Hey my friend,

Big welcome.

Let's talk about morning routine.

I like to share what works for me and hopefully it will work for you as well.

From my experience a morning routine has to include an aspect of cleansing the mind,

Connecting to the spirit and then an aspect of movement,

Moving the body in some way and then cleansing and something to it.

Your practice starts as you just open your eyes or even before you're opening your eyes.

In that moment you start to become aware.

It's super important in that moment of opening the eyes or just awakening not to go into the mind.

If you did go into the mind and you start to think,

Immediately like emergency pop-ups bring your awareness down and start to send the energy down to the lower part of your body.

Just inhale and exhale and direct this excess energy in the mind that creates thoughts down towards the feet and out from the body.

Remember don't allow your mind to go into thinking mode.

It's number one.

Number two is to enter to some aspect of meditation.

Now meditation is a big word but it can include what you've done just in bed when you're just relaxing the energy and harmonizing.

You can sit up or you can even do walking meditation.

Anything that will help you connect with the present moment and harmonize your mind and your emotions with the present moment and with the spirit,

The spirit of creation.

Your spirit and the spirit of creation is one and if you harmonizing it you feel amazing.

I'm not going to go into it right now but you can follow many meditation I offered how to harmonize the mind with the spirit and with infinity.

Number three is some aspect of movement and here whatever works for you but it's very important to give attention to the physical body and to move it.

You can move it strong like running,

Swimming,

Walking fast or you can move it slow like yoga,

Like qigong,

Like tai chi.

As well you can move it in a special way like dancing.

Even dancing works.

Anything that will help you to feel your body in a light and beautiful way and to get more movement of the body,

Of the muscles,

Of the tissues to let the blood flow will make you feel amazing.

After we do some exercise then it's time to do some cleansing.

So you wash your body in whatever way suits you.

Then it's time to eat something light and nourishing that you feel that doesn't drag you down.

On the contrary it gives you beautiful energy.
