Katie Arnold is a yoga therapist and 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher who has been helping stressed-out, overworked, and anxious women make time for themselves through movement and mindset practices for over 8 years. After Katie experienced times of extreme burnout and declining mental health, she knew something needed to change, and that's when she really discovered the power behind these practices.
