Hi my friend,
Big welcome.
Let's dedicate this meditation to understand and practice how we can release the mind from its bondage of the body,
Of the emotions,
Of the thoughts.
So make sure you're feeling comfortable,
Either sitting lying down,
And just start to pay attention how the breath moves in and goes out.
Pay attention if there's any blockages or areas that feel constricted as you start to inhale deeper and deeper,
And try to soften those areas,
Gradually feeling that the breath moves deeper and deeper into the pelvic floor area,
Lower abdomen area.
Now as you're observing the breath,
At the same time observe your mind,
Your brain,
And try to get a sense of the connection between the part of the brain that's observing,
And the sensation inside your brain.
Yeah,
To observe the breath,
The brain or the mind must be arranged in a certain way,
Must be focused in a certain way.
To interact with emotion,
To interact with thoughts,
The mind must be arranged in a certain way,
And try to feel that arrangement which the mind must do in order to interact with what it finds,
What we called inside us,
Inside you.
Try to feel what it's doing to your system.
Okay,
So if I'm observing the breath,
What happened in the rest of my body,
Because my mind is focused on something,
And maybe even what happened to the breath itself,
When the mind is focusing on the breath.
And what you'll find that actually,
When we're focusing inward,
We benefit,
But also we limit,
We constrict our existence.
We're limiting what we can get from the meditation actually,
Because we're locking the mind on to the body,
We are mindful with the body.
Yes,
So we're locking the mind on to the body.
But who said that the mind has to be locked to the body?
It's just actually a wrong habit.
You know that your mind can go anywhere,
That's what we find difficult even when we meditate,
That it wanders,
It goes anywhere.
So let's use its ability to go anywhere and free it,
Let it be everywhere.
Yeah,
Not in a one place specifically,
But let it open up into the whole creation and feel that your mind,
Instead of being locked into the body as the body,
As the emotion,
It's actually now filling up the whole creation,
As the most powerful sound there is.
If it can think what you're gonna do tomorrow,
Or after the meditation,
In the same way it can think I am all there is,
And not only think,
Feel it,
Be it.
Okay,
So now,
As all there is mind,
Now observe your breathing and keep your mind infinite,
And at the same time pay attention how the breath moves inside you,
And what is the difference between before and after,
When your mind was locked into the body,
And now when you're observing the breath as the whole creation,
And see for yourself how it works.
The next step is to understand that who you are is not only the person in the body,
Now is infinite mind,
You're actually the outside,
Meaning infinity,
And the inside in the same time.
So this may be a bit confusing for the mind,
But the identity right now is changing from being only the person in the body,
To being actually I am all there is,
I am all there is.
Yeah,
So as if you moved a little bit from your limiting existence as the person,
And now you're feeling that your existence is actually infinite,
Including the person,
But not limited to the person.
Actually you are the whole creation,
Aware of a person within it,
Which is you,
And now as that pay attention to your breathing,
As the whole creation observing little part of itself,
Observe the breathing,
And that's what we need to practice,
Exactly that.
Blessing on your practice my friend,
And have a beautiful day.
