I listened twice back-to-back. Took 2 pages of notes. This truly spoke to me. I’m on the edge of breaking out of my perfectionism and this talk moved me be step closer. Wow, well done. Thank you.

I’m so glad you got out of your own way to create, and share, this. Resonates deeply, and has inspired me to take a small step (as opposed to no step) towards my goals. Thank you 🌿

Great! Simple approach to a fundamental aspect of beign Human. Going to listen to more episodes based on this first listen. And of course, I am taking this advance; I will release the tension I've built up around creating. I liked when you mentioned an idea coming down to earth and then being put out, the in between, how our minds begin to manipulate and over think to cause us to stall... THAT is the space. TY!

Brilliant, thank you. I’ll return to this whenever the resistance is strong, which is often 🙂🙏🏻

Loved this. My ahah moment: perfectionism as a limited perspective. For some reason I had endowed that “voice” with omniscient qualities!!! Wow, that really helps me see a way to navigate that tendency!
