So let's take a few deep breaths in, Get into a comfortable position, Breathing in and out, Allowing the abdomen to expand, Adjust your body, Adjust your neck, Shoulders, Allow them to relax. Breathing in, Allowing the abdomen to expand, Breathing out, Allowing the abdomen to contrast. Bring awareness to the crown, To the top of your head. Relaxing your cheeks, Relaxing your eyes, Your jaw. Relaxing your tongue, The shoulders, The elbows, The arms. Relaxing your ribs, The chest, Relaxing the hips, The right hip, The left hip, The thighs, The knees. The calves and the shins, Ankles, The soles of your feet. As you breathe in at a count of four, You'll breathe out at a count of eight. Breathing in, One, Two, Three, Four. Breathing out, One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight. Breathing through the nose, One, Two, Three, Four. Breathing out through the nose, One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight. Breathing in, One, Two, Three, Four. Gently start bringing awareness above your crown, To your higher self, To the golden sphere of light. Yet you are breathing very slowly out. As you bring awareness to the golden sphere of light above you, The golden sphere of light starts to spiral at a speed of light. As that golden light continues spiraling down through your crown, You feel that golden light spiraling all around you. Around your head, Around your neck, Purifying and crystallizing all your thoughts, All your beliefs. As that golden light continues down through your shoulders, Through your chest, You feel that golden crystalline light spiraling down through your ribs. Through your hips. As that golden light continues spiraling down through your legs and deep down into the earth. As you come to the core of the earth, Deeper and deeper, You see an amethyst crystal, About eight foot tall amethyst crystal. And you know that this is your earth crystal. And you feel your root center connected to that earth crystal. As that violet light starts to rise up through your feet, The amethyst crystalline light starts to rise up through the first center. And it continues rising up to the second center. Third center. Continues rising, Spiraling up to the fourth center. You feel your whole body being filled with this beautiful violet color. Fourth center. Fifth center. Sixth center. Seventh center. You feel your whole auric field starts to expand out into this violet color. As that violet energy starts to rise up again from the roots, From the depth of the earth. You feel that violet energy starts to expand out five to six feet all around you. As you continue rising up, You feel yourself going higher. Going higher to the ceiling. Going beyond the ceiling. Allowing yourself to rise up higher. As the violet energy spirals upwards, Connecting you to the central sun. As you rise up, You feel comfort within the central sun. With that energy, You feel the ascended masters of the universe. The masters have been assisting you in your journey from the moment of your realization of awakening. As one of the masters comes near you, You're placing their hand on the back of your heart. Allowing your heart to be fully activated. As you feel that violet energy within your heart spiraling. And the heart energy starts to spiral upwards through your throat center into the center of your mind. As your mind being activated with your heart. And you feel this expansion within the mind. The expansion of love. The expansion of your heart. As every neuron within the brain being filled with unconditional love. And you feel that energy from your heart rising up again into your mind. And waves and waves of your heart's energy start to rise up into the core of your mind. As they start to expand out, Feel those violet rays of light shining beyond your mind. As you feel yourself sitting in that central sun. Another ascended master is approaching you. And they're placing a golden key code within your solar plex. As the energy within your solar plex starts to spiral in this golden frequency. Allowing that energy of the golden spiral to expand out three feet around you. Like a disc of light emanating from your solar plex. As it spirals three feet around you, It starts to expand six feet around you. It starts to expand nine feet around you. Feel that golden disc of light really expanding out in all directions. Balanced. Purified. Crystallized. As the mental patterns burn away. And now the two energies of the heart and the solar plex. The violet and the golden start to merge and spiral. The golden light and the violet light of the heart and the solar plex. Start to intertwine like the yin and the yang.
