Getting yourself ready to receive for tonight by being more aware of the breath.
If you're lying down,
Maybe even allowing a nice yawn.
But as if that yawn is a welcome,
It's the permission that you give yourself to receive tonight.
Just being aware of the body and how that feels.
How does it feel lying down or how does it feel sitting up if you're sitting up?
Bringing all the awareness from the outside,
Bringing it inside.
Maybe bringing it to the breath.
And having a bit more consciousness on the breath.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
And I invite you to take just a couple of deeper breaths.
Two inhales in the nose.
One exhale out with the mouth.
If that feels good,
Everyone's on mute.
You'll only hear your own breath.
Two inhales with the nose,
Exhaling through the mouth.
And as we become aware with every breath,
Welcoming in the energy of air.
And with every breath,
Feeling the body being a little bit heavier.
Feeling the energy of earth.
And you can let that breath go whenever it suits.
And have the breath wash over you as if it was a wave,
As if the body was breathing itself.
Being aware maybe of the temperature on your skin.
Maybe a little bit of heat.
Can you feel the warmth?
How about the warmth inside the fire that is in our heart?
The fire that's in our belly.
The fire that's in the very essence of our being.
And as that breath deepens the body even more,
Allowing the body to deeply feel that connection with the ground,
With the bed,
With the very earth that you're lying on.
Bringing that breath and all that awareness all into your right hand.
Notice all the sensations on the right hand.
And allow that to be breathed up all along the right arm and resting on the shoulder.
And you can feel the lightness of the breath.
And as that awareness travels all along the right side of the body,
The right side of the body.
And so you follow the breath down,
Down into the thigh.
And you follow that breath down,
Down the knees and down the shin.
Until it's all around your right foot,
All around your right foot.
You become aware of the breath and all your awareness on the right side of the body,
The right side of the body.
And allow it to also be aware of the breath as it travels now into your left hand and breathe it up all along the arm until it reaches the left shoulder.
Follow the breath down the left side,
All the way down into your thigh,
All the way down into your shin and into the left foot.
Until your whole left side of the body is breathing itself the whole left side of the body.
And like a gentle breeze as if you can feel the breath traveling underneath you along the backside of the body all the way up along the back until it reaches your neck.
And then washes over the face and over the chest and going back down like a nice blanket washing all over you until the entire body is breathing itself until the entire body is breathing itself.
Allow the awareness to focus on the physical body as if being very aware of how comforting it feels to be lying or sitting here and just how heavy those legs feel.
How comforting it is to have the head held to have the back supported.
Feel the heaviness of the body and yet feel the lightness as if you can be aware of your light body,
Your crystalline body,
Your energy body.
Be aware of the lightness of your light body and as if using your imagination,
This light body,
Your dream body as if you can step out of yourself,
Step out of the physical body.
Get a sense of your light body.
And as we use our imagination and be in touch with our subconscious mind as if this body,
This part of yourself is gonna take a little journey.
Tonight we're gonna reconnect or meet one of our guides,
A guide that wishes to be known,
Wishes to be more present for you this cycle.
Whether it's this new moon cycle or new season that is upon us,
The medicine,
The messages of this guide wanna be present for you.
And so being in touch with this light body of yours,
This dream body that is about to go and meet this guide as if you can pick yourself up in whatever room and environment you're in and walking towards the door,
Walking towards the door and the door of the room,
The door of the house.
But when you open that door,
You'll be transported into just a slightly different place,
A slightly different place that might have just a little bit different feeling.
And that's because we're going into the dream world.
We're in the dream place in which our guides are present,
The energy is different and time and space do not exist.
And so using your imagination or whatever your mind is taking you,
Walking across wherever you are towards that door.
And as if that body can walk through that door and be met on the other side in just a slightly different feel and magical place and know that your guide is just on the other side of this door,
Maybe you already have been feeling their presence.
See who is behind the door and know that connecting with your guide can be very visual.
It can also just be a feeling in the body.
It can be a color,
It can be words that you're hearing.
Be open and permissive to whatever appears and maybe there's a message in that immediate connection you have with them.
Or maybe he'll show up just a little bit later in our journey as we walk something out there and this magical place is calling you,
A gathering place.
And you don't know exactly where it is but you know that it's calling.
And so you take yourself and start heading in that direction.
Noticing where you're going,
Noticing what's on the path of you going there.
Maybe your guide is with you.
Maybe he is sharing things with you along the way.
Perhaps you'll meet him at the gathering place.
And then this slightly magical place where you feel the energy is just a bit different than you remember it to be.
Notice how everything that you come across on this path is another message,
Is another barrier that you're passing.
As you're being called to this gathering place,
It's like many of us are being called together.
Be aware of what the guides are communicating with you,
Being just aware of what the body is feeling,
What the body is sensing.
And as the sounds take you further,
You will notice that many are being called and many are gathering.
And it's like you can feel the presence of others,
Some in which you recognize,
Some which feel new.
And yet you have all gathered with all the guides who love you unconditionally.
And you're there to receive the love and light and the medicine that is here for you,
The message that is here for you,
The message that is here for you to then transmit.
And it's almost as if everyone is gathering in a place and everyone stands in this beautiful circle of belonging.
Maybe even all connected in the heart space as if you can feel the energies that emanate from the heart weaving from you into the next person,
From them to the next person.
Connecting from the heart space all ready to receive.
Bringing in all the vibrations and the frequencies of sound,
Breathing it into the body.
And as if that begins from bringing it more into the crown and into the head.
And feel it like a pink light coming over the body.
And as it descends from the head like a warm blanket covering over your arms,
Draping over your backside,
Coming around the front as it was covering you,
Swaddling you,
Hugging you,
Bringing and breathing the light down,
Down into the belly,
Down the legs,
And breathing it all the way down into the feet.
Feeling all of those frequencies in the body.
Maybe even just checking in with your guide.
Has he any final messages for you tonight?
What is he validating for you?
What is he here to share with you tonight?
What is he here to remind you of?
Maybe even thanking your guides and knowing that they're actually always there,
Always there for you to ask for assistance.
And as you and your light body return from your journey,
As if you walk back from this gathering place,
You walk back to the place in which you came from.
But in this walk back,
Just notice what's feeling different.
Even the same path that you've taken to reach this place,
What's different about it?
Walk yourself back as if going back through the door again,
As if you can take your dream body,
Light body,
And see it lie back down or sit back down into the body.
And as it does that,
As if all the frequencies,
Information,
Vibrations that you've received are now integrating with your physical body.
And again,
With breath,
Anchoring it in,
Anchoring it into the body,
Breathing.
And as if with every breath that you feel the body be heavy and that heaviness like it's received more information,
Higher frequencies,
Positive vibrations,
Breathe it into the body.
And if it feels right for you to do so,
Making a hum or noise to really anchor it into the body,
Really acknowledging that you're back here in the physical body.
If it feels right to do so now,
Giving yourself a stretch or yawn.
That kind of feeling when you wake up from a sleep and you think that you've been dreaming and you have,
But you've been working in your dream and you have been.
As if waking from that dream,
Remembering,
Coming back to remembering what just happened.
Who did I meet in the dream?
What did I dream about?
What are the messages that you received?
Yawning and humming and stretching your way back into the body.
Whenever it feels right,
Making your eyes open with clarity,
Remembering everything that your dream body did and remembering that you've brought it all back with you into the physical body.
And may these insights,
May the new vibrations assist you on this cycle,
On this lunar cycle,
This new season.
Breathing into the body and whenever it feels right,
Coming back into full awareness,
Coming back into full awareness.
