This is a practice for embodying your intention.
I invite you to find a comfortable position and to allow your eyes to close.
And then just for a few moments,
I invite you to scan your body and to notice any sensations that are present in this moment.
Any changes in temperature,
Any vibration,
Any discomfort,
Just noticing.
And allow your breath to bring you into the present moment.
Just noticing the breath,
The quality of the breath.
And when you feel ready,
I invite you to bring to your awareness your intention.
And I invite you to allow yourself to really experience this intention with each of your senses.
What would you see?
Noticing where you are and who's around you.
What would you hear as you experience this intention?
Is there something that you hear in your surroundings?
Do you hear your own voice or someone else's?
Allowing your ears to take in this experience of your intention.
What would you feel?
This can be a feeling on your skin or the sense of touch.
Or maybe you're noticing something that you're feeling inside,
An emotion,
A state of being.
Allow yourself to experience the sense of touch and feeling.
Now we come to the last two senses,
The ones that are most deeply wired into the nervous system.
Allow yourself to experience the sense of smell with your intention.
What would you take in through the sense of smell?
And then finally the sense of taste.
What are you tasting in your mouth as you experience this intention?
And then just again allowing this full sensory experience of your intention.
What do you see?
What do you hear?
What do you feel in your skin or inside you?
What do you smell?
What do you taste?
Really embodying your intention with all of your senses.
Then I invite you to scan your body.
Notice what you're experiencing in your body.
All the sensations in your body that have come alive through your intention.
Just enjoying the embodied experience.
What do you see?
What do you see?
What do you see?
