Hi my friend,
Big welcome.
This meditation is to support you to harmonize first thing in the morning.
Many times when we wake up,
Especially if we didn't have a good night's sleep,
Our mind is a little bit busy,
Can jump from one thought to another,
And many times it focuses especially on thoughts that are not helpful at all.
So let's use some simple techniques to harmonize and bring back our mind to center.
We're starting with breath observation,
So you can close your eyes and make sure you're comfortable,
Or if you are moving in a train or on bus or walking,
Just pay attention inwards,
That's all.
Taking a deep breath in and exhaling and feeling that you're letting go of tension,
Letting go of muscle tension,
Emotional tension,
Mental tension.
Again take a deep breath in and again let go.
We continue to work with the breath,
But now bring an image of a balloon that your body,
Your skin is stretchable,
And when you're inhaling in visualize as if the whole body expands.
Okay,
Let's take a deep breath and relax and soften.
Again deep balloon breath,
Inhale deep,
Exhale and soften.
It's important to know that as deep as the breath goes in,
The effect on the mind is more profound.
So again let's take a deep breath,
Balloon breathing,
And release and relax.
We continue with the balloon breathing,
Now pay attention to your toes,
To your fingers,
To your face,
And include them in part of the balloon breathing.
And again inhale deep and visualize and feel the breath is moving all the way to those parts and the whole skin of the body expands.
And exhale and relax.
Now check in and see if there's any specific parts within you that are still holding tension.
We continue with the balloon breathing,
But now try to soften specifically those areas that are still causing tension.
So let's inhale deep,
Connect to those places that holds tension and soften.
Again inhale deep,
Become aware of those areas that holds tension and exhale,
Soften.
We continue with the deep breathing,
But now let's include gratitude.
There's so many things we can be grateful for,
But let's just be general and when we're inhaling say thank you,
And exhaling we say thank you.
Again as you're breathing try to be aware of the whole body and bring gratitude to each and every cell of your being.
And exhale and give gratitude that you're breathing,
That you're alive,
That you have a possibility to experience another beautiful place,
That you have the possibility to experience another beautiful day on planet Earth.
It's important to understand that the mind is like a computer and this computer responds amazingly to gratitude,
Because when you're introducing gratitude the mind connects to the heart and it helps it calm down.
So again we're introducing gratitude,
Inhaling deep in a balloon breathing,
Thank you.
Exhaling deep,
Releasing tension,
Thank you.
Let's go deeper and continue with the breathing,
But now let's become aware that when we inhale we're inhaling far away from the body,
We're collecting the life force,
The breath,
Actually from the whole creation.
So our mind is much wider than its usual interaction with the body as the body.
And when we're going to exhale,
Again we're going to exhale to the whole creation.
So become aware of the whole creation,
Let your mind expand and expand,
And then let's inhale again,
Balloon breathing,
Inhaling deep from the whole creation.
Exhaling and as you exhale to the whole creation,
Visualize as if you are the brightest Sun existing.
As you're exhaling,
Visualize that you're illuminating the whole creation with shimmering light.
Thank you very much for joining,
May you have a beautiful,
Beautiful and restful and productive day.
Blessings.
