Let's take a deep breath into our abdomen.
Feel the abdomen expanding as you breathe in.
Bring awareness to the lowest part of your abdomen.
Breathing in,
Feeling it expand.
Breathing out,
Feeling it contrast.
Allowing it to expand.
Stay with that breath.
Breathing deep into the body.
See if you can breathe in and feel your hips expanding even.
At the same time as you breathe in,
Feeling the hips expand,
Squeezing your perineum,
Your sexual organs,
Squeezing them up as you breathe in,
Stomach expands.
As you breathe out slowly,
Allow that energy to relax there.
So breathing in,
Squeezing and expanding at the same time.
Visualizing a white ball rising up to the crown of your head.
Breathing out,
Seeing the white ball come down and relaxing.
Relaxing.
Again,
Breathing in,
Squeezing,
Expanding.
Eyes roll up with the white ball,
Guiding it through the inside of the spine.
Breathing in again,
Raising that energy up.
Gently relaxing into it.
In and out at your own pace.
Make sure your breath out is slower than your breath in.
This allows the parasympathetic nervous system to relax.
Gently bring awareness to your heart.
Just scan your heart.
Feel the heart space.
Feel the left side.
Feel the right side of your energy fields in your heart space.
Maybe you wanna move your eyes to the left as you bring awareness to the left.
Move your eyes to the right as you bring awareness to your right.
Bring awareness in the back of the heart.
Notice the difference in the front and the back.
As you bring awareness there,
You'll feel a natural sensation of spiraling energy.
The chakra systems of the heart stay with that spiral.
At the same time,
Bring awareness between your eyebrows,
But yet still focus on your heart.
As a multidimensional being,
You're able to hold the focus between your eyebrows and at the same time feel your heart spiraling.
That spiral of your heart starts to become larger and larger.
You start to feel that spiral of your heart space expanding out further and further away from you.
At the same time,
Now bring awareness in the back of your heart.
Feel the energy of the back of your heart.
Feel that energy spiraling.
Might go into opposite direction.
There's no need to force it,
Just follow along with that spiral.
At the same time,
You're conscious of your breath,
Yet your focus is between your eyebrows.
And at the same time,
You feel the spiraling energy.
Now you're gonna synchronize the spiral with your breath.
As you breathe out,
You feel the spiral expanding out.
As you breathe in,
You feel the spiral coming inwards.
With every breath,
You feel yourself expanding deeper and deeper into your auric field.
You feel yourself expanding further and further,
Becoming aware of your auric field all around you.
Now gently bring awareness to the right side of your auric field.
Still breathing,
But you're about two to three feet to the right side of you.
Scan that area.
You're just scanning.
Scanning it,
Not paying attention to anything.
And you gently start to scan towards the backside of your auric field.
Scanning the whole spine in the back.
Going beyond the couch or the chair.
Becoming aware.
Gently bring awareness to the left side now.
You're not interacting with anything,
Just scanning.
Becoming aware.
Just becoming aware.
Now gently start to bring awareness to the front of you.
Scanning two to three feet in front of you.
Gently start bringing awareness above your crown.
Bring awareness above your crown.
Scanning the right side above your crown.
Scanning the left side above your crown.
You're in the space of your auric field.
Now we're gonna go up higher to our higher self.
To the golden sphere of light above you.
Now gently scan yourself around the golden sphere.
Now visualize that golden ball of light spiraling.
Like the great sun.
Shimmering with a golden crystalline light.
Now that golden light starts to expand and a disc of light expands out of it.
Now that disc of light starts to slowly spiral downwards.
Very,
Very slowly through your crown.
And expanding about a foot to two feet wide.
Encompassing your body and your auric field that you were scanning before.
Very,
Very slowly feel it spiral down.
Through your face.
Through your shoulders.
Feel that energy spiraling down through your chest.
Stay with that golden frequency.
Filling with a golden light.
Within that golden light you see many,
Many crystalline pyramids.
As they continuously spiral around your ribcage.
Continuously spiraling down through your abdomen.
Continuously spiraling down through your hips.
Through your legs.
Only the golden frequency can sustain in that vibration.
Only the purity of your I am presence can flow through there.
Now at the same time bring awareness to your higher self again.
And feel that golden energy as if in a DNA strand.
Flowing down through your crown and through the center of your body.
Gently bring awareness again above you and allow that DNA energy to continuously spiral down again.
One more time.
Feel that energy from above.
Come down.
Allow that spiraling.
Double helix DNA.
Take its own course.
As if you are floating behind it and let it guide you.
See where it wants to go.
See where it's taking you.
Again go up and allow that energy to come down.
Just float with that energy.
Where will it bring you?
What part of the body or energy field it wants you to bring awareness to?
Surrender.
To that space.
Just observe.
No interaction needed.
Let your super conscious mind guide you.
Let your conscious mind.
Gently bring awareness between your eyebrows.
And ask your higher self to guide you.
In every moment.
Every thought.
In every breath.
Surrender yourself.
To the light.
Of timelessness.
To the light.
Of wholeness.
As you go deeper and deeper.
Into an emptiness.
Into a void.
Now gently start bringing awareness.
Again into your auric field.
Now feel that space.
Feel the expansion of your auric field.
Feel the light within it.
Feel the ease in it.
Breathe.
Take the time to scan through the back.
Take the time to feel both sides.
And gently.
It's that feeling.
Stay within it.
And gently start coming back to yourself.
See how that feels.
