Radiant Union: Return To The Light Of Creation

Your soul is here on a mission—a journey to stay connected to the Light, its origin. But this light often gets obscured by mental layers: thoughts, worries, the ego-identity. The practice is simple: we invite the mind, the awareness, to surrender into the heart center, the soul’s natural home. Just like resting your head on a pillow after a difficult day, this surrender brings immediate peace.

From this place, the soul's radiant light shines out, melting any layers of tension, darkness, or memory that accumulated in this realm or others. When the soul is connected back to the Light of Creation, it vibrates with happiness, healing, and unshakeable truth.

Okay, Let's start. So again, Welcome to everybody. Thank you for joining. And this is a very sacred space where we're connecting, I would say, To the truth. It's not my truth, It's nobody's truth. It's beyond any thought, Beyond any religion, Beyond any concept. That's why it's the basic. We don't need to call it even the truth, It just is-ness. And we know it vibrates so correct, That's why I call it the truth, But doesn't really need a name. This truth is actually relating to our soul. When our soul feels at home, It knows the truth. And our soul feels at home when it stops being wrapped with the ego identity, Thoughts, Worries, Anxieties. When again it connects to Source in an unblocked, Direct way, Then our soul is peaceful, Is very comfortable. Our whole being is very comfortable. Each and every cell in our system vibrates happily because it is back home. It's in the right ambient to allow harmony, To allow peace, To allow relaxation, To allow healing. Our soul is appearing now in a human form, But really it's on a mission, It's on a journey to connect back to the light, Because it is off the light, From the light. It is the light in our heart. And our soul is wrapped with a lot of information that it's not related to it, But it's attached to it. Either in this realm, When we are incarnated as human beings, Or in any other realm that different layers around the soul that doesn't allow it to have a direct connection with Source need to slowly or fast evaporate, Release. So, Normally when we meditate, We meditate as a human being, I am here and I want to harmonize my system. But there is a way of connecting in a much, Much bigger amplitude, Let's say, Of the soul is taking off all those layers around it, Beyond time and space and reuniting back with the light where it belongs. And today the meditation is dedicated to that, Dedicated to unite soul with its light, With the light of creation, Beyond time, Beyond space, To release all those layers that they are around the soul, That needs to evaporate, Needs to soften, So there'll be a direct connection with the light. For that, As a human being, First of all, We need to recognize our soul. So, Let's ask ourselves, Where is my soul? And trust your intuition that wherever you get the answer, That's where it is. And then let's get intimate with the soul, If we say that it's of the light, As the light, From the light. So, When we're connecting with the soul, That spark within us of the divine, We need to feel that, That quality that is actually in the whole creation. For that, We need to surrender our mind into the center of the chest, At least that's where I feel the soul resides. If you feel it in another place, You can do the same, Direct it to wherever you feel it is. And if it's coming home and it's relaxing there, It doesn't need to visualize, It doesn't need to do anything complicated, Like at night when you had a difficult day and finally you can rest your head on a pillow and let go of all the worries. That's the action of when the mind and the awareness, Finding peace in the center of the heart. So, Now when we are in touch with our soul, Let's be in touch with the layer that right now are cupping, Like I am, And closing it. So, Pay attention around, Around your body or in your body, And just ask yourself, What's happening? If I feel so comfortable when I bring my awareness into the center of my chest, So what's going on all around that is not comfortable? And this is not to judge, It's just to recognize. So, Gradually expand your awareness from that center of peace and start to pose wherever you feel a sense of agitation. It's very similar to that meditation I talked quite a few times, I'd call it the carrot and the onion. As we're moving from the center with awareness of layers and we're posing on each layer that feels tense. So, Let's do that. Your awareness is consciousness in action. Your awareness is the moving part of the light. Your awareness is what guides you home. When you shine awareness on layer of tension, It will dissolve. And you're going to feel that your soul has more space to soften. It's not so condensed and dense, It is spacious. So, Move from the center of the body gradually as if you are moving through layers of an onion. And whenever your awareness finding energy of physical tension, Just be with it until it dissolves, It melts as a result of you shining the light of awareness on it. Gradually move first in the body from the center towards the skin and then outside the body in the layers of the aura. Now, As you're moving outside the body, Expand your awareness into your aura. And tension lives as well in the aura. So, Whenever you're reaching a layer that doesn't feel peaceful, Just be with it until it calms down. Even if you don't feel amazingly relaxed right now, Don't worry about it at all, It will change, Continue to change. Now, Let's expand the awareness into our infinite body. Yeah, We have energy body inside the body, Which we call the meridians, The chakras. And then we have the aura, Which is the energy body part that is outside the physical body. And then outside we have the infinite body, Exactly like layers that expand in a lake. So, Allow your awareness to expand, Acknowledging that who you are is actually the whole creation, Everything. Let your awareness be boundless, Infinite. As wider as your awareness acknowledging its existence, You're going to feel better. The tension inside the ego being the person have much more space to soften, Synchronize, Relax. As you are boundless, Infinite, Acknowledging that infinite space which you are. So, Again ask yourself, Are there any layers between the light of the soul, We can say it is in the center, To that infinite being, Which is the whole creation. When I pay attention to that infinite space moving from soul into infinity, Can I recognize any layers of tension? Those layers can be enormous in their size, They don't have to be tiny in the dimension of what we call dimensionality. Here or what we know here on this earth. So, Try to recognize as if your soul is the center. Are there any layers of tension, Of darkness, Of heaviness, That in one way or another blocks the light of your soul? Just ask yourself this question, You don't need to make any effort. Once you ask this question, See if anything comes. And if something arises to your awareness, The same as we did right now, Release tension in layers in the body and in the aura, Release tension in the whole creation, Tension that relates to your soul. This is beyond time and space, We have no idea where those tensions accumulated, It doesn't matter now. What matters is to dissolve everything, So our soul can shine again together in its glory with the whole creation. Remember that your awareness is the moving part of the infinite consciousness. Your awareness can be pointed onto your knee, Or can be pointed into the whole creation in a split of a second. It's boundless, It's forever. Now, If you don't feel anything, And maybe you don't follow exactly what I'm talking about, It doesn't matter, Don't worry about it at all. But what we can all do, Feeling or not feeling, Seeing or not seeing, Doesn't matter, We can affirm, I'm inviting the soul in the center of my heart to unite with the infinite light of creation. I'm inviting the soul in the center of my heart. To unite with the infinite light of creation. And I'm inviting all the fears and the experiences from the beginning of time, Which related to my soul, To dissolve in that infinite light. And I'm inviting the infinite experiences from the beginning of time, Which relate to my soul, To dissolve in the infinite light. That's all. Now, Just be present. Don't do anything, Don't visualize anything. You plant the seed, Now see what happens. Everything dissolves into infinite light. You are that light. You're not separate from the light, You're of the light. You're back home. Beyond time and space. If emotions comes, Images comes, Let things just move through, Don't get attached. Just allow whatever comes to move through you. Now, Let's acknowledge the presence of each other, Because we are here on planet earth as human being at this moment. We can use the blessing of our unity to support each other and support others that are not here with us at this moment. So it's very important to acknowledge the presence of each other. Even if we are in different parts of the planet, We are all sharing the present moment exactly now. So just visualize that you're taking a space in a circle, Made for those who are participating, But also if you're listening to this recording, Because it's in the present moment, You're part of it. So find your place in the circle, See where it feels right for you to say, I like it here. And then visualize that your heart opens and unites with the hearts of the rest of the group, With a feeling of love, Of unity, Of connection, Emotional connection, That we are here together, Supporting each other. So every time you inhale, You receive so much love and so much blessings from others. And when you exhale, You offer the same. And like this, We raise the vibration, We're supporting each other. And then we can invite to this circle, Friends, Family, Anyone that we feel right now is in need for support. It can be animals, It can be plants, It can be the earth, It can be humanity, Whatever you feel like it's right for you to do. Now, When we finish this meditation, We need some points of support, Normally, Because life is very powerful and they pull us into, Again, The vision, Forgetfulness. So one thing that can help a lot is the awareness and the connection between mind and heart. The other thing that helps is the acknowledgement that you are of the light, That you are light, That your heart, Made from light, Vibrates as light, And it's the light of creation. As well to acknowledge that all those psychological reams of fear, Of anxieties, Of difficult memories, To offer them to the light. To bypass them to the light. It's not to ignore them, It's not not to work with them, But it's not to be them, Identify with them. They're part of a human existence, But they're not who we are.
