
Bringing Change Through Timelines

And you guys can go ahead and just start getting ready.
However it suits you to do a little 30 minutes of meditation.
And today we're really journeying to make a change as we always want to.
Make a change in our life,
Bring in some positive and high vibes.
But today's medicine that we'll bring in will hopefully bring it through into all our timelines and all our realities.
Welcome Bernadette and Catherine.
Just letting yourself settle and find a good position for you to receive the meditation.
And just starting by taking a few deep breaths.
Inhale and exhale letting the whole day go.
And then the next breath,
This time really bringing it deeper into the belly.
Breathing all the way into the belly and as we acknowledge the medicine of air all around us.
Feel the breath as it comes in.
Also feeling the air on the skin,
On all the skin that's exposed right now.
And letting that welcome you,
Letting that welcome you into a little bit of rest,
Into a little bit of relaxation.
Just a bit of space that you create for yourself right now.
And with that breath we acknowledge the earth element.
Feeling the heaviness of the bones,
Feeling the heaviness of the body,
Maybe noticing exactly where the body touches,
Exactly where the body touches the floor,
Touches the chair that you're in.
And allowing that sense of grounding,
Allowing the sense of grounding as if you're dropping your roots into the earth.
And as we allow that to settle,
Allowing the whole body to settle,
Allowing the mind to settle.
I want us to bring up just one thing that we actually want to call in today and I want that to be a feeling,
A vibration that you want to call in and that could just be one word,
It could be peace,
It could be love,
It could just be joy.
Just picking that one vibration.
And as you breathe in the next couple of breaths I really want you to feel that,
Feel that viscerally in the body,
Feel that in the heart.
And I know that we can't always feel that all the time but hold that vibration out there.
And then the first part of our little journey tonight,
Having a look at what's in the way,
What's in the way today of accessing that vibration,
What's in the way and really trust yourself on the first things that come to mind.
Really wanting to hold that state and hold that vibration for a long period of time,
Things can come in the way.
So getting a sense of that and that might come to you also just like a color,
Like another word,
Like a feeling,
I want you to feel into that.
Feeling into what's in the way and that this part of the journey is really with grace and with love,
Whether we know what that thing in the way is or not,
Allowing that to also dissipate,
Allowing that to also be offered into the fire,
To allow it to be transformed.
So getting a sense of what's in the way,
Maybe you actually see that thing,
That vibration that you're wanting to call in,
Maybe you see it at the end of a bridge,
At the end of a bridge and you notice,
You see what's in the way of that.
And this is what we're going to clear and this is what we're going to offer into the fire to allow it to be transformed.
And as we draw the circle of the purple fire and the purple flame all around us as we sit and gather in circle,
We're invoking the power of fire,
Allow the sound and the vibrations to make our offering to release and to transform what we're ready to let go.
Namaskaram.
Aum am Ahh ah ahhh ah aheks Breathing deeply in on the exhale,
Allowing that to anchor in any release.
And I invite you to even make a fist with your left hand as if that's gonna signal release.
And as we allow that to clean and clear and transform.
And as we bring in the clearing,
As if we can clear not just one time,
This time and this moment right here,
That all time and space is right here in the present moment.
And then we clear all the timelines as it comes to this moment and all timelines to come.
So I want you to allow that release as if you're gonna breathe backwards and through to all that time and allowing that to clear.
As if sending it backwards,
As if you can trace like a cord,
Sending it back in time,
Just sending that clearing,
Sending a fire energy all the way back and almost like,
You know,
When you light a dynamite and it burns all the way at the end,
I can see it burning all the way back to the end.
Allowing that to clear the dust and clear the path.
Maybe as that cord is being tracked,
You can even get a sense of all the things that it's moving past.
No need to stop anywhere along the path,
But just arriving to that source time all the way to the end,
Allowing that cord to burn all the way to its end.
And as that cord finds the end and everything is clear along the way,
It's almost like at the end of that,
At the end of your rainbow bridge,
You have full access to what you've been calling in.
Step into that vibrancy,
Step into that light,
Step into that frequency.
And in the very same way that we cleared all the way back,
We want to be bringing this energy all the way forward and through all the different lines and times that allow you to arrive into the present moment.
And as we do that,
We're pulling it,
Bringing it forward into every layer of our being and anchoring it into today's moment,
Today's body,
This time right here.
And really feel it,
Feeling at the top of the head,
Feeling that vibrancy,
That energy,
Pulling it through to the top of the head.
Notice it as it comes down to the place between the forehead now,
Between the place,
Between the forehead.
And down,
Pulling it down all the way to the base of the throat and tying it there,
Really feeling that brightness,
The lightness,
The shininess.
And seeing it come to the right shoulder and all the way down to the right elbow,
Pulling it down,
Down into the right hand,
Making a fist with your right hand,
Anchoring in even more,
Breathing in.
As that comes back to the right elbow,
Right shoulder,
Base of the throat,
And then pulling it down to the left side,
Really pulling it into that left shoulder,
Feeling that change into the body,
The lightness.
Pull it down to the left elbow and down all the way to the left hand,
Making a fist with the left hand,
Anchoring into the whole left side,
Back up to the left elbow again,
Left shoulder,
Base of the throat,
And now bringing it down,
Breathing down,
Breathing deeply into the belly.
And as you take the biggest belly breath of the day today,
Expanding the belly as if you're breathing more of that in.
And allow it to wash over into the right hip and down to the right knee and all the way down to the right foot and maybe even squeeze the toes on the right foot and really anchor it into the right side of the body.
And back up to the right knee and right hip and the middle of the pelvic bone,
Breathing into the belly again,
The biggest belly breath,
Filling that space,
Breathing in this energy.
And whether you know what it is or you don't,
It's feeling how that changes,
Feeling how that feels in the body.
Breathing it into the left side,
The left hip,
And down to the left knee and down all the way to the left toes,
Pointing your left toes,
Anchoring it in there,
Back up to the left knee,
Left hip,
Center of the pelvic bone,
And back into the lower pelvic area,
Breathing into the belly and letting all that fire,
The inner fire,
Be fanned,
Be fueled,
Igniting our passions,
Our desire for change,
Our desire of this that we're wanting to bring in today and where our attention goes,
Our energy flows,
And then breathing that back up to the heart space,
Allowing it to be present there,
And just weaving and seeing a nice beautiful infinity sign between the heart and the mind,
Allowing that mind to also calm and clear of it can be that simple.
When we make change in one place in our life,
Healing the past to better our future,
We bring all aspects of that into the present.
The healing can go very far back and affecting all the future moments and all the futures and stories we have yet to experience.
Allow the weaving of the heart energy and the mind to know that all is safe.
Sometimes the mind takes a bit of time to catch up to the heart.
Allowing that seed of change to really be in the heart center,
Really feeling that energy and maybe allowing it to grow a little,
Expanding it out to all layers of the body,
Really letting every cell of our body to hear,
To experience,
To receive the change that we've brought in.
And as we heal the past and we heal all timelines,
Really feeling,
Feeling some blessings from our ancestors coming in.
Maybe you might feel them just as a presence.
Maybe you're just feeling a bit of love and support.
Allowing ourselves to be open to the blessings from the past and our past are our ancestors.
The love and the support that they provide on the other side.
Ah.
Allowing all of the energy to swirl around the body as if everything is just settling,
Allowing it to come above the head and making its way around the whole top side of the body,
The whole front,
Moving around the back as if swirling you,
Embracing you,
Dancing with you,
Inviting you and lifting you into this high vibration,
Into the energy of what you've called in tonight,
Allowing it to sweep all over you as if it's being breathed all into the body,
Washing over you,
Being aware and acknowledging element of water,
Allowing it to wash all over you,
Giving permission,
Allowing it to settle and land into all the cells and all the layers of your being,
Allowing that all to be in the body,
Allowing it to seal into the present moment and you might like to do that maybe with making a fist in both hands and one deep last breath in and holding that breath and letting the fist go and letting the breath go,
Maybe getting a glimpse of a couple of days down the road,
Couple of weeks down the road,
What does it look like,
Feel like when you're able to be in this vibration a little bit longer,
Maybe all the time,
How would that feel?
If that feels good,
Then allowing yourself that this is a possibility.
With great gratitude,
Acknowledging all the elemental energies,
The air that is always moving,
Dynamic,
Shifting and flowing,
We thank the air and its medicine,
The earth,
The support,
Our grounding with great gratitude to the earth and to the water and the aspects of cleansing and clearing and flow,
Allowing us to easily flow from mind to heart,
From heart to mind,
And give great gratitude to the water and then to the fire,
The passion,
The power of transformation,
Our passion,
Our desire to bring about change,
Our courage with great gratitude to the fire.
And just checking into the body of how it feels,
The energy is winding down,
Just feels like everything is settling and landing in the body and maybe you want to take a few extra moments to allow that to settle.
Maybe you want to breathe a little bit more life in already and start awakening our little fingers and toes and maybe just have a contemplative minute and notice what came up for you,
How it feels,
How it feels to be in that vibration and how easy or hard it might have been for you.
Whenever it feels right for you,
Whenever it feels ready for you to do so,
You can come back to the body,
You can come back to the body in the present moment having breathed all of that change into the present moment.
