Bring awareness about three feet beneath you to your soul star,
The chakra system which is beneath your feet,
Feel it activate and spiral,
The soul star,
Connection to the earth,
It connects all the chakra systems on all dimensions,
It connects to your root center,
Feel a beam of light going to your root center,

Rise up to our second center,
Emotional balance,
Feel the second center spiraling,

The fourth center,
Gonna rise up to our fifth center,

At the same time our seventh center,
Gonna go up higher to our higher self,
About a foot above you,
Into a golden sphere of light,
And we're going to ask our higher self to clear and heal all components and dimensions of the higher self itself,
As the higher self starts to spiral at a speed of light,
Clearing and healing takes place,
An expansion of your higher self,
Within the space of the higher self,
We go up higher into a white sphere of light,
Higher into the soul,
As we call upon all fragments of our soul,
We ask the healing and transmutation and unification of all fragments of our soul,
As you feel the white sphere of light starts to unify and all pieces of it as beams of light starting coming back into the white sphere,
Creating a pyramid structure within the soul,
Fifth dimensional creation,
As your soul starts to realize the city of light that it exists within,
As a pyramid within your soul starts to descend down through your higher self,
Through your crown,
And just feel that energy from the pyramid descending down through you and all around you,
As you're breathing in that white light of the pyramid,
Through your crown and down through your body and around your body,
As the white light starts to spiral all around you,
As the white brotherhood of the light starts to join you in this illumination,

All the ascended masters of this plane and the astral plane are creating a force field of light around you,
One force field that is being created around you,

Now again we go up to our soul,
And we're going to go up beyond into our over soul,

The Andromedan constellation,
The Lyrian constellation,
As they create another sphere nine to twelve feet around you,
In a golden bubble of light,
As the ascended masters of the Palladians,
The Khturians,
The Andromedans and the Lyrians,
Gather around you,
You feel a golden sphere of light,
Nine to twelve feet around you,
That golden sphere of light draws a beacon of light going from your crown through your body,
And beneath your feet,
You feel a golden beacon of light flowing from the bottom of your feet,
All the way up through your crown and out into your energy fields,
Now you see yourself in two spheres of light,
One silverish,
The other one is goldish,
The two spheres start to spiral into opposite directions,
And within that sphere you feel your pyramid spiraling as well,
As that energy continues to integrate deeper and deeper into your cells,
Bring awareness into your solar plexus,
Holding the focus there,
Raise your focus to your heart,
With a gentle smile,
You feel how all the energy around you is dancing effortlessly,
As you feel that vibration,
