Welcome to this meditation.
How might we more intentionally live from our divine essence?
In this practice,
We can welcome the breath to help us deepen in the here and now and to welcome the eternal to break through into our daily lives.
There will be invitation with the breath,
Reflections offered,
And times of silence.
With our in-breath,
Welcome and deepen.
With the out-breath,
Release.
With the inhale,
Welcome and deepen.
With the exhale,
Release and let go.
When we're ready,
We can bring awareness to our centers of whole body mystical awakening.
As we inhale,
We can allow the breath to bring connection among the heart center,
The feet center,
The womb center,
The head center.
And when we breathe out,
We can release everything that's no longer needed.
Inhale with awareness among the feet center,
The womb center,
The heart center,
The head center,
Exhale,
Release.
Inhale,
Deepening in connection,
Exhale.
It's natural to have thoughts,
Feelings,
Lesser stories arise.
With the inhale,
We can make space.
With the exhale,
We can release.
It's natural to return to the patterns of everyday living.
We see this in the divine story.
We see this with Mary at the tomb,
Tending to what has been.
And upon hearing her name,
The eternal erupts into the present.
Might we listen for our name being called by the eternal in our everyday.
Breathing in,
We deepen in abiding and connection.
Breathing out,
We release that which is no longer relevant.
In the story of Jesus,
We know he asks to be followed,
Follow me,
Inviting the disciples to live with,
Be immersed in the really real and to let go of the things they've clung to,
Leaving behind everything else.
With the inhale,
We can connect and deepen.
With the exhale,
We can release and let go.
It's natural to return to what we've known.
After the resurrection,
The disciples returned to fishing,
To what they've known,
To the familiar.
But again,
The eternal breaks through and they have a miraculous catch.
The divine breaks through even when we return to our regular patterns.
Can we listen for our name,
Watch for the miracles,
Welcome the noticing of the eternal breaking in.
Breathing in awareness,
Breathing out,
Letting go.
Inhale,
Full body awareness,
Connection among all our centers,
Feet,
Womb,
Heart,
Head.
Exhale,
Letting go.
Breathe in,
Expand and deepen,
Open and fill.
Amen,
Amen.
And so it is.
Thank you for engaging that which matters most.
Thank you for being here now.
Thank you.
