In this coaching session, we’ll explore the vital role of self-compassion on the path to wholeness. As humans navigating a world that often demands performance, identity, and constant doing, we easily become caught in the idea of who we should be. This pressure, driven by ego-based patterns, can create inner division and distance us from the unified field of life. When we judge ourselves harshly, we block the very connection we long for. Self-compassion is not a luxury—it’s a necessity. It softens the tension between your physical, ego-identified self and your deeper nature. When you treat yourself with kindness, you're not giving up growth—you're building the foundation for true transformation. This session will help you notice where you're being hard on yourself and show you how gentleness creates space for your spirit to reconnect with all that is.

Hi my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's talk about compassion,

Especially self-compassion.

If you dedicate much time from your life to personal development or spiritual practice,

I'm sure that,

Like me,

You see things within you that you're not very happy with.

Maybe you see addictions,

Maybe you see the way you're reacting to other people,

Maybe you see judgment within yourself.

Compassion is essential for us as a human being,

Because we are a human being.

And with all respect to spirituality,

We also have to live our life,

Our daily life,

To make our living,

To sometimes fight for what we need.

And that takes energy,

And that takes identification with the ego.

So,

I'm here,

I need to go out to the day,

To the street,

To life,

And to make it happen.

It means that I need a strong identity as a human being,

As a capable human being,

That is able to go to life and to get what it needs so it can live,

Like any other animal.

And this process brings a very strong identification of the ego,

Or with the ego.

And in awakening danger,

A spiritual process of uniting with all there is.

On one hand,

We want to unite and dissolve,

On the other hand,

We have to go to work.

We have to move,

To do things,

To cook,

To feed,

And to take care of our body and of other people.

And that always pulls us into separation,

Or a sense of separation.

So,

Although there are many techniques how to work with this gap between dissolvement and needing to be in the human form,

It's very important that there will be deep compassion for ourselves,

As a human being,

For doing this work.

And try and try not to be judgmental about yourself,

If you find yourself again into your humanness,

You know,

With anxieties,

With fears,

With addictions,

With maybe a physical discomfort.

All this is part of being a human being,

And we should develop compassion to that aspect of our existence,

And not to reject or judge it,

Because that doesn't help.

In fact,

We can also embrace the rejection,

We can also embrace the judgment,

Because this is also part of being a human being.

So,

The develop of compassion to ourself is very,

Very important for us to feel more quiet,

And to have more space and acceptance to who we are,

As we are.

When we reject ourself,

We are moving away from unity anyway.

When we are not compassionate to ourself,

We are not feeling part of creation.

So,

Being compassionate to ourself,

First of all,

Is very much a spiritual practice.

Embracing your fault is a deep spiritual practice.

Embracing others for their fault is a deep spiritual practice.

Not only sitting in meditation and moving into complete unity with all there is,

Because all your being is vibrating in complete harmony with creation.

Unity has that part which is completely vibrational or spiritually connected,

And it has on the other spectrum that unity is a human being with herself and with others,

That is on the physical.

So,

Unity must manifest in all aspects.

And compassion is a beautiful bridge between nothing and something.

Compassion allows us to embrace ourself as ourself,

And like this to feel again part of the human fabric.

And like this to feel again part of the human matrix,

Within ourself,

With others and with the whole creation.

So,

Please develop compassion within you,

Towards you and towards others.

Many thanks,

My friend.

Have a blessed day.
