Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this healing golden light meditation with Archangel Uriel where we'll be calling on the solar energy of the sun and the energy of Archangel Uriel to help cleanse and clear not only our energy field but especially our solar plexus where we may be holding on to past fear and trauma so that we may be able to bring this beautiful lighter energy into our frequency so that we can raise our vibration and start creating our life from a place of love.

And now when you breathe in visualize breathing in a high frequency light energy and just feel this white light moving into every cell of your being cleaning and cleansing all aspects of your energy field so that you may be able to hold more high frequency light and just allow yourself to expand this light outwards so that it not only permeates every cell but also expands out into your energy field so you are glowing with this beautiful high frequency ever-essent light.
And now visualize that from above your crown chakra at the top of your head is this beautiful golden light that looks like the sun and just imagine from this golden light a cord and this cord of light flows down connecting with your very being through your crown chakra.
See this cord of light come down through your being expanding out to fill you with pure source light energy.
Just feel see and sense this light energy energy moving into your body so that you're held in source light and you're grounded within this light.
We're going to now connect to the solar light of the sun so visualize that you are facing the sun that is in front of you and see and feel this beautiful solar ball of light this light that connects us to our higher energies,
Holds us in light.
Place your hands in open prayer position on your lap so that you bring this light energy into your hands activating your innate power to heal.
Feel this light energy move into your chakras through your crown chakra at the top of your head activating your higher wisdom through your third eye chakra within your brow activating your intuition your throat chakra activating your power of communication your heart activating your love and compassion frequency your solar plexus activating your power center your sacral chakra activating your highest frequency and your root chakra activating your grounding energy.
