Well welcome on this beautiful blessed full moon night.
I'm not sure if it's called the harvest moon here in the southern hemisphere but this particular full moon it's also the mid-autumn festival so we celebrate that in our culture and probably in other Asian cultures and it's a beautiful time of harvest and really seeing our abundance.
So finding yourself in whatever position is comfortable for you.
If you want to be lying down or sitting up and just arriving into this space very gently.
Maybe taking a few deep breaths first and allowing breath to help us center.
Maybe even yawning now.
Letting that be the cue for your body to have even more relaxation.
This is your time now.
This is your practice.
Practice of self-care,
Practice of journey inwards.
Another deep breath in and maybe on the exhale,
Exhaling out the full day everything we've done today and asking the body,
Giving it permission to be calm,
To be still.
Maybe even speaking to our mind to say thank you during the day.
Thank you but you can also take a little rest today.
You can also take a little bit of rest today.
And as you lie or sit there really setting that intention for yourself of being permissive,
Being open,
Being open to receive,
Being open to allow all the abundance,
The abundance of insights and the abundance of energy to flow.
For tonight's journey I'm just going to start by calling in our beautiful elemental energies to help support us.
Calling in the direction of the east and the element of air,
Feel that aliveness that's in the breath that you take.
Feel how it expands into the body.
Call in the direction of the south,
Mother earth,
Acknowledging the custodians of the land.
As we drop our roots into the earth knowing that we are all connected along these song lines,
Along these lay lines,
All of us are connected.
We're under the same stars and the same sun and the same moon.
Give gratitude to mother earth and all that she provides to us.
Calling the direction of the west and the element of water.
Feeling that playfulness I'm seeing streams and creeks and like raindrops into puddles calling in the playfulness of the refreshment of water.
Maybe even the mermaids and the dolphins.
We're calling the direction of the north the element of fire,
Calling in all the sun energy.
And then also seeing that sun within ourselves,
In our belly.
The fire of us,
Our inner light,
Our essence.
Acknowledging the direction below mother earth above father sky and we call in universal energy the abundance of universal energy to be present with us.
Maybe even calling all our guides.
If you have a guide if you like to acknowledge one,
See which ones would like to show up.
Calling in all our angels and our guides and our spirit friends to journey with us.
And as your physical body lies there.
Almost like seeing your dream body,
Your energetic body and that lightness of that body wanting to step out.
And tonight's journey is traveling through a couple of portals maybe,
Traveling through a couple of worlds maybe.
So giving yourself the permission to not to expect anything.
To let our mind wander,
To let our consciousness wander,
To let the memories surface of wherever we wander.
So firstly as if I'm seeing wherever you are,
Maybe you've stepped out of your physical body and you can even see that dream body and outline like a ghost of yourself.
Maybe you step out the door or maybe you just step up into the body and as if you can draw a doorway or a portal exactly where you are.
As if you're going to draw a portal,
A doorway wherever you are.
In your mind's eye as I count from five down to one,
The first portal takes us into the forest.
Five,
Allowing everything to relax.
Four,
Allowing all our mind and consciousness to wander.
Three,
Allowing magic to be present.
Two,
And one,
Stepping through the portal.
And finding yourself maybe it's a dark night.
You can actually smell all the trees and hear the crickets in the night time and you see that is also a full moon in the dark forest.
And as you're moving through this space,
It's as if there's some strange familiarity here.
Something you've actually come here to remember or something you've come here to retrieve.
And all your senses are super alert.
You can feel the dirt underneath your feet or maybe you're even crawling on all fours.
Your sense of smell is super alert and as if you can smell that night time smell of the forest and all the sounds around like trees and leaves rustling.
And you're looking,
You're looking for maybe it's a treasure,
An object,
A power object.
Maybe something that sparkles and catches your eye or something more organic and a plant,
A mushroom,
A flower,
Something that's calling you.
And you know that when you find this object,
It's a treasure for you bringing a medicine,
Bringing some insights.
It's a gift to be found in this forest.
And absolutely let the mind and the consciousness wander,
Walking over here,
Crawling over here in the night of the forest under the beautiful light of the full moon,
Illuminating all the abundance that is available to you.
And as you find that power object and see how you would like to take it away with you,
Maybe it's something you've ingested,
Maybe it's something you put in your pocket.
And as you crawl a little bit further and walk on a little bit further,
You notice that the energy of this forest has shifted and it's like a clearing has come up and a different section of the forest appears.
It feels brighter,
Lighter.
It feels more magical even,
Like there's different creatures in this space,
Maybe even pixies and fairies,
Butterflies.
It's like seeing Tinkerbell flying from giant flowers and trees so tall.
It's almost like it isn't night anymore in this part of the forest.
And all the magical creatures that you can imagine from fairy tales are present here,
Like gnomes.
And you see a flurry of four-legged creatures around as well.
And you know that even in this place of the forest,
There's another object for you to retrieve.
It's like going on a little treasure hunt with all your fairy friends and pixies to help you and maybe one of them would like to help you.
And it's as if this world you also remember a part of yourself.
It's as if in this world you remember something magical that you had forgotten,
A piece of childhood that you had forgotten,
A sense of playfulness that you had forgotten.
And with that childlike play,
You look for this power object.
You look for this thing that's calling you.
You've come into this place to retrieve that.
It's almost like the wind carries a pixie dust and like in the whispers of the breeze,
You can hear the song of the trees and the songs of the birds.
Whatever object or insight you have retrieved in this realm,
To see how that is to be brought forward,
Do you ingest it?
Do you carry it somewhere?
Do you place it in the heart?
Or maybe with a simple breath,
You breathe it into the body.
The treasures of finding an object in this magical forest,
Almost like an enchanted forest.
The colors look more vibrant,
As if rainbows had more than just seven colors.
You have the whole spectrum,
An infinite number of all the colors and shades and then all shining outwards as if the whole sky was lit like a rainbow.
From this place,
You notice a still lake just ahead of you,
A still lake shining,
Also glistening like there's magic underneath.
Who knows what creatures live within?
A magical lake appears before you and you approach and peer into the water.
And as you fall into the water,
You realize it's a whole world in this water realm as well.
A whole different world in this realm.
And as if the light of the sun can shine deep into the water,
You can see so clearly everything that is under the water.
And as if you're on a mission,
You're on a mission to look for something in the waters as well.
Maybe even noticing if there are friends here that are helping you.
Some are maids,
A fish,
A jellyfish,
And looking down into the water doesn't seem like there is a bottom.
But you're on a mission to find something here as well.
Remembering your connection with water.
Remembering your time,
Your life that was potentially in the water.
As if you had no trouble to see in the water,
There is no darkness and only light.
You explore a version of the water like you've never seen before.
And again,
Almost with this fairy tale like magic,
You realize that all you've known about what's under the water is nothing like you can imagine.
It is more than you can imagine.
And again,
You're on a mission,
Have you found something?
You are on the mission,
Looking for all the messages that are available for you today.
And under the abundance of the full moon,
There is so much for you to receive.
There is so much for you to receive in every world,
In every realm,
As you journey deeper into the water realms.
It's almost like your whole sense of self has completely disappeared.
Who are you?
What are you really?
Where are you really?
As you swim through the depths of the ocean,
Maybe you realize your entire form has changed.
Are you still in the form that you recognize yourself to be?
And almost as if within the water itself,
Within the water itself,
Another portal opens and how interesting that one world is really so connected to another.
And as if in the water itself,
You can see a clear portal,
Circle,
Doorway,
Yet into another realm,
Another realm,
Another realm.
And as you journey through this one,
As if nothing makes any sense at all,
You end up in the cosmic expansiveness of all of space,
Somewhere out there in space,
Somewhere out there in space,
And knowing that your soul and your whole being really is on a mission to receive the light in its purest form.
As if in the middle of the cosmic expansiveness of everything,
There is something that you're actually looking for right there and that it is available for you.
You've come to retrieve a memory,
You've come to retrieve an object,
You've come to receive information and allowing your whole being to receive,
Allowing those messages to come in through the form of songs,
Through images,
Through sound,
Allowing sound to bring you,
To lead you to what you're looking for and taking notice what creatures are there where you are.
How do the stars really look when you're right up there in space next to them?
And as we journey through all the realms,
Have we changed?
What does our inner essence truly look like?
And as you're committed to receiving all that you can,
Allow all the light to be received in its fullest form.
All the information and what you've really come to receive tonight.

With all these gifts and power objects you've picked up along the way.

Swimming to the surface and coming to the surface of the lake.
.
.
Back into the magic of the enchanted forest.
.
.
Thanking each of the friends that have helped you along the way.

Maybe some of your guides have shown up.
.
.
Looking back at the forest and knowing that you can come back here anytime.

.
Through joy and playfulness is where you access these realms.
.
.
From this forest into the other one,
Into the dark night of the forest.

Where suddenly you feel the fullness of the moon upon you again.
.
.
Acknowledging with great gratitude for the moon and its cyclic wisdoms that it shares.

Maybe taking notice of what you'd like to give gratitude for in this cycle.

.
Turning away and from the forest stepping back through the first portal in which you stepped through.
.
.
And realizing that stepped you right next to yourself into your physical body.
.
.
Wherever that is.
.
.
So with great gentleness as if you invite the dream body to come back into the physical body.

With the intention of,
I integrate everything that I've received.

I give great gratitude to all realms.

.
The medicine,
The gifts,
The guides who have shown me something in this journey.

And allowing all that information to integrate at a very physical,
Cellular,
Visceral level.
