The thing is that being aware of vibration is quite subtle,
So we need to train our mind to that subtlety so it can connect.
And there's a few easy ways to do it.
Number one,
If you're not aware of vibration so far,
Just by doing like this a little bit and stopping,
You're gonna feel the vibration immediately.

Let's do it again.
Just shake and stop and you feel the vibration.
These are the vibration.
Now,
While keeping this awareness,
Slowly place your hand comfortably wherever you want,
But stay connected to that sensation of vibration.
Slowly,
This vibration will start to spread from your hands,
From your fingers to the rest of your body.
As much as you're aware of the vibration in larger part of your body,
You're gonna feel more relaxed.
As much as you're aware of the subtlety of vibration in any part of your body,
You're gonna feel more comfortable.
Each and every cell,
Molecule,
Organ of your body wants to vibrate in harmony with the rest of the body and actually with the whole creation.
That's when we feel the best.
When you meditate,
First of all,
You're connecting to the vibration in one part of the body and then slowly you're moving your awareness to another and another and another part until you feel that the whole body vibrating together.
Then you start to move outside the body to your aura,
First close to the skin,
Recognizing vibration and then further and further out.
The truth is that the whole creation vibrates exactly like inside your body,
Everything.
So as you're recognizing the vibration in the body and you start to move out and out and out,
You feel that actually your whole body is the creation vibrating and you transform into an ocean of vibration.
When you're just listening to me,
It might sound a bit weird,
But if you try it,
You see that actually it's easy.
Your ability to feel vibration is only related to your mind learning to feel it,
Engaging with this subtlety and then to your mind not limiting your sense of identity only to this form,
To this body.
On the contrary,
It's expanding and expanding and expanding and feeling and acknowledging that my identity is the whole creation,
I am all there is.
And like this,
When you transform into an infinite ocean of vibration,
You see for yourself that you feel unbelievable.
