Step 7.
Take care of yourself.
I'd like you to consider that for optimum wellbeing you and I should look to maintain 100 units of energy each day.
Don't worry about what this means,
It's just a unit of measurement.
And I've come to know that almost everything in life either enhances my energy levels and adds,
Gets me closer to that 100 units or depletes them and takes me further away.
Let's look at an exercise.
I'd like you to visualise an A4 piece of paper.
On that piece of paper,
Imagine a horizontal line across the middle.
How would we populate this page?
Perhaps we should consider that anything we place above the line on that page enhances our energy,
Adds to those units,
Moves us closer to wellbeing.
Anything below the line takes energy away,
Depletes us.
And this works for almost anything.
The people that you and I choose to spend our time with,
Do they raise our vibrational energy or do they lower it?
Nutrition,
Excessive alcohol usage,
Organic fruit and veg,
Social media and online presence,
What we're letting here,
Excessive downtime,
Our own personal beliefs and actions,
Gossip versus praise.
How do we act?
Does it take us closer to that 100 unit level?
You can't have it both ways.
You can't hang about down here and expect to live your life feeling like you're up there.
You have to make the choice.
And it all comes down to this.
Ultimately,
Take care of yourself.
Raise your own energy.
Draw a line and stop letting others raise their energy by depleting yours.
