Take a few deep breaths,

And we'll just enter into the space.

So get comfortable,

Taking a few deep breaths in,

Into your abdomen,

Allowing your abdomen to expand as you breathe in,

And as you breathe out,

Allow it to contrast.

Let's bring awareness to our crown,

To the top of your head.

As you breathe in,

Feel the energy coming down through your spine,

Into your root.

As you breathe out,

Feel the energy rising back up into your crown.

Allow that tube of light to be synchronized with your breath,

And at the same time,

Just allow yourself to relax,

Surrender,

Let go of all desires,

Wants,

And needs.

Breathing in with the crown,

Just following that flow,

As that energy flows through your spine,

The inside of your spine,

Starts to create a white beam of light,

Illuminating your spinal cord,

And the nervous system,

Through the spinal cord.

As you go deeper and deeper within yourself,

Being in tune with your body,

And then gently call upon your guides,

Your essence self,

Your soul,

Your over-soul,

Your higher self.

As you start to bring your awareness to your higher self,

About nine inches to a foot above you,

To a golden sphere of light,

Allow that beautiful,

Crystalline,

Golden light to spiral at a speed of light.

At the same time,

Imagine your auric field,

Three to six feet around you.

Beautiful,

Crystalline auric field,

Like an egg-shaped of energy around you,

And you're conscious of your gentle breath,

Where it's naturally you're breathing in and out without any force.

You visualize your auric field contrast as you breathe in,

And breathe out,

You feel it expanding,

Synchronizing the movement with the natural breath.

As you feel your auric field moving in and out with your breath,

You affirm to yourself,

I am that I am.

Still you're connected with the natural flow of your breath and your auric field.

You feel it expand in all directions,

You feel it expand above you and beneath you.

As the crystallization takes place within your auric field,

Bring awareness to your crown again,

To your higher self.

Feel that energy spiraling,

As your higher self starts to bring in this beautiful,

Golden elixir of energy down through your crown,

Spiraling down into the center of your mind,

In the center of your mind,

You see a golden pyramid,

And at the same time,

Beautiful soul,

You see a pyramid above you,

A white pyramid,

Like the pyramids of Egypt and Giza.

The white pyramid has a beacon of light going down into the pyramid inside your mind.

As you feel that energy from the white pyramid above you to the pyramid inside your mind,

And the pyramid inside your mind starts to spiral,

As the golden light starts to shimmer and crystallize your whole brain.

You feel the front cortex of your brain filled with a golden light,

An infinity symbol from the left to the right hemisphere of your brain,

Going back and forth,

As that infinity symbol starts to float in the front of your cortex,

It deletes memories,

Thoughts,

Beliefs,

And reprograms them to the beliefs of your higher self.

Allow that golden infinity symbol to come into the center of your mind,

The left and right hemisphere of your brain,

To the back of your mind.

One more time,

Reach up into the white pyramid above you,

As the crystallized white pyramid above you starts to send white energy down through you,

As that white energy starts to descend down around you in your auric field.

You feel that white energy coming down,

Down through your shoulders,

Through your chest,

Down through your hips,

Through your legs,

And deep into the earth.

One more time,

Reaching up with your awareness into the pyramid consciousness,

Where your soul resides in the fifth dimensional expression of light.

The city of the celestial beings starts to descend down and encompass your energy fields,

Your muscles,

Your body,

Your cells,

At the same time,

You feel your third eye being activated.

You bring awareness to your throat center,

And you feel your throat center being activated in the front and the back.

You come up to your upper heart,

Your thymus,

And your upper heart is being activated,

Where your inner child's heart resides,

As you feel that energy coming down into your heart space.

You feel the infinity symbol from your heart going in front of you two to three inches,

And in the back of you two to three inches.

Allow that beautiful golden violet infinity symbol to float in front of your heart and in the back of your heart.

With every breath that you take in and out,

You feel that golden violet infinity symbol extending further and further.

As your heart expands,

Your soul starts to anchor in to your heart,

And yet you are conscious of the pyramid above you,

And allow that energy to come down again,

As it goes down lower and lower into your solar plex,

Bring awareness to your solar plex,

And there you feel a golden sphere of light,

Like the sun.

As that golden sphere of light burns,

The powerful fire emanating from it.

The fire starts to burn in all directions,

As it burns away and creates new desires,

The desires of the sun,

Of the holy spirit,

The desires of the celestial creation.

You feel that energy coming down into your second center,

Creating a balance between your masculine and feminine,

As the second center starts to spiral,

A sense of joy,

A sense of pleasure,

Just being within yourself,

And now you see an infinity symbol from left hip to your right hip,

A golden infinity symbol.

Allow that infinity symbol to be balanced,

As it creates a balance between your masculine and feminine,

Creates a balance within your desires.

Allow that infinity symbol to expand out beyond the hips,

As that infinity symbol continues to expand two to three feet into your energy fields,

It clears and deletes your past,

Energizes your inner child.

Now you feel an infinity symbol in the back of your heart and the top of your mind.

So feel an infinity symbol drawing in the back of your heart and the back of your mind,

Creating a loop between your heart and your mind.

Feel the gentleness,

The softness within your mind,

The gratitude and appreciation,

As you are here to experience the celestial expression of life,

And you feel your mind,

Your left and right hemisphere of your brain,

Becoming gentle,

Soft,

Transparent,

Liquid,

As it starts to sink in deeper and deeper into your heart space,

As you notice your mind smiling at you gently,

And your heart starts to illuminate as waves from your heart,

As if a drop in the water,

Expanding from the heart space into your auric field.

Feel that beautiful compassionate heart,

As it continues to expand out two to three feet around you,

From the center of your heart.

Feel those waves expanding out three to four feet around you,

As you completely relax and surrender into that gentle flow,

The pyramid above you starts to descend down,

The whole pyramid,

And now you see yourself sitting within that white pyramid,

And your heart continuously emanating the vibration of love into your auric field,

And now you acknowledge that you are a soul of love.

Your soul is a channel of love,

As you feel those waves continuously emanating from your heart,

Into your energy fields,

And you feel now it's emanating through your whole room.

Your whole room is being encompassed with your energy of love.

This energy starts to emanate beyond your room,

Continues to emanate beyond your city,

As it further and further,

Feel it emanating out through the country,

Through the world,

As it emanating out into the galaxy,

As you expand your awareness into the galaxy,

You understand that you are a galactical being of love,

Just visiting this space.

You are a fifth dimensional being that projected itself through the pyramidal consciousness of the five dimensional expression into this reality.

Peace is the vibration of your mind,

Love is the vibration of your body,

As you bring your awareness to your higher self and your soul above you,

Affirm to yourself,

I am consciousness of peace and love,

Feel those energies flowing through you and out from you,

Consciousness of peace,

Love.

Take a few deep breaths in to your body,

Feeling your body coming back into it fully,

Feeling the gentleness and the softness within the mind and the heart,

Feeling the lightness,

The joyfulness,

The peacefulness in your field,

And whenever you're ready you can start coming back to yourself.
