Beyond Time

Okay, So welcome everybody and let's start the meditation. And the theme is always the same really, But we are going through different angles. So the essence of the meditation always is unity and our connection with all there is. And every time we have a different angle to connect to this. And today the angle is time or beyond time. Especially now when we are celebrating the end of the year. And we give so much importance to that moment that everybody is looking at. You know, 12 midnight, The change to the next year. So obviously it's nice to celebrate. But really the biggest celebration and when there is no time. Not when we are counting another year and another year. But we are moving beyond time. This is the biggest celebration. But actually when it happens we can celebrate. But actually there is no one to celebrate anymore. Because you are not anymore really you. You are. It's a being. And you feel that you are all there is. So there is no time and there is no you. And there is nothing and there is everything. So maybe it sounds boring. But if you feel it, You know that this is the best feeling that one can ever strive for. Because it could be constant feeling. And it's a feeling that is actually not conditioned. Or unconditional feeling or experience. Because it's not because of something. It's the opposite. Because of nothing, Not because of something. And that experience of no time always goes together with no me. With no mind. With let's say no identity. And it goes always together with bliss. With love. With feeling of unity. And feeling of connection to all there is. Let's dedicate this meditation exactly to that. And it's very important to understand that in order to achieve this state of being. Really what is needed is to slowly or fast. Depends on each one what we can do. Is to let go of the mind. Now also it's important to understand that really the awareness that is the highest state of consciousness. Is actually the most refined aspect of the mind. And the most unrefined aspect of the mind is the ego. And also the ego has different let's say grades of refinement. So the most unrefined part is when the ego is very very worried about itself. And it's constantly in the illusion of its identity. I am me. This is my problem. This is my suffering. And it's so immersing inwards that it cannot really see any way out. And when it's really severe. So the mind is completely obsessive with itself. And this is a great state of suffering. But obviously we can feel still very much with the ego. But feeling much much much better. And we can not move in but move out. And connect to people, To loved ones, To friends, To family. To do social things. So it's much more refined state of the ego. Yet it's still the ego. So we have to move further and further and further away. So we can be in the no-mind state. When we are in a no-mind state, No-time state. It doesn't mean that we are letting go of the world. Not at all. Actually we can still do everything we do. But we are going to do it much better. Because we are not so bound with the mind and under the illusion of the identity. That I am me. This is my problem. And everything that the mind is kind of bleeping out in itself. Immediately we get locked into it. And we get lost in it like a washing machine. So let's say connect to this beautiful state. And my prayer for myself and for all of us. And for all humanity. That by next year being in that state of being. Free from this illusion of reality. Will be our natural state. For that we have to really be very targeted. And very direct in our work. And very established in what we are doing. We cannot just leave it to here and there something. We really have to put all the energy to that. Then we can achieve it. And I am here to support as much as I can. Okay, So let's say connect inwards. And let's start by observing the breath. How it moves in and out. Just pay attention to the breath. And already as we start. We don't want to waste time. So we are asking ourselves. As whom am I paying attention to the breath? Am I as the little person? Meaning that my mind is only identifying with me as me. Hence it keeps the awareness to the size of the body. So when I am observing the breath as the body. The observation is only in the body as the body. And if you pay attention in this way. It is a very tight state of being. Just pay attention and you will see for yourself. As if there is no space for the breath to move. Because the mind is so dense. So let's say expand the mind further out. And acknowledge that we have energy field around the physical form. The physical body. So we are widening our awareness wider than the physical body. And now we are observing the breath. And you will see for yourself that there is more space. It is more comfortable to breathe now. Let's be there a little bit. And now let's expand even more. So let's say you expanded one or two meters out of the body. Expand much much more. Much more. And then continue to observe your breath or your breathing. With a much much wider energy space around your physical form. And now let's expand awareness into the whole creation. The whole creation. So we are completely expanding our mind to the whole creation. Now if you didn't do it before. Actually it is quite straightforward. Because we are all the time moving our mind to the next room. To what I am going to do tomorrow. To what I did yesterday. Actually we can move our mind anywhere. We can move our mind to another country. To memory. To imagination. So we do with the mind everything all the time. So we know how to move the mind. So let's use it now to our advantage. And let's move the mind to the whole creation. Meaning that we are expanding the mind with no limitation. It is infinitely expanded. So it is another way of imagining something. But this something is infinite. Okay. And now with infinite mind. Let's continue to observe how the breath is moving in and out. Good. So we establish an infinite expansion of the mind. Now let's move into what we call mind and heart coherence. Or exchange. For that we want to activate the heart chakra. And for that let's bring gratitude. Because gratitude is taught or talked in the mind. And then it is felt in the heart. So in this way we are creating a communication. An established connection between mind and heart. So we are going to go deeper like this. So when we inhale still is infinity. We inhale with gratitude. And when we exhale we exhale with gratitude. That's all. Okay. And now let's go more subtle. Because until now we are working more with the breath. Which is between physical and energy. Between the something and nothing. So let's go. Let's let go of breath awareness. And move into vibration awareness. So try to recognize that your body is vibrating. It can be one part of your body. The easiest is the fingers, Fingertips, Hands. But then if possible try to feel the rest of the body vibrating. If not that's no problem. Stay where you are. And now let's try to feel that the whole body is vibrating together if possible. As if I'm feeling that I'm 100% alive. That each and every millimeter or particle of my existence vibrates. Wonderful. Now this sense of vibration in the body. Now let's expand the awareness outside the body. And let's try to acknowledge that also the energy field that's surrounding our body is also a vibrational field. That the vibration doesn't stop in the body. It actually goes outside the body. And actually it is in the whole creation. So the same as earlier we expanded the mind to infinity. Now we're aware of infinite vibration. Good. Now let's raise vibration even more. So we're moving from the awareness of vibration into awareness itself. So now we don't use something to feel everything. We become everything. So there is no something in between awareness and the object of awareness. We just stay aware of the whole creation and the body in the same time. Okay. And let's say the affirmation can help is I'm all there is. I'm all there is. And then you can also say it opposite. All there is am I. Okay. And still there is one more step to go. And that step is when we are not doing anything anymore. We're not looking for anything. We are not anything. There is no anything between just isness and who we are. So right now we're dropping any mental image, Any mental movement, Anything that will supposed to help us to experience all there is, To experience complete unity. So this takes some courage to drop anything and not to be afraid of not doing anything with the mind. Trusting that when you just drop the mind 100% you're not going to die. On the contrary, You're going to be born into complete vibrational existence. So let's let go of the mind. Just to help if there is any difficulty with that, Just sharing the way I do it. When I let go of the mind, I'm completely dropping the area of the third eye, The forehead, Any excess movement in the head, In the brain is dropped downwards. The mind cannot operate with no energy. It's impossible. So once we're dropping all the energy down, The mind cannot move anymore. But the awareness of being is not depend on the mind, Is beyond the mind. This stays forever. So let's drop the mind and see what happens. Okay. So now, To help the system harmonize more and more with that state of everything, Everythingness, And to help our system synchronize completely as everything, As no mind being, Let's invite our heart chakra to synchronize with that state. So I'm inviting my heart chakra in the center of the chest to harmonize with the whole creation. So basically, The heart chakra starts to shine like the most beautiful sun and is filling up with its beauty the whole creation. And who are you? Who am I? You are everything. You are all there is. So it's happening within you as the whole creation. Don't let your mind try to understand this. It's nothing to understand. Just follow the direction and you're going to experience it. Then it's yours. Don't think. Just invite your heart chakra to assume the infinite size of the whole creation as the most radiant sun existing. Now, As the heart chakra opens up, It starts to experience love. We start to experience love. And then this radiance of the heart chakra as infinite sun is also infinite love. Beautiful. Let's continue and do exactly the same on the second chakra below the navel, The sacral or second chakra. And let's invite the second chakra exactly the same to assume the size of the whole creation. The second chakra is about fertility, Power, Vitality. It's where life is created and from where life is supported. So let's invite that energy center to synchronize with the whole creation so we can feel that power, That vitality which actually is relating, That quality is relating to the whole creation. Wonderful. And let's shift now to the third eye and again allow the third eye to expand and assume the size of the whole creation. So who am I in all that? Or who are you? It's the same. You are everything. You are infinity, You are love, You are power. You are everything. But everything as everything, Not everything as a person. So the fact that you're feeling immense love in your heart it doesn't mean that it's your love because you are everything. Same with power in your second chakra. All the quality you're feeling through your chakras are universal qualities that you are lucky to feel, Grateful to feel. Okay. Let's take a minute now as infinity, As infinite being to check and see if there's any islands of tension within us either emotional tension, Physical tension or mental tension and invite, If we're finding any tension to disperse, To synchronize completely into the infinite space which we are. Okay, Beautiful. So now let's acknowledge the presence of each other and let's acknowledge that we are here together as a spiritual community sisters and brothers on a spiritual community, On a spiritual path and we must support each other so we all can gain the best out of this journey by supporting each other. So let's visualize that we're creating a circle and in this circle we're widening our heart chakra to unite us together we're expanding our mind, Our consciousness to unite us through acknowledgement and we're feeling that we are together so when we inhale we receive power and love when we're exhaling we're giving power and love and light to each other every time we exhale we're supporting every time we inhale we're being supported into this beautiful circle that we created with such a beautiful energy of unity and light let's invite loved ones that at this moment maybe they're struggling and they need support so invite them to be part of this circle so they can relax and heal and the last thing is let's invite to this circle those who are in areas of great conflict on this planet those who are in great suffering on this planet so we pray that everybody will heal and those who make decision will make loving decision for the supporting of life and for the well-being of humanity, Animals and the planet so let's be with that prayer and that image that those people are relaxing and uniting in light with us now in the time of Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year the time when the darkness increased and the light decreased and then it changes again to vice versa the light start to grow more and more we have to understand that that shift of darkness to light depends on each one of us it's not just the sun and the cycle of the earth it depends on each one and we have to be the light of creation and it depends how we are arranging and taking care of our mind and acknowledging our true potential as infinite radiant sun that's who we are and that's our responsibility and joy to manifest, To be a testimonial, Living testimonial exactly for that so I want to bless all of us that in this year to come we'll be able to manifest that and to support humanity to go from darkness to the light so thank you very much for being part of this community for being part of this today's meditation blessing to everybody Happy New Year Bye Bye
