So,
A big welcome,
Everybody.
Wonderful.
I feel so blessed to be with you,
To share this space with you,
And to meditate together.
Today is Yom Kippur,
And for the Jewish people,
Yom Kippur is the most powerful day in the year where God decides for life and death for the year to come.
But if we take the wider significance of that is basically a day of letting go of all what we don't need before we entering into the depths of winter so we kind of unloading all what we don't need from our heart from our mind from whatever we need whenever possible so we can be lighter this is the whole idea towards oneself towards another So in that spirit,
What I want to share is actually the same,
That lately what I feel in meditation is that in the beginning,
And probably it's for all of us,
There is a very strong nervous system stimulation,
That the mind is busy,
Maybe there is a sense of agitation in the system,
And then gradually it calms down.
And then I always say in the end of the meditation,
Okay,
Now let's drop the mind.
But actually,
Dropping the mine also has layers to it.
It's not just you drop the mine and that's it.
Because the mind,
Which means the ego,
Has a very strong magnetic field that magnetizes to it all our existence as a human being and probably as a soul incarnating into unity with the light.
So as we start,
We already let go of all this agitation,
And we kind of,
In the process,
The mind is quite stable,
But then it starts to go deeper and deeper and deeper.
And as it goes deeper,
It kind of releases stuff that is attached to it.
It can be different patterns,
Different connections,
Connection with previous life,
Different things.
I'm saying it because it's important to be aware of that,
That this is a process.
So when you drop the mind,
You go deeper and deeper and deeper.
Now,
How do you know where you are if you got there?
You know if you got there that you are not you anymore.
Because the truth is that we are pure consciousness.
Now,
This pure consciousness is a living being.
It's who we really are.
So when you go so deep,
What's happening is that that me and that pure consciousness completely,
Completely fall into the same vibration.
Completely.
That means enlightenment.
Okay?
And when it's complete,
Then there is no way back and you're not kind of again regaining this I am your ear.
It doesn't happen anymore.
Now also it's important to understand that when you go to that level,
When you start dropping the mind,
You don't need to do anything there.
This is very important to understand.
There's nothing to manage because this is all built in.
When we do things is when we have different techniques to calm the mind,
To get to that place where the mind is not wobbly anymore.
And then you just observe,
And observe with no fear,
Because things can come that are weird,
Okay?
Consciousness or what we call me is attaching a lot,
A lot,
A lot of information and then you start to kind of Let go of that,
Let go,
Let go.
Not consciously,
But your system is kind of releasing stuff that has nothing to do with your essence,
Which is pure light,
Pure consciousness.
And that might bring things that might be a bit,
Whoa,
What's that?
Okay?
And also it might bring a sense of the mind doesn't want to deal with that,
It goes into more kind of sleepiness.
So all these,
Or say,
Oh,
Maybe tomorrow.
Try to go through all these stages,
Yeah?
And be patient.
If you can,
You take time.
Don't do it with any rush,
And then you go deeper and deeper and deeper.
So let's start and first let's go through the first phase,
Which normally that's mainly what we do,
Which is calming the mind,
The nervous system.
For that,
We're just observing what's going on right now in our system.
And we pay attention to tension inside our system.
Of course,
Tension can manifest as emotional tension,
Physical tension,
Psychological tension,
And or,
Not and or,
Always energy tension,
Because all of the above are creating energy imbalance.
So,
Without specifying what we're connecting to,
Just connect and see what comes to you right now.
What is on the forefront of your kind of,
Let's say discomfort.
Because we already,
All of you guys,
Are very advanced already in this work.
So you already know that you are not what you're feeling.
Already it's very obvious to you that you are the observer of whatever you see.
It can be thought,
It can be emotions,
It can be sensations.
So here,
Once we recognize tension,
There are many tools we can deal with the tension,
We can work with breath,
We can work with observation,
We can work with guiding energy,
Many tools.
I'll share what works for me quite powerfully.
Layers.
It works very well.
And layers what I mean is front,
Middle and back in this case.
Front,
Middle,
And back.
As if you kind of slice the body into three layers,
The front of the arm,
The front of the torso,
The front of the legs,
And then as if a middle layer,
That kind of crossing through,
Like a sagittal layer,
And then a back layer,
That is the back of the arm,
The back of the torso,
The back of the legs.
Let's start from the front.
Of the body.
Now,
I just say in parentheses that really,
Those three layers can appear spontaneously.
Yes,
So when you enter to meditation,
You'll find one layer stronger than another,
And it will call you to be with it.
But just to,
So we all be in the same line,
So let's do it together,
But if you do it in different order,
According to what comes naturally to you,
That's perfect.
Actually,
That's how it should be.
Okay,
So let's start from the front and just observe the front of the body.
As if you are observing a layer,
Like there is a vibrational layer.
Through the whole front of your body,
It's the front of the arms,
The front of your torso,
The front of your legs.
And what we're looking is a vibrational sensation.
Now,
What's very helpful if you widen your awareness and allow that layer not to be only in your body,
But infinite.
So it's expanding endlessly to all directions.
Now what's happening always,
That when one layer starts to harmonize,
Suddenly you start to feel more emphasis in the middle or the back layer.
But again,
Just to make it together in order,
Let's now go to the middle layer.
So you.
.
.
Imagining that there is a middle layer that runs like crossing your body from head to toes in the center of the body.
And then that layer is very specific and there is a vibration relating to that layer.
If we're talking acupuncture meridians That layer relates to the gallbladder.
To the cheaper warmer.
To the liver and to the pericard.
It's the central layer.
And here as well,
We're widening the awareness to infinity.
So when we are widening awareness to infinity,
What takes place is that we are opening an infinite space where the tension resulting with the identity with the ego has infinite space to disperse.
And then the nervous system calms down.
Okay,
And now we're going to the back layer,
Back of the arms.
Back of the torso.
Back of the legs.
Recognizing vibration there,
And then expanding awareness to the whole creation on that back layer.
If that work with the layers is too confusing for your mind,
You just connect to vibration anywhere and you use the same technique of visualizing expansion and that's it.
Now we can also enhance the calming of the nervous system by inviting the heart center to open up.
To infinity,
Inviting the solar plexus to open to infinity.
Inviting the second chakra and the base chakra to open to infinity.
So now you might feel already that your real body is infinite.
But still,
There is you,
The observer,
And.
.
.
Infinity for example.
Yes,
So there's still a dual recognition.
And that's the time when the nervous system is more relaxed and now we go deeper,
We're dropping the mind now.
So until now we did things with the mind,
Now we don't need the mind anymore and we let it now go on automatically.
So first to drop the mind.
Let's just soften the forehead and the eyes.
Soften the jaw.
So let's say energy moves up to support the thinking.
And let the energy flow down from the forehead from the frontal part of the head of the brain down.
Into your legs and into the earth.
So now when the mine is dropped,
It's still normally,
Let's say if from 1 to 10,
Maybe it's on 2 or 3,
Still there is some activity more or less.
But not much.
So now we try just to keep it quiet.
Slowly,
Normally there is a starting sense of diffusion.
Where the personal identity starts to Get diffused.
In a sense of pure consciousness,
Slowly,
Slowly.
Slowly there is a sense of diffusion.
Between me and you.
And the and infinity of consciousness.
If your mind thinks that it needs to do something.
Reminded that it's okay just to be.
And to trust that Your soul or creation knows exactly what to do to bring you home.
If thoughts coming,
That's natural because it takes time until the mental activity completely stops.
Just try to recognize your thinking,
Disengage and drop.
We have to trust that the energy moves the mind,
And the mind moves the energy.
So as the energy settles,
The mindset settles and vice versa.
Energy and the nervous system is very very similar And it takes time until it all settles down.
So slowly in this process a sense of physicality of the body.
Diminishes,
Reduces.
The sense of vastness increases,
Sense of bliss.
Becomes more and more apparent.
And together can come love and gratitude.
And deep well-being.
All are so natural.
When the mind dissolves into Source.
So,
Always.
If you think I'm there.
You are not.
If there is you and the process,
You keep on letting go.
But to acknowledge the presence of God.
Of each other.
Because although it's a personal process.
Because we are all there is.
We are part of each other,
100%.
And when we're acknowledging the presence of each other.
We're supporting each other so much.
In this sacred synchronization and dissolvement.
Because a human being that is completely dissolved.
Is such a powerful source of energy.
So when we are in that process We can radiate all this beauty first to each other naturally without any effort.
And now as you're holding this space or being part you don't need to hold it,
You need to dissolve into it.
You can invite others to share it with you.
Beautiful.
Thank you so much for doing this work.
This is so sacred.
Unbelievable.
Thank you.
