Take a moment,

Get into a comfortable position,

Allow yourself to relax and mentally repeat to yourself,

I surrender all wants,

Needs and desires.

I just take a few deep breaths in,

Allow the words to be your words and follow through this meditation.

Beautiful.

I'm going to count and you just breathe in,

Breathing in,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing out,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Breathing in,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing out,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Breathing in,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing out,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven,

Eight.

Breathing in,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathing out,

Continue on your own.

Gently bring awareness to your third eye.

Breathing in,

See a white light come in to your third eye.

Just allow your breath to relax,

A natural breath,

Holding the focus between your eyebrows.

Breathing in,

See the white light enter into your pituitary gland.

With your awareness,

Scan the pituitary gland from the front and the back,

From the bottom to the sides as you scan your pituitary gland.

Bring awareness to your hypothalamus and to the center of your brain.

You gently scan that area as well,

To the right side of it,

To the left side of it.

Now gently bring awareness to your pineal gland in the back of the hypothalamus,

The front and the back of it,

As you scan the pineal gland.

Now gently you start to see a beam of light that goes into the back of your head.

There's a chakra system in the back of your head where the pineal enters.

As you feel that chakra spiraling,

Like a funnel of energy starts to spiral out into the back,

About 5 to 6 inches behind you.

As that energy continues to spiral 5 to 6 inches behind you,

You're clearing your emotional body and the connection to your astral body.

Now gently bring awareness to your crown,

Expanding and activating your crown chakra,

Crystallizing the crown chakra as it spirals at a speed of light,

Expanding 2 feet wide.

Now we're going to go higher into the golden sphere of light of our higher self,

Activating our golden sphere of light.

Allow it to spiral at a speed of light.

As that golden sphere starts to spiral at a speed of light,

The golden energy continues to spiral down all around you.

Feel it spiraling around your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

The golden light continues down through your ribs,

Through your hips,

The golden light continues down through your feet and down into the earth,

Anchoring in.

Now that your energy fields are expanded,

Bring awareness to the right side,

About a foot to 2 feet around you.

Bring your awareness and kind of scan your egg shape of energy around you.

To the right side,

About 2 to 3 feet around you,

Scanning it from above to below.

From below to above,

Bring awareness to the left side of you,

About 2 to 3 feet around you.

Scanning it from above to below,

From below to above.

Bring awareness in front of you,

About 2 to 3 feet in front of you.

And also scan it from above to below,

From below to above.

Bring awareness to the back of you,

About 2 to 3 feet behind you.

And scan it also from above to below,

From below to above.

Now continue scanning that,

About 2 to 3 feet around you,

All around you.

You're right now floating in your emotional body.

As you're bringing awareness back and forth,

Side to side.

Feel different sensations,

Don't pay attention to them,

Just keep scanning.

Continuously flowing back and forth.

As you scan them,

Your physical body will naturally adjust.

Now from the back,

Bring awareness to the front.

Scan the front now,

Side to side.

Visualizing like a grid system,

Going up and down.

Same thing,

Let's go again to the right side.

Continue scanning.

Now let's switch over to the left side.

Continue scanning,

Side to side.

You're just scanning,

You're not paying attention to anything else.

Now let's bring awareness above our head.

Let's scan the area above our head.

Now gently bring awareness to your heart.

Now feel the heart energy,

About an inch or two in front of you.

Scanning the energy,

2 to 3 inches in front of you,

2 to 3 inches back into you.

2 to 3 inches in front of you,

2 to 3 inches back into you.

Let's start expanding a little bit further out,

5 to 6 inches in front of you.

Bringing awareness back down into your heart.

Every time you bring awareness there,

It naturally transforms,

Transmutes.

You don't have to do anything,

Just bring awareness there.

5 to 6 inches in front of you,

And back.

Now let's do the same to the heart in the back.

Bringing awareness and expanding it 5 to 6 inches behind you.

5 to 6 inches back into you.

Back and forth,

Let it float.

Now again,

Let's come into our heart.

See a white dot in the center of your heart.

And from there,

Just holding your focus,

You're not doing anything anymore.

You're not scanning,

You're not trying to feel,

You're just holding focus there.

As you hold your focus at your heart center,

You feel the natural waves of energy that's emanating from your heart.

As you lose yourself in that space of your heart,

Feeling yourself transcending deeper and deeper into an emptiness,

Complete emptiness.

Surrendering yourself beyond the space of your heart.

Beyond time,

You're floating deeper and deeper into an empty space,

A void,

Into a void of blissfulness.
