Write a list of your top ten desires and use the power of your heart magic to feel the vibrational frequency of gratitude for each one, knowing that the universe is supporting and loving you from heart through earth. A practice for any time of the day when you want to realign with your manifestations and feel the loving power of your heart space.

Finding yourself in a comfortable position.

You may wish to practice lying down or finding a seat either on the floor or sitting on a chair with a tall back so that your spine can be nice and long.

That way we can really use our breath to fill up our body with energy and oxygenize all the cells.

You'll need your top 10 desire list with you so have it to hand and if you've not written it,

Maybe just pausing this recording and taking a moment to write a list of the top 10 things that you most desire in your life and that you would like to call into your physical existence.

Once you're ready,

Making sure that you're comfortable,

Safe,

Calm and relaxed,

Begin to focus on your breath.

Just watch the natural rhythm of your breath moving in and out of your body.

Aware of where your breath is moving the inner parts of your body,

Feeling the lungs move,

Maybe it's in the chest or maybe it's down in the belly.

No need to judge where your breath is going you're just becoming aware of it.

Inviting you to place your left hand on your heart space and maybe your right hand can come onto your belly and we'll just practice some nice deep diaphragmatic breathing.

As you breathe in through the nose,

Draw the air down into the lower lungs,

Allow the belly to rise,

Drawing it up into the chest,

Chest rising and slowly exhaling.

Good,

Inhale into the belly and the chest,

Slowly releasing.

Inhale belly,

Inhale chest,

Nice and controlled,

Release it out.

Taking two more rounds just like that,

Focusing on your breath,

Allowing it to fill all the way up from your belly to your chest and falling out.

And just finishing the last breath and begin to bring your attention to your heart space.

Maybe you want to bring both hands there or just bring the attention of your mind to the area around your heart.

You can focus on the inside or the outside of your body,

Closing your eyes may make it easier for you and see if you can become attuned with the rhythm of your heartbeat,

Beating in your chest,

Keeping you alive and imagine love pouring from your hands into your heart.

And as you do that,

Say thank you to your heart.

It beats when we're asleep,

It beats when we're awake and it beats without us having to consciously ask it to do so.

Thank you heart for doing everything to keep me alive for another day.

Really breathing into this space around your heart and feel that love emanating from your hands into your heart and back into your body.

Maybe you can feel a sense of warmth or tingling from your hands or from that space.

Maybe you can't,

Just being aware of this area that holds so much love.

Keeping one hand connected to the heart,

You can take your list of desires and read each one out loud or in your mind.

And when you get to the end of reading each one,

Close your eyes,

Focus on your heart and say thank you as slowly as you can.

Do this for each desire and feel love for every single one.

You can repeat this practice as often as you like,

Maybe you make it your morning practice to feel into your heart space and feel that loving energy that you have from your hands.
