Hello beautiful souls and welcome to this Activate Your Christ Light meditation where you will be taken on a journey to your inner light to activate your own Christ consciousness so that you may ascend and access higher frequency light and energies as well as accessing your own divine wisdom.
So begin by finding a quiet comfortable place where you can relax without any disturbances.
Sit or lie down in a position that allows yourself and your body to feel at ease.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or stress with each breath.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to the centre of your being,
To the space within your heart.
Visualise a gentle loving light glowing within your heart,
Radiating warmth and peace.
Feel its comforting presence.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine a column of pure bright light descending from above,
Flowing down,
Connecting to the crown of your head.
This light represents the higher frequency energy and wisdom of the universe.
Visualise it as a shimmering golden light that carries immense love,
Healing and divine guidance.
As the column of light enters your body,
Allow it to flow gently downward,
Filling every cell and every particle of your being.
Feel its warmth and purity as it moves through you,
Clearing away any energetic blocks or negativity.
With each breath,
Feel yourself becoming more and more attuned to this high frequency light.
Bring your focus now back to your breath and as you inhale,
Imagine you are drawing in this higher frequency light.
Allow it to infuse every aspect of your being.
Visualise it permeating your physical body,
Your mind,
Your emotions and your spirit.
Feel yourself becoming more aligned with the divine energy that surrounds you.
As you exhale,
Release any thoughts or concerns that may be weighing you down.
Surrender them to the light,
Knowing that you are supported and guided by the higher frequencies of love and wisdom.
Trust that this light is elevating your consciousness and bringing you closer to your true essence.
Continue to breathe,
Focusing on the light flowing in and through you.
Allow yourself to connect with this higher frequency light that opens you up to any insights,
Inspiration or guidance.
Be receptive to the wisdom and clarity that comes from aligning with this divine energy.
Now imagine that you are standing at the foot of a beautiful pink crystal set of steps which seem to lead way up further than you can see.
You start to climb the steps which feel so soft beneath your feet,
So light that with each step you seem to feel lighter and lighter.
You are on a journey to meet with your golden angel,
The one who is always around you.
You feel elated at this thought as you climb the stairways.
You see a beautiful platform up ahead of you that is blazing with light.
A doorway leads from the platform which is so beautiful and seems so full of energy.
The door is a beautiful,
Beautiful vibrant golden colour and as you open the crystal door handle you see a room ablaze with light,
A glorious vibrant white light which seems to almost be part of the heavens.
You hear the most beautiful music playing like the angels are singing to you.
There is a beautiful silk lounger in the middle of this room and you sit on it feeling happy and loved within this present moment.
A beautiful being appears before you,
Smiling at you with love and grace.
This is your guardian,
Angel,
Your higher self,
Your soul connection that comes to sit beside you holding your hand.
You feel a warm embrace of love and compassion emanating from this beautiful being of light.
As your guardian angel sits beside you they tell you their name.
You just allow their name to flow through you without any control.
They tell you they are a part of you.
They are here to console,
To help,
To lift and connect with your heart.
The more you call them in the more you will feel them in your heart.
As you look ahead two incredibly beautiful beings move forward into the room.
These beautiful souls fill the room up with the most loving energy you have ever seen.
The beings are Mary Magdalene,
The keeper of the divine feminine and the Christ,
The keeper of the divine masculine.
Their loving heart-centered light is always around you bringing you compassion for yourself and others as well as healing and wisdom so that you may grow.
Mary Magdalene touches you on your shoulder smiling down at you with such beauty and love.
Christ touches you on your other shoulder filling you with the most beautiful loving energy.
They tell you to always remember you are love.
You are loved and to take that love and spread it like a carpet of light to those in need.
You feel so very thankful as you sink into this state of complete and utter bliss.
You're so very grateful to be here with all these loving beings.
Slowly they all take a step back telling you they will see you again.
You feel so wonderful,
Lighter and elated as you turn to the doorway and begin your way back down the stairs.
The steps are grounding as you walk down.
You can smell grass,
Trees and flowers as you take the final steps and come back into your room in this present moment.
As you breathe deeply in you feel anchored,
Strong and grounded and whenever you're ready you can open your eyes.
