I do?
Obviously sitting like this and harmonizing every slight imbalance that we cannot do on the go.
So it's not the same technique.
So what can we do?
Number one is we can love.
We can smile.
We can embrace.
We can feel that by touching,
By being with others,
Again,
Can be even a tree,
Can be a dog or a cat.
We're coming back to be part of life.
By acknowledging the presence,
The living presence of another being,
We become alive.
We become connected.
We become part of this matrix of existence.
Number two is,
Of course,
To feel humble and grateful.
And like this,
The mind connects easier to the heart.
And then it doesn't go so easy into its trips and it stay more present in the heart.
And even if it goes on its trips,
We can have space and from which we can call it back into order.
And we don't let it completely lose.
Lose it.
We don't lose it into its trips.
Okay.
And number three is presence on what we do,
To develop presence on whatever we do.
Like now,
When you sit,
You sit in a certain way.
And this way you're sitting,
Maybe you didn't choose it consciously.
It was automatic.
And the way you're going to get up of where you're sitting and start walking,
You're going to do it in an automatic way normally.
When you get up from the chair or from the cushion where you're sitting,
Would you turn to the right or to the left?
Would you go from one place or you go from another place?
Would you start to walk with this leg or that leg?
Okay.
So all those things are not really important,
But they are very important because they teach us to pay attention and to pay attention to everything,
Especially to our mind.
So,
When I want to end this meditation and to bless us all that we bring more awareness and more awareness and more unity into our life.
And like this,
We feel better.
And because we're living in a much higher vibration as a result,
We're affecting people around us and we're affecting humanity and life on planet Earth.
