Recognize yourself as a cosmic being, a galactic being, one infinite body full of light and love. Visualize yourself and realize which things may not be in harmony within your body, but at the same time, be aware that everything is possible, despite the difficulties that may arise in our path. OK,

We can start.

So,

Welcome to the morning meditation.

And let's start sitting comfortable,

Connecting with the breath.

And let's quietly start to breathe in,

And breathe out.

Paying attention to the flow of the air as we inhaling and exhaling.

Try to guide the breath into the lower part,

Into your pelvic floor.

Then let's expand the awareness,

Acknowledging that we inhale from infinity,

Bringing lots of air,

Life force into the body.

And when we exhale,

We are exhaling back to infinity.

So for that we have to widen our awareness,

So our mind is infinite in its expansion.

And when we inhale,

We are aware that we are inhaling,

Drawing the life force from the whole creation into the body.

And when we exhale,

We are sharing the life force with the whole creation.

We have to remember and to acknowledge that who we are is who we visualize ourself to be.

So right now,

We are infinite.

We are cosmic,

Galactic.

And when we breathe,

We breathe like that,

From our galactic infinite body.

Inhale from infinity,

As infinity.

Exhale to infinity,

As infinity.

Acknowledge that when you inhale,

The breath is charged with so much vitality that goes into your body,

Into your cells,

Into your organs.

Into your emotional system,

Into your mind.

And when you exhale,

You share all this beauty with the whole creation.

So you become a sun of love and light to the whole creation.

Everything is possible.

We just visualize it,

Acknowledge it,

And it is.

Normally we function from a default of an ego person,

Very very small,

Tiny.

This creates a lot of difficulties,

A lot of separation.

In order to feel well,

We have to acknowledge that we are infinite,

Infinite being.

Now it makes sense and it's many times happened,

But we are not.

Now it makes sense and it's many times happened that when we wake up in the morning,

Some parts of our system doesn't feel very well.

Maybe emotionally,

Physically or even energetically.

So let's use this infinite breath to support those parts within our being that are not very comfortable still.

So try to recognize what in you feels that it's not completely in harmony,

That it's not vibrating beautifully.

And when you inhale,

Draw the life force into that part of your being and let it synchronize with the infinite pure consciousness,

Which is pure vibration.

And when you exhale,

Release the tension and relax.

Try to be very detailed because you might feel that the body is okay,

But maybe there is some sort of vibration,

Energy that doesn't feel right.

Try even that to soften.

We know we are doing well once gradually we feel that we don't feel.

Gradually we stop feeling the difference between the body and the environment.

Gradually we transform into infinite vibration,

Just energy.

As you gradually move into this blissful state of unity,

You might feel more clear that maybe the back is already like this,

But the front is still not vibrating in harmony.

It's no problem.

Just keep on softening,

Keep on synchronizing and relax.

To go deeper into that state of pure vibration,

Pure light,

We can introduce gratitude.

Thank you when we inhale and thank you when we exhale.

We can use the gratitude and the thank you to enhance releasing tension.

So for example if I feel some tension in my heart center,

When I inhale I say thank you.

When I exhale,

Thank you,

I don't need you there,

In that way you can go.

And like this any other place and any form of tension.

Another way to enhance complete harmony by surrendering to the life force that creates everything.

Feeling that you're becoming the life force that creates everything by surrendering to it,

By uniting with it.

Every time we exhale,

More parts of our being softens completely.

Every time we exhale,

The whole creation illuminates from the light which we are and everything is.

Next step is to activate our heart.

So we inhale to our heart,

We inhale love and light and we exhale and again our love fills up the whole creation.

And then we can recognize that love is not ours of course,

We are so lucky and grateful to be that love that is infinite.

That's what it means to be in love.

It's when the heart acknowledges and the mind acknowledges that love is.

When we are in love we can further relax.

Because a lot,

A lot,

A lot of our tension is when we want love from somewhere,

From someone.

We don't feel safe,

We don't feel secure on our existence.

So we create a lot of tension in our existence.

Let's acknowledge love and melt into love.

The air that we breathe is love.

The air that caresses our face is love.

The earth that supports us sitting or lying down is love.

The heart that beats in our chest is love.

We are in love,

We are love.

Allow the love to heal each and every part of your being that still feels a bit separate from the unity which all is.

Love your face,

Love your arms,

Love your chest,

Your back.

Love your pelvic floor,

Love your legs,

Your feet,

Your toes.

Love your mind.

It is important to acknowledge,

To understand that it is not I love,

Because it is not really separate I.

Love is,

And when we are acknowledging our face,

Reuniting the face with creation,

With the love of creation,

We allow each and every part of our human being to synchronize and harmonize as love.

So gratitude,

Surrender,

Love,

Acknowledgement of infinity,

Is what is,

Is.

When we are in that state,

Bliss is.

We don't lack anything,

We don't want anything,

We don't need anything,

Because I am everything,

Everything is me.

So that state of being is so powerful that Jesus after so many years is still worshipped on this planet,

And Buddha as well.

So each of us that feels that is and that is-ness contribute so much power,

So much love,

So much beauty to life on earth.

So let's visualize that we are uniting with all humanity in this grid of matrix of light,

That all life in human form,

Animal form,

Or any other form is united through love and light.

And let's express this unity with the breath and with the awareness that we exhale in love and sharing it with all life,

And inhaling and receiving it.

We have to understand and remember that life,

The whole creation is only in our mind.

When our mind is love,

When our heart is love,

That's what creation is,

That's what humanity is.

And this is the highest contribution we can give to existence.

Be love.

Let's take a moment of stillness to be and be and be.

To keep it as we go on in our life during the day,

Again we have to remember a few of those pillars of unity.

One is gratitude as much as possible.

Second is awareness to everything we do.

Third is acknowledgement of who you choose to be and not surrendering into that default of small human being.

Be the infinite being which you are.

Choose to be that because you are that.

And like this we go through our day.
