Breathing in,
Deep into the abdomen,
Allowing all that's happening outside of your mind to continue.
Just breathing in.
Now you're going to breathe in,
You're going to breathe in deeper into the hips,
Into your thighs.
You're going to follow that breath all the way down.
One more time,
Breathing in deep,
At the same time squeezing your sexual organs,
Squeezing them up to your crown.
Breathing out,
Gently releasing.
Breathing in,
Squeezing and now feeling that energy rise up through the back of your spine.
And allow your breath out to be slower than your breath in.
Now see if you can do it slowly.
Slowly breathing in,
All the way to your crown,
And slowly breathing out,
And continue at your pace.
You're activating your spine,
Bringing awareness to the nervous system of the spine.
Gently bring awareness to your heart space,
Feel your heart spiraling.
As you bring awareness to your heart,
Allow that energy to spiral.
With every breath out,
Feel the heart space expanding out.
Breathing in and out,
Feeling the heart space expanding even further.
Allow that energy to expand all around you.
Now gently call upon your beloved I am presence,
Your beloved soul,
Your higher self.
As you call upon those energies,
Allow the crown to soften up.
Allow the mind to soften up.
No force needed.
In complete gentleness.
Now we're going to ask our higher self,
Our soul,
And our soul to come together into one column of light.
Visualize a shaft of light going up,
Up,
Into your higher self,
Your soul,
Your over soul.
We're going to go even higher to our Christ consciousness,
The consciousness of creation.
And from there,
Allow that energy to come down in a spiraling sensation as it comes down to your crown,
Continues to spiral down through all your centers,
Penetrating each one with this illuminating light,
All the way down to your root center and deep into the earth.
One more time,
Reach up,
Up,
As you are floating above your home into the space of the Christ consciousness.
From there,
This time you feel a fluorescent tube of light encompassing your whole body and your auric field about six feet around you in each direction.
Feel that energy spiraling all around you.
As you establish this beautiful fluorescent tube of light all around you and within you,
Allows you to create the space and the love for yourself.
Feel that fluorescent tube of light all around you,
How smooth it is bringing awareness,
How bright it is,
The crystals all around it.
Now gently we start rising up into the sun,
Into our sun.
As you come closer to the sun,
You can feel your solar plex and the sun there start to beat and vibrate at the same frequency.
As you start to enter the sun,
You enter into a chamber within the sun and there you feel your chamber,
The safety of it and the pyramid structure within the sun.
That is your pyramid,
That is your divine vehicle of light.
As you sit within it,
You feel the energy that is flowing through you from that great pyramid of light.
Now there is going to be another pyramid that is coming from the bottom.
Two pyramids,
One from above,
The other from the bottom.
As the pyramids start to rotate into opposite directions,
Feel the rotational spin of the pyramids into opposite directions.
As the Syrian council recognizes your light and they are gently placing their hand on your third eye,
Activating the divine vision.
As you bring awareness to your third eye,
You feel the pulsation and the energy penetrating through into your pineal.
The other council is approaching you and placing their hand in the front of your heart.
As you feel the vibration spiraling inwards into your heart,
Deeper and deeper into your heart space,
You allow yourself to dissolve into that space of love,
Into a complete emptiness.
There is nothing that you need to do,
You're just being in an empty space of your heart.
Another member of the council,
The Syrian council,
Comes from the back of your heart and places two hands,
One at your shoulder blades and the other one at your heart in the back.
As the energy enters your body,
A healing process starts to take place within the nervous system of your lungs,
Your heart,
Your spine.
The crystals are being placed within your lungs,
At the bottom part of your lungs,
To illuminate you with happiness,
The vibration of happiness.
The council is now gently bringing the elementals and are gently placing hands at your lower abdomen and your lower back.
And you feel those two energies spiraling inwards and meeting in the center of your body.
As the spiral becomes stronger and stronger,
So does your vital force.
And you see the light shining in all different directions,
Into 12 directions,
From your abdomen.
As we rise up higher into the 13th dimension,
Into your heart space,
Again you feel the 12 directions of your heart energy,
Like the great sun,
Shining into 12 different directions.
You see beams of light,
Golden,
Spiraling beams of light,
12 different directions.
As you spiral up again into the 13th dimension,
The tube of light,
Into the center of your mind,
And there you see the golden light shining out into the 12 different directions.
Crystalline light,
As if double helix DNA,
In each tube of light,
Emanating out 2-3 feet into your energy fields.
Waves and waves of waves are shooting out in different directions.
Now the council is taking you up higher,
Into your soul,
Into a wide sphere of light.
And there in your soul,
You're observing,
As you scan that sphere of light,
And you ask to call back all your fragments,
All your soul fragments to come back to you.
All qualities of the 12 directions,
To be reunited with you.
See how all white pieces,
Crystalline pieces are coming back into your soul.
Now as all those fragments start to come back,
You feel a channel of light coming back down into your crown,
And all those fragments of yourself,
As you're reuniting within you.
As those fragments reunite within you,
Of happiness,
Feel that energy of happiness flow through your cells,
Of joy,
Of peace,
Tranquility,
Unity,
Understanding,
Wisdom,
Divine perception,
Unconditional love,
Beauty,
Playfulness,
And anything else you desire.
Allow those energies to integrate deep into your body,
Into every cell,
Every vessel,
Every corpuscle.
Feeling the electron within you being filled with that crystalline light,
As you breathe in through your crown chakra,
And you breathe out into your auric field all those qualities.
Breathing in deep through your crown,
And breathing out into your energy fields.
