Hello and welcome to this Archangel Raphael healing meditation where you'll be guided on a journey to the temple of Archangel Raphael where you will receive powerful healing light into your chakras so that you may feel lighter,

Clearer and more in tune with your higher self.

Take a moment now to find somewhere where you won't be disturbed and just allow yourself the space to connect to your heart.

Breathe deeply in and allow your breath to anchor within your heart.

It is within our heart that we are able to access our highest self and our wisdom and soul.

As you breathe deeply in,

Visualize your breath moving deep into your heart,

Activating your higher heart chakra.

See within your heart a beautiful light.

At first this light is small like a pinprick.

As you breathe deeply in,

Imagine your breath moving into this light within your heart.

See the light expanding outwards like a luminescent vortex of high frequency energy swirling about,

Clearing and cleansing your heart.

See,

Feel and sense this higher vibrational energy moving out from your heart,

Expanding outwards so it surrounds your whole body.

With every in-breath,

Imagine your breath moving deeper into this light,

Activating it.

See this light expanding out from your chest to all parts of your body,

Your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms and hands,

Your torso,

Your lower back,

Down your legs and your feet,

Moving into the very cells of your being,

Activating your own inner light,

Raising your vibration so you may access the higher realms of the angels and beyond.

Now anchor your breath into your solar plexus,

Our seat of power.

Feel and sense your breath expanding your solar plexus and visualising from the base of your spine your root chakra,

A golden cord of light that flows down from your root chakra,

Anchoring you down deep into the womb of Mother Earth where you may receive her healing and protective energies.

Feel and sense this protection moving up through your cord of light and into your root chakra.

Feel this beautiful protective energy surrounding you,

Anchoring you within the beauty of the present moment.

We now call on Archangel Raphael to surround us with his beautiful presence and embrace.

As you call on Raphael,

Visualise a beautiful emerald green light surrounding you.

Feel its warmth and soothing vibrations as the healing energy envelopes your entire being.

Take a moment to connect with Archangel Raphael.

We do this by saying to ourselves,

Archangel Raphael,

I invite you in now.

Please surround me with your healing light and assist me in my journey towards physical,

Emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Take another deep breath in and visualise yourself standing in a beautiful lush green,

Vibrant forest.

You hear the gentle rustling of the leaves and feel a soft breeze caressing your skin.

Take a moment to immerse yourself within the peacefulness of this healing forest.

Before you is a pathway leading deeper into the forest.

You walk on this pathway which leads to a radiant temple of light.

As you walk along this path you know that it will lead you to a space of profound healing and rejuvenation.

You now stand before this beautiful,

Vibrant temple of light.

It is made of crystal energy that illuminates from the sun above.

You notice the exquisite details of its architecture and the vibrant energy emanating from within.

With each step towards this temple,

You feel a greater sense of peace and serenity.

You reach the entrance of the temple and you feel Archangel Raphael's presence within as you step inside and step into his magnificent healing chamber.

The chamber is filled with a gentle green mist infused with the healing energy of Raphael.

Allow yourself to breathe in this mist,

Feeling it move into every cell of your being,

Bringing you into a state of balance and vitality.

Archangel Raphael now steps forward.

He is cloaked in an emerald green cloak and he is surrounded by a beautiful golden aura.

He directs you to lie down on the crystalline healing chamber.

You move towards it and lie down,

Finding it surprisingly comfortable and warm as you sink into this crystal chamber of light.

Raphael now directs his hands above your root chakra,

Sending healing light into your root chakra.

This light is a vibrant red colour and moves deep into your root chakra,

Cleaning and cleansing all aspects of any fear that you have been holding onto.

You breathe deeply in and allow this energy to infuse within your root.

His hands now move above your sacral chakra,

Our divine power and feminine essence.

You imagine from his hands a pure white healing light.

This light activates your sacral chakra,

Creating a beautiful bright orange glow that emanates from it.

You feel Raphael's warm healing light moving deep into this chakra,

Cleaning and cleansing this space.

He then moves your hands above your solar plexus and brings healing light to this sacred space of power.

This light activates your solar plexus,

Creating a bright yellow glow.

You feel this beautiful yellow glow moving deep into your solar plexus,

Activating your seat of power.

You breathe deeply in,

Allowing this healing energy to wash over you.

Raphael now brings his hands up above your heart chakra.

Our heart connects us to the frequency of love,

Our higher wisdom and our ability to love and be love.

From Raphael's healing hands,

A luminescent,

High vibrational light moves out from his hands to your heart chakra,

Activating this space with a beautiful green light that expands outwards.

As your heart chakra clears any stagnant or negative energy or any fears or blocks you have been holding onto,

You feel your hands beginning to vibrate.

This healing our heart also activates our own healing abilities.

Our hands hold chakras as well that when activated can bring deeper healing to ourselves and others.

Allow this healing light to move through you,

Clearing and cleansing anything that you are ready to release.

Raphael now brings his hands above your throat chakra and moves healing light into this space,

Activating beautiful sky blue within this chakra.

This is our voice,

Our ability to connect to our authentic truth.

As Raphael brings healing light to this sacred space,

You feel an opening within your throat chakra.

This will allow you to speak your truth in all its forms from a place of love and compassion.

Raphael now moves his hands above your third eye chakra and brings healing light to this space.

From this chakra emanates a beautiful violet colour.

Our third eye is our ability to see,

Feel and sense the world around us,

To deepen our connection to our higher selves as well as our angels and guides.

You feel this healing light activating this chakra,

As it does so it activates our intuition,

Our ability to tune in to our higher wisdom.

You allow this healing energy to move deeper into this chakra.

Finally,

Raphael brings his hands above your crown chakra and brings healing light energy to this sacred space which connects us to the energy of blue,

Which is the energy of higher vibrational light.

When we connect this energy we connect to our higher selves,

The wisdom of the universe.

Allow this healing light to activate this chakra,

Allowing you to tune in to your own higher wisdom.

Now take a deep breath in and allow this healing energy to wash through all aspects of your being.

As Raphael brings down healing green light into every aspect of your body,

Visualise bringing your attention to any areas of your body that require deeper healing.

Visualise Archangel Raphael's green healing light targeting those areas,

Bathing them in a pure transformational energy.

As the healing light moves deeper into every cell of your being you feel any pain,

Discomfort or negative emotions being released and transformed into pure love and healing energy.

Allow yourself to fully surrender and trust in the healing process.

Take a few moments just to simply bask within this healing light,

Feeling its warmth and love and a rejuvenation.

Allow yourself to receive this divine energy.

Whenever you're ready you can now bring yourself out of the healing chamber gently.

As you lift yourself up out of the chamber bed and thank Raphael for bringing his beautiful healing energy and presence,

You embrace Archangel Raphael with gratitude and know that your angel is there for you for guidance and support whenever you need him.

You gently bring yourself back out of the crystal temple and into the forest.

Slowly bring yourself back to your awareness to this present moment.

Breathe deeply in,

Just allowing any of the loving energy to wash over you once more.

Connect to your breath and feel it flowing in and out.

Grind yourself within your physical body and know that you can return to this meditation whenever you need healing or support from from Archangel Raphael.

Trust and know that you are always surrounded by the loving energies of the divine.
