This morning is perfect.

Let's make sure it is like this.

When we just wake up,

Actually even maybe before we open our eyes,

Our mind starts to be conscious of itself.

And it starts to generate worries.

What about this?

And what am I supposed to do?

And there is a problem with this.

And there is a problem with that.

Here comes the warrior.

The one that says,

No,

We are not going there,

My friend,

Sorry.

We are staying here.

Because we want this moment,

This morning,

To start in harmony.

And not in disharmony.

In that moment,

That sacred moment,

That your awareness starts to be aware,

And your consciousness is conscious with itself,

In that precise moment,

Actually you are born.

You are giving birth to the ego.

In this very,

Very moment,

From sleep into wakening,

From not knowing who you are,

To thinking that you know who you are,

To identifying with your story,

And with your difficulties,

In that very moment,

There is a birth happening.

This is a crucial moment in which you can choose to go into difficulty and identity with troubles,

Or you can go into peace,

And stay in peace,

And promote peace.

What is needed?

In that very moment,

First needed a firm conviction that I'm choosing presence over difficulties,

Over identity with problems.

I'm choosing presence.

Number one.

Number two,

What shall I do about it?

We're reminding ourselves that the present moment is perfect.

There is nothing wrong with this very,

Very,

Very moment.

Nothing wrong.

Only the mind projects outside to difficulties.

Even if this very present moment,

We're experiencing some physical discomfort,

Some emotional discomfort,

Still,

That's what it is.

It's not good,

It's not bad,

It just is.

As much as we're pulling back and staying present,

As presence,

Just observing what's going on,

Our system is going to relax,

And our day is going to feel much,

Much better.

So remember,

That very moment when you just open your eyes,

Make a firm choice,

I am present.

I'm present with breath.

I'm present with my body lying down.

I'm present with being covered by a nice duvet,

Or being covered and comfortable,

Comfy.

I'm breathing and relaxing.

I'm choosing to make this present moment a beautiful moment.

I'm choosing to be the king or the queen of my existence,

Of my mind.

With big blessing to you,

Remember to keep your morning clean,

To keep your waking moment clean.

Then your day and your life will be very,

Very comfortable.
