Beautiful soul.

In this guided breathwork meditation,

We're going to be releasing stress and anxiety.

We're going to be connecting with our heart,

Our mind,

And our body in order to get ourselves into a very calm and peaceful state so that we can get ourselves to sleep.

You're going to be doing a three-part breath into your mouth,

Into your belly,

Chest,

And then exhaling fully.

It's going to sound a little bit like this.

Let's begin.

Imagine yourself standing on the shore of a tranquil beach,

The waves gently lapping at the sand,

And the salty breeze caressing your skin.

The sky above is painted with hues of pink and orange as the sun sets and it casts a warm glow all around you.

As you breathe,

You feel this cold ocean air all around you.

It fills your lungs with a sense of calm and clarity.

With each breath out,

You feel your body becoming lighter,

More relaxed,

As if the weight of the worries that you have been carrying are now being carried away by the gentle sea breeze.

Now let your mind drift to a serene forest where the tall trees sway in the gentle rhythm of the wind.

You find yourself walking along a peaceful path surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.

With each step that you take,

You feel your anxiety melting away and it's now replaced with a deep sense of tranquil inner peace.

The sights and sounds of the forest now wash over you and it heals you,

Your mind,

Your body,

And your soul.

Placing one hand on your heart and another hand on your belly,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Imagining drawing in that calmness,

That peace,

That deep sense of connection that you've been seeking is here and now.

Now imagine a warm,

Comforting,

Warm light surrounding you.

It wraps you in this soothing hug.

This light feels like love and compassion and acceptance and it washes away those doubts and fears that still may remain.

As you bask in this light and in this glow,

You now feel a sense of peace,

You feel comforted,

And you feel calm.

You feel okay now going to bed.

There's nothing more to do.

And in this moment,

There's only peace and there is only stillness.

You now allow yourself and give yourself permission to rest deeply,

Knowing that you're safe,

You're loved,

And you're worthy of this time of having respite and peace.

Taking three mindful breaths here and through your nose,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling slowly from your mouth.

Deep inhale from your nose,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling from your mouth.

And holding it at the top,

Exhaling from your mouth.

Last one,

Deep inhale from your nose,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling from your mouth.

And when you wake,

May you feel lighter,

Calmer,

And more at ease.
