This New Year, let's quiet down and ask ourselves what's that we are looking for? As we ask ourselves what's that we are looking for? Let's start with an intellectual understanding that, what we are seeking outside-exists within! until we get glimpses of our own self an unbounded consciousness-the true source of everything with all the potentiality! Let's-start to expand that inner source, allow it to shine through by quieting down the noises within our heads. Create a space to do so and simply be!

So today,

This entire week we will ask ourselves truly,

What are you looking for through your meditation?

What is that you want to enhance in your life?

And what is the support that you want to have in your life?

And do you have that awareness,

Attention,

Comprehension,

Feeling,

Belief that being quieting yourself at your mental level,

At your thought level,

To take that inward journey.

We are taking that journey through meditation,

Through meditation,

Through the sound,

Through the sound of the mind,

Through the sound of the mind.

As we know,

We could take through the walks in the nature,

Through the sound,

Through being in yourself,

Bringing all the awareness,

The external stimuli towards yourself,

Through gardening,

Through painting,

Through cooking,

The karma yoga,

Selfless activities,

Devotional activities,

Singing,

Chanting.

Reading is asking truly the jnana yoga that who are you truly,

Who am I?

Through however means you want to take an inward journey.

First of all,

Do you have faith,

Comprehension,

Understanding,

Awareness,

Belief that this can enhance your inner potentiality,

This helps yourself to expand that inner silence,

The wisdom that you have that bring and enhance everything in your life that you are seeking for.

At the same time being aware that what you are seeking for is already existing within you,

That's who you are,

You are perfect,

You're divine,

You are the source of all those things that you are seeking for.

You are the happiness and that's why when we want to enhance our happiness we are looking outward through material,

Physical,

Emotional,

Financial,

Social,

Even spiritual.

That if we get this I'll be happy.

But we are happiness,

Actually blissfulness,

Blissfulness is being joyful without any reason that's who we are but we are looking outside and it's okay till we till we get the glimpse of our own true nature of love and bliss it's okay if you're looking outside eventually it will help you to come towards yourself.

So today this week truly ask yourself with an understanding that you are divine,

You are the source,

You are everything that you are looking for that's who you are but still with that understanding what is that you want to enhance till you experience that who you are.

Is it physical aspects,

Material,

Emotional,

Social,

Educational,

Spiritual and once you truly decide or it could be all the factors everything in our life we want to leave our life with an attention to multi angular consciousness truly awakening that if that's what you're looking for then let's this week make a commitment to search our soul make a list truly take five minutes to set and truly truly find out what's that you're looking for being silent being in nature allowing your inner wisdom to expand what's that you're looking for we have three kind of noises that occurs in our heads or God it's called the noises from the external world all kind of talks and images sensations everything gathers in our head then there is another kind of noise which is internal which is full of desires and wants our regrets and memories that's continuously going on judgment analysis figuring out and then there is this very very very subtle noise within inside which is asking us who we are who am I why am I existing what's the reason what's going on whether you are aware of that it's it's going on within you what am I looking for to settle all these three noises the noises from the external world which we are right now taken in this beautiful beautiful place in your own little place at your home safe and secure turning off all the external stimuli coming to you with your eyes closed your posture really ready to receive as you are sitting nice and tall with shoulders relaxed connected with Mother Earth through your feet connected to the universe through the crown of your head you connected to your breath and you are safe and secure turning off those external noises you external noises with all the five inner stimuli coming to you with the sight sound smell taste and touch you have paused for a while when you pause that you have paused the external noises giving space for the expansion of your own spiritual energy now the internal noise that continuously goes on advising ourselves analyzing ourselves critiquing ourselves judging ourselves regretting our choices fearful of the future trying to see about the future wants and desires lots of things you can take this moment right now to let go of all that you to let go even for that deeper noise the question that keeps coming in if you are at that third level of noise listening to yourself that who am I what is what is that I want why am I here what's my purpose what's going on again that is also a deeper internal dialogue maybe we are not even aware of that that's okay but to truly understand to take this time however you are taking by sitting quietly like this maybe focusing on your breath five minutes maybe walking in the garden walking in the nature sitting by the ocean being with and serving an elderly playing with a beautiful baby you meditating allowing all the three noises to just settle allowing the expansion of your inner energy to be out the inner wisdom aligning that inner beautiful energy the prana the vital force to align with the universe and the cosmos as you do more and more more and more is the expansion of the center energy every time you do it even five minutes two minutes you are making an expansion of your consciousness which does not go back ever expanding consciousness ever growing consciousness allow that silence and quietness and calmness and serenity to overpower your mental energy more and more you do more and more you settle away from your reactive energy reactive response coming through those five energies five senses rather you will now act and interact with your inner serenity inner divinity inner wisdom inner love inner peacefulness blissfulness joyfulness you manifesting through you to others to yourself the fearlessness of everything you today as throughout the week we asked this question list them journal them be with it throughout allow it to be that noise in your head that you are ready to settle day by day this week ask yourself where is that place in your home outside your home wherever you feel where you could go and allow the expansion of that inner energy again however you want but ask yourself this week ask yourself also do you believe in that expansion of the inner silence is going to allow you to leave your life at full potential will allow your inner wisdom to grow in every aspect with the effortless attraction of everything you want and asking yourself truly ultimate our goal is to be happy and healthy then everything you want does that take you towards being healthy and happy for yourself and others are your all affirmation intentions dreams goals are bringing nourishment to yourself and others ask yourself what are you looking for and you truly believe that what you're looking for the outer world can be achieved through the expansion of your own inner wisdom in our consciousness as you settle the noises the external the internal and the deeper question allow that noise to be there this week this week be that noise listen to that noise jot it down journal it and then find the space within your home outside your home where you could take this two minutes ten minutes or more create that space you where you can visualize and feel instant silence all the three external noises just get settled the minute you are in that place bring in your own divinity that helps you to settle down bring in your music bring in your essential oils bring in however your favorite chair favorite blanket pillows pictures pictures of divinity that helps you to simply be silent and serene you as you visualize yourself settling in that beautiful place of yours if you haven't really create this right now in your visualization as you do so visualize yourself sitting nice and tall either cross-legged or on a chair your feet are firmly grounded connected you are connected to Mother Earth feeling her support as you are giving that grateful attitude towards Mother Earth sitting nice and tall alert and awake being awake internally that you are taking this quiet time to expand the inner silence you you're aligning your neck and spine so that it's ready to receive from the universe through our crown of our heads a hassle at chakra you are totally relaxed relax your shoulders you bring awareness to the outside noises whatever it is and gently shift your awareness to the sound of your breath take beautiful inhale exhale through your nostrils allow yourself to listen to the sound of your breath you as you are listening to the sound of your breath realize that it has its own primordial sound as you're inhaling hear the sound so and as you're exhaling hear the sound hum there is that subtle sound of so a subtle sound hum as you exhale be aware of that sound you as you are allowing yourself to listen to that sound very gently take an inward journey from the sound of your breath to the internal sound of your thought and introduce this thought this sound so hum which is the vibrating sound of your breath replace all the noises all the thoughts by this beautiful vibrational sound of so hum do not align with your breath let go of your alignment with your breath just the thought without moving your tongue or lips so hum so hum so so if that resonates to you if not continue to be aware of the sound on your breath if that resonates with you today at this moment you you today let's make an intention to ourselves do not force do not set it at your mind level to do this allow the universe to help to take care of the details to find this quiet time who's King ourselves what is that you want finding that quiet place sitting creating that posture of alignment with mother earth and the cosmos taking inward journey from all the senses of sense of touch smell taste sight listening to the sounds outside bringing the sounds to your breath listening to the primordial sound of our breath so hum and then replacing our thoughts with that inner vibration of our breath so hum so hum so hum if that resonates and be there however how much you can from one minute 30 seconds to 30 minutes 60 seconds to 60 minutes however it comes to you beautiful let's go ahead and take a nice deep couple of big inhale exhale out few big breath exhale through your mouth simply let it go relax and gently bring both your palms together let's go ahead and rub them and gently awaken yourself through the all five senses to go back into your activities bringing your palms to your eyes gently placing them on your eyes to the crown of your hand to your neck and throat to your heart your belly your lower back gently massage your lower back nice circular motion to all your joints your shoulders your elbows your wrists pressing your palms your knees your ankles back to your eyes and open your eyes when you feel comfortable and I thank you all for joining truly
