Hello,
And welcome to this Witch Wound Healing Activation.
Take a moment to get comfortable in your seat,
Make any adjustments necessary,
And when you feel ready,
Close your eyes and ground into your sit bones.
Begin to connect to your body.
A good way to do this is by following the breath in through your nose as it fills your lungs and softens your belly outwards.
Letting your breath nourish each cell of your physical being,
And allowing your muscles and ligaments to soften as the breath leaves your body.
Really let the full weight of your body be supported by the chair beneath you,
The floor beneath your chair,
And the earth below you.
Begin to visualize the generations of women who came before you.
You may see them standing ahead of you,
To one side of you,
Or on either side,
Or perhaps in a line behind you.
Bring to mind your mother,
Your grandmother,
Her mother,
Her grandmother,
As far back as you wish to go,
And remember that you were in your grandmother's body.
You are a part of her,
Just as any children you might bear are a part of you,
And any grandchildren daughters of yours might have were a part of your body as well.
As you imagine the generations who came before you,
Turn to face them.
Perhaps you see faces,
Perhaps only silhouettes,
Perhaps they appear to you as shining lights.
However they appear,
Take a deep breath and feel their power,
Their courage,
Their knowledge,
Their love and support.
Do they have any messages for you?
Take a moment here and connect with that powerful divine feminine energy and listen for a message.
Perhaps the message takes the form of words,
It could be an image,
A sound,
Or a shape.
Simply be here and receive it.
And now,
Make these women,
These ancestors of yours,
A promise,
A promise that you will do what you can in this lifetime to heal the witch wound so that your granddaughters,
Either physical or spiritual,
Will not fear to shine.
So that the women who come after you,
Whether they be of your blood or not,
May step up and claim their power.
You may be able to do much,
Or only a little in this lifetime,
And both are equally good.
Once you have made your promise,
And before you come back to your body,
Share any last words with these women,
Exchange and embrace with them if you wish,
Acknowledge these powerful women who came before you.
And now,
Slowly and gently,
Reconnect with your breath,
Reconnect with your body,
Bring your awareness into the room you are in.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes,
If you'd like,
Write down any messages that came through to you from your ancestors.
Take some time to journal about how this felt,
Who was present,
And how you are feeling now.
