Emily's yoga journey began in 2006 when she stumbled into her first class at a gym, seeking a way to feel more at home in her body during outpatient recovery from an eating disorder. With 16 years of teaching experience, Emily has had the privilege of learning from some of the early teachers who helped shape the foundation of yoga in Boston, where she began her practice. She later found NLP, meditation and hypnosis. Emily is passionate about personal development and the intersection of high performance, physiology and AI. She is the founder and CEO of InPhase, an app redefining the future of work for women by turning hormonal fluctuations into a framework for predictable success, transforming what often feels like a maze into a clear map. She’s also a professional speaker, writer and avid traveler, having lived in California, Rhode Island, New York, and Portugal.
