Hello my name is Ian Tucker and welcome to a simple meditation to help you find inner peace.

Sitting or lying comfortably within a quiet space,

Close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing.

Your breathing should be deep but relaxed and controlled.

For this meditation I would like you to consider using the Your Simple Path image.

When you hear the single relaxing tone,

I would like you to visualise yourself at the start of Your Simple Path.

As you step forward onto Your Simple Path,

You may still harbour thoughts or emotions from your day.

Relax as they will lessen with each step.

Concentrate on your breathing.

Your breathing should be deep but relaxed.

Your red heart appears and floats gently in front of you.

On the heart,

In your handwriting,

Are the words inner peace.

Now feel a gentle warm breeze.

You can feel it on your back,

On your hair and on your skin.

This indicates that it is time to follow your heart as it slowly moves along the path.

Follow your heart.

Focus only on your heart.

Each step becomes more comfortable.

Follow your heart.

Each step brings more tranquillity.

Follow your heart.

Concentrate on your breathing.

Focus only on your heart.

In the distance and a little further along your path,

Your heart stops and waits.

It floats gently.

You have arrived at your own personal sanctuary.

A place where only peace and serenity await.

Rest a while.

A warm,

Radiant light emanates from this place.

It may be beyond a veil or through a mist or fog.

As you rest,

What can you see?

You can already sense the peace,

The tranquillity,

The serenity that awaits.

Concentrate on your breathing.

The gentle warm breeze now begins again.

On your back,

On your hair,

On your skin.

This is an indication to continue your journey.

You watch as your heart floats gently through.

Concentrate on your breathing.

And now step forward and follow your heart.

As you step through,

Take a moment.

You know this place.

How still everything is.

How peaceful.

As you look around,

What do you see?

The gentle light that radiates here warms and caresses your skin and hair.

Have no expectations here.

Just be.

And now I would like you to see yourself settling down.

To simply relax and reconnect.

It is now time for you to leave this place.

In the knowledge that you can return at any time and that only good can come from you being here.

And now,

When you hear the single relaxing tone,

Open your eyes.
