Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this soul connection meditation where I'll be taking you on a guided journey to your soul.
Your soul is your higher self.
It is the place you can go to to find peace and sanctuary and love.
Your soul is always with you and all you need is a clear intention for when you want to connect to your soul.
In this meditation we'll be learning to ground our energy fields and bring in higher energies so that we may access our own higher wisdom whenever we need it.
So just take a moment now to connect to your breath and your body and relax.
As you breathe deeply in imagine that you're breathing in a beautiful white light.
Feel this light moving deep into your energy field.
Sense,
Feel and see this high vibrational light moving into the very cells of your being,
Clearing and cleansing your whole body.
As this light moves through your whole energy field you feel a deep sense of peace and calm wash over you.
Take a moment now to relax your body and notice any areas of tension around your head,
Your shoulders,
Down your body,
Your lower hips,
Legs and feet and just take a moment to notice any areas of tension in your body.
As you mindfully go through each section any areas of soreness or tension just imagine breathing deeply into those areas and sense and feel that tension melt away so your body becomes heavier.
You allow yourself to become deeply relaxed.
Now bring your awareness to the base of your spine where your root chakra is located.
Your root chakra connects us to our stability,
To our home but it is our inner home.
Take a moment now to feel into this chakra and as you breathe in imagine you're breathing in a beautiful red.
See,
Feel and sense the colour red moving into this chakra,
Clearing this area of any fear based energies.
Take another deep breath in and as you breathe out imagine that from your root chakra is a golden cord of light.
Sense,
Feel and see this cord of light moving down connecting you to the grinding energy of Mother Earth.
Visualise this golden cord of light moving down into the centre of Mother Earth and within the centre of Mother Earth is a vibrant beautiful crystal.
See,
Feel or sense this golden cord of light wrap around this crystal so that you're connecting to the crystalline energy of Gaia.
Allow and be open to accepting the energy of Mother Earth moving up your cord of light into your root chakra so that you are deeply grounded and safe in this space.
Now bring your awareness to the top of your head where your crown chakra is located.
Your crown chakra connects you to higher frequency energies such as angels,
Spirit guides and your higher self.
It is through the crown chakra we access our higher wisdom.
Open and activate your crown chakra now by calling in and visualising a beautiful high frequency luminescent light that flows down from the universe above into your crown.
Opening and activating this chakra to the higher wisdoms that you have access to at all times.
Sense,
Feel and see an expansion in your crown chakra as this high frequency light moves down through your crown into your body,
Swirling about your whole body so that every part of your being is connected to this high frequency light.
Imagine that you are being bathed in this white light so that it cascades out around you emanating from your energy field so you are glowing in this beautiful light.
You feel a deep connection to the angelic realms as they come forward and surround you with their loving energy and protection.
You feel a wave of expansion in your heart as this deep sense of peace and love flood every cell of your being.
As we breathe deeply in now we imagine our breath moving into our heart chakra.
See your heart chakra as a delicate pink rose.
As you breathe in imagine your breath unfurling the petals of the rose so that it slowly expands outwards.
Within your rose chakra is a pearl in the centre.
This pearl vibrates with a deep high frequency light.
This light within your heart is your soul.
It is the very essence of you you are.
Free from constrictions,
Fear,
Ego and blocks.
Your soul is the very higher essence of you before you came here,
Before you were born.
It is your angelic higher self.
As you breathe in imagine your breath moving into this pearl of light in your rose and see with every in breath this light becoming brighter,
Bigger.
With every in breath it expands outwards so you feel and sense this expansion from your soul.
Your soul is a higher living energy with a wisdom that is timeless.
Everything you need is within you right now.
Everything you are is within you.
Feel and deeply sense this connection as you breathe deeply into your soul allowing your higher energy to activate and awaken an ancient part of yourself that may have been long forgotten but is not lost.
From this space you can ask your soul any questions you need answers to.
From this place you can ask your soul for love,
Compassion and understanding.
Know that you are not lost,
You are not stuck,
You are not blocked.
Your soul knows a path ahead so allow it to move through you.
Allow this ancient wisdom to activate every cell of your being so that after this meditation you feel a deep sense of wisdom,
Intuitive awakening and healing.
So that the energy that you have created within this meditation carries with you throughout the day.
Know that you can come back to this meditation any time you need to.
Your soul only requires your intention,
Your intuitive wisdom to access it.
Take a deep breath now and allow your body and mind to relax in this peace and serenity you have created within and around yourself.
As you take another deep breath in,
Feel that deep sense of connection to Mother Earth and see and sense that connection to the universe above and around you.
Take a moment now to breathe into your heart,
Feeling any loving energy expand outwards,
See and sense this loving energy expand around you and from a place of the soul.
See,
Feel or sense this loving frequency moving out from your heart to those around you that you love.
See this loving energy surround your family,
Your loved ones.
Eventually allow this loving energy to expand to those you don't know,
People in your neighbourhood,
Your town,
Your city.
Until eventually you expand this love out to the whole world,
To the whole universe.
Know that your capacity to create and bring in love is infinite.
The wisdom you hold in your heart is infinite.
Take a moment to connect to the limitless possibilities when you create from a place of love.
Breathe deeply in and allow your energy to come back to yourself and to your body.
We close and protect our energy by calling on the angels.
We call on Archangel Michael to surround and protect us with his blue healing light and we call on the protection and wisdom of our higher self to follow and surround us for the rest of the day so that we always have this wisdom,
This higher wisdom within ourselves to connect to.
And whenever you're ready,
Bring your body and breath back to the present moment.
