Your shins as your whole body becomes heavy and now just imagine that from the base of your spine is a golden cord of light,
Imagine those roots growing from the base of your spine,
Reaching deep into the earth,
Rounding and anchoring you within the energy of divine love and now just bring awareness to the top of your head and imagine just above you is a golden ball of light,
As you breathe deeply in,
Imagine breathing down this beautiful high frequency energy into your body through the top of your head and just feel that beautiful golden light flowing into every cell of your being,
