Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this angel healing guided meditation,

Where you'll be guided on a deeply transformational and relaxing healing journey with the Archangels to bring light,

Love and support into your life,

To clear your energy field and raise your vibration to the highest possible frequency so you can start living in alignment with your soul.

So find a quiet comfortable space where you won't be disturbed and either sit or lie down and bring awareness now to your breath and your body.

As you breathe deeply in imagine breathing in high vibrational white light and as you breathe out just imagine breathing out any tension or worries from the day so that with every breath in you're bringing in this high frequency light and with every breath out you're releasing all that no longer serves you.

Just allow your breath to get deeper and deeper,

Allow your exhale to get longer as you move into a deep state of peace and relaxation.

And just scan your body from your head to your toe and as I name each part of your body imagine breathing in this high frequency white light into that area so as to release and melt away any tension so your body moves into this deeper state of relaxation.

So starting at the top of your head,

Your forehead,

Around your eyes,

Your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your neck,

Down your shoulders,

In front of your chest,

Your upper back,

Your stomach,

Your lower back,

Down your arms,

Your hands,

Your thighs,

Down your shins and the back of your legs,

Your feet and your toes,

Just imagine every part of your being from your head right down to your toes is completely relaxed.

You feel your body heavy,

Your eyes are heavy,

And all worries and thoughts melt away as you tune in to my voice.

And just bring awareness to the base of your spine where your root chakra is located,

And from this space imagine a golden cord of light flowing down from your root chakra,

Down,

Down,

Deep into Mother Earth.

Imagine your cord of light looping around the crystalline centre within Mother Earth.

You feel yourself become deeply anchored and secure within this present moment.

And as you breathe deeply in,

Imagine loving warm energy from Mother Earth moving up your cord of light and back into your root chakra.

Clearing and cleansing this sacred space,

So you are divinely protected within this moment.

And now just bring awareness to the top of your head,

And visualise at the top of your head is your crown chakra.

This can be represented by a lotus flower,

Representing our divine wisdom.

Imagine this lotus flower opening up wide,

And a beam of golden high frequency light energy flows from the universe above,

Down into your crown chakra.

Feel this beam of light creating a pillar around you of high frequency vibrational energy.

As you breathe deeply in,

Imagine breathing this light into the very cells of your being.

Feel this light cleansing,

Clearing and transmuting all that no longer serves you,

So that you are raising your vibration to the highest possible frequency.

Take a moment to vision this light creating a cocoon of protection around you.

As you are protected in this bubble of light,

Your vibration is raised to the highest possible frequency and you feel lighter and powerful as you step into your highest being,

Your divine light,

Your soul's essence.

And from this high frequency space bring awareness now to the unconditional love within your heart chakra.

Imagine now a beam of light extending from your heart,

Into the universe around you.

We send this beacon of love and light out to the angels,

To invite them into our energy field,

For healing,

Love and support.

Imagine this loving energy filtering out into the universe and wider realms.

Set that intention to bring the angels forward into your energy field.

As we do this we now connect to Archangel Michael who steps forward as the divine protector of this planet and of our energy.

Archangel Michael steps forward and brings with him his flaming sword of light.

He places a blue cloak of energetic protection around your energy field that filters out anything that is no longer serving you and any negative frequencies,

So you are completely cocooned and safe within Archangel Michael's divine light of blue protection.

Imagine this cloak surrounding every part of your being.

And with his flaming sword Archangel Michael now cuts away and removes any negative attachments from your energy field,

Anything that is attaching you to situations or people that are no longer serving you and are of no longer to your highest good.

Imagine these being cleared and cut from your energy field now.

Allow yourself to connect to Archangel Michael's frequency,

As you bring in the protection and love from this higher light being.

As Archangel Michael now finishes his work in cleaning our energy field and removing any cords of attachments that no longer serve us,

We now bring in this beautiful loving light into our hearts.

And from that space of unconditional love we thank Archangel Michael for stepping forward and bringing his loving light and protection.

Archangel Michael now steps back and another angel steps forward.

This is Archangel Zadkiel,

The angel of transmutation and spiritual alchemy.

Archangel Zadkiel brings with him the spiritual tool of the silver violet flame.

This violet flame clears and transmutes anything from our auric field that no longer serves us.

So that we can move into a higher state of frequency and being.

Archangel Zadkiel steps forward and with his silver and violet flame he brings that around our energy field now.

As we breathe deeply in we bring in the silver violet flame into every part of our being.

This flame is cool and safe as it moves into our skin and the very cells of our being.

It moves through our muscles and blood and bones,

Clearing and transmuting all that no longer serves us.

We feel this light moving into every cell of our being,

Transmuting and cleansing all parts of us like a waterfall that washes over us.

We almost feel like we're sparkling in this high frequency energy as the silver violet flame does its work and creates more space for the good to come into our lives,

More space for joy and love as we release all attachments to anything that keeps us stuck in a lower frequency.

Take a moment now to connect to the silver violet flame.

Archangel Zadkiel now finishes the cleansing process that is required for us to step into our divine light.

The silver violet flame now moves back through the earth and to Archangel Zadkiel who now transmutes this spiritual tool back to its high frequency and releases anything from the silver violet flame back into the universe to be cleared.

We now thank Archangel Zadkiel for bringing through his beautiful transformational energy and as he steps back,

Another angel now steps forward.

This angel is cloaked in a divine love.

A beautiful pink energy envelopes her as we now connect to Archangel Samuel,

The angel of compassion and unconditional love.

In Archangel's hand she holds a heart rose quartz crystal.

This crystal represents the divine light and love that is in each and every one of us.

Archangel Samuel steps forward into our energy field and places the heart chakra crystal into our hearts,

Activating our higher heart frequency.

As we connect to this higher heart frequency activated by the rose quartz chakra,

We feel this blast of love emanating from our hearts.

This highest possible divine frequency we connect to explodes from our hearts.

We step into this higher heart frequency of unconditional love where we bring this loving energy into ourselves.

We send love to every part of ourselves that may not have received the love that it deserved that you deserved.

You are a light being of love.

Love is your path.

Love is your soul.

Your soul speaks to you through the frequency of love and when we open up and connect to our hearts we connect to this divine light.

We are able to more show ourselves love and when we do this we open our hearts to showing love to others and to the world.

Imagine this love energy filtering into every part of your being so that the very cells of your being are vibrating fully with unconditional love light.

Archangel Shamuel now steps forward and tells us to keep her heart in with yours,

To keep her crystalline light as part of you.

The angel that oversees the Christ-like consciousness.

Archangel Christiel places his hands in prayer and sets an affirmation to bring through the golden light of Christ consciousness to filter now from the universe above into our crown chakras.

Visualise a beam of golden light energy flowing from the universe above,

Down through the top of your head and into your whole energy field.

This light represents the Christ light,

The light of the higher consciousness that connects us to our divine path.

Feel this golden frequency moving around every cell of your being as Archangel Christiel brings his own healing light energy to clear,
