Hello and welcome to this Archangel Michael meditation where you will be on a guided visualisation to clearing any fear-based energies and bringing in protection.
So just find a nice,
Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed for the next few moments.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Bring awareness to your body,
To the support on your back,
If you're sitting in a chair or if you're lying down.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Allow your breath to become deeper and deeper.
Feel the air moving into your body,
See expanding your lungs and as you breathe out imagine you're breathing out any tension.
Now bring your awareness to your feet and visualise from your feet,
Thick roots stretching outwards,
Moving down deep into mother earth.
See,
Feel and sense your roots wrapping themselves around the central crystalline core of mother earth.
Feel yourself becoming anchored in her loving energy.
Feel this grounding energy work its way up through the roots,
Into your feet and outwards into every part of your body so that it reaches every single cell,
Creating a cocoon of loving protective energy within and around you.
Now visualise a white column of luminescent,
Bright light beaming down from the heavens,
Surrounding you,
Flowing into your aura,
Into your body.
As you breathe deeply in,
Imagine that you're breathing in this luminescent,
High vibrational light into every cell of your body,
Raising your vibration,
Creating a wave of calm and loving energy within and around you.
We now call on Archangel Michael to place his deep,
Blue cloak of protection around you.
Visualise this cloak around your shoulders.
Imagine zipping the cloak up to your chin and placing the hood over your head,
Knowing that you are fully protected.
We ask that a golden bubble of light be placed around you.
Visualise a golden sphere of light surrounding you.
We now invoke Archangel Michael and his angels of courage,
Strength and protection to accompany you on this journey to cleaning and cleansing all that no longer serves you.
Visualise yourself in a forest located at the foot of a mountain.
It is spring,
The warm summer breeze wisps around you,
Gently touching your face.
You smell the fresh pine mountain air,
The sun glimmers through the trees and you feel a sense of warmth and love.
You are joined by your guardian angel.
Your angel embraces you with love and compassion and tells you you are going on a journey to meet Archangel Michael.
You walk along the forest trail together,
Listening to the birds singing in the trees.
As you walk along,
Unicorns and fairies join you,
Giving you their blessings.
After a short walk you hear the sound of a waterfall.
You are led along a wide pathway behind the waterfall until you come to a well-lit cave.
Archangel Michael greets you at the entrance.
You embrace each other.
Michael unfolds you in a deep blue cloak of protection and invites you to his healing cave.
As you look around you notice the walls are made of many sparkling crystals of different hues of blue which light up the cave.
You feel Michael's comforting and soothing energy.
Michael now stands at your right hand side and asks permission to cut and remove any negative cords or attachments.
When you are ready with his mighty sword,
Michael cuts all negative cords,
Any negative attachments that have been pulling onto your energy,
Holding you within a space of fear.
He clears you of any unforgiveness,
Anger or any anything you may be harboring such as resentment or fear.
You feel this energy being released.
Breathe deeply in and allow yourself to move into a state of peace and love as you feel lighter,
Freer and healed.
Archangel Michael now pours his blue light into your aura,
Filling you with strength,
Courage,
Willpower,
Drive and vitality.
You feel any anxiety,
Stress or fears be transmuted within this beautiful high vibrational light.
Within your Shudhrot chakra,
Michael places a blue crystal,
Allowing you to communicate your truth,
Spreading the light of the angels with courage,
Strength and ease.

You return to where you met your guardian angel and say goodbye,
Know that you will see them again soon.
Now bring your awareness back to this present moment,
This present space.
Allow your breath to deepen,
Breathe deeply into your heart space,
Your heart space.
Expanding the light within this space outwards.
Allow the wisdom of your soul to shine through.
Know that your spiritual journey is just beginning.
Trust where your soul is guiding you and know that you can call on the angels anytime you need them.
